I was online and trying to log out of my account when I clicked the log out button, which led me to another screen. The only available button asked if I was sure I wanted to close out, and thinking it meant log out, I clicked it. To my surprise, my account was closed. I have been a PayPal user for around 15 years. I immediately contacted PayPal, but the representative I spoke to was difficult to understand. She informed me that my account was closed and could not be reopened. I am very confused and just want to restore my account. Can anyone help me with this situation? Thank you.

I recently decided to cancel my order due to unexpected shipping and customs costs. The advertisement mentioned free shipping, so I contacted the company to clarify. After no response, I left voicemails and emails regarding my concerns. Despite my efforts to cancel before shipment, I was informed that Canadian shipments are not eligible for free shipping. The company proceeded to ship the order despite my cancellation attempts. Now I am facing challenges getting a full refund as I was told to pay the $[redacted] shipping fee, which initially caused the dispute. Hello, I would like to inquire about the balance of my PayPal Cash Card ending in #[redacted]. On 7/11/[redacted], I reloaded my cash card #[redacted] at Seven/Eleven (7/11) Store #[redacted]. I did not receive a confirmation text for the deposit. Upon checking the receipt, it shows it was a Green Dot reload, whereas it typically states "PAYPAL RELOAD" or "PAYPAL DEPOSIT". If there was an error on your end with the reload or if there was any issue with the transaction, I urgently request that the money be directed to my PayPal #[redacted] account. I paid the store, and I expect the error to be rectified promptly as I have bills to pay. Please address this matter promptly as I am in need of the funds.

In December of last year, I made a purchase of several items, including an Insta-Pot from your store. Unfortunately, when I finally opened the package on completion of my kitchen renovation in April, I found the item had two large dents, no cord, or instructions. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I received the wrong item in error. They advised me to obtain a $[redacted] money card from Walmart for the refund. Unable to front the $[redacted], I reached out again but the experience left me frustrated. I am seeking a refund or a replacement for the damaged product. I recently made a donation to Friends of Waldorf Education through my PayPal account. I calculated the exchange rate from GBP to ensure I left around £10 in the charity account. However, I am concerned that the payment exceeded the £[redacted].00 balance in the bank account designated for donations. I am requesting confirmation of the exact amount deducted. I have been on hold for 4 hours, which is unacceptable. I simply want to switch my business account to a PayPal Cash Plus Account. After researching online, all I found was to call for assistance. I am attempting to apply for the PayPal Cash Card but keep encountering difficulties due to having a business account. I am redirected to a screen with an error message when trying to apply. I recently discovered a PayPal account mistakenly created under the name Donna Wegner but using my email address, [redacted] I need to send money to my son but encountered an issue due to the account being in the wrong name. I had a situation with my cat having a permit restriction. I reported my PayPal card as stolen, but customer service didn't cancel it, leading to over $1,[redacted] in unauthorized transactions. I disputed the charges, not realizing the mistake was on PayPal's end. They eventually refunded me $1,[redacted] but banned me from using PayPal again, holding my money. I am frustrated with their customer service and negligence. I just want my money released so I don't have to involve a lawyer or the Better Business Bureau. It's been almost [redacted] days since my account was banned, and I don't understand why my funds can't be released now for withdrawal.

I used my debit card linked to my PayPal account to make an online purchase. Despite not receiving the item, the company refunded me after I contacted them. However, due to an issue on their end, the refund was not credited back to my card. I provided my PayPal details, and the refund was processed, but it is currently on hold. The funds were not from a sale, so I am unsure why there is a hold on them. I would like the hold to be removed promptly so I can access my money. I have documented all the communication with the company via email as evidence.

This is my third attempt to resolve an issue. After speaking with a PayPal representative twice, I was assured I would receive necessary information via email, but I have not received anything. On May 30th, I made a purchase totaling $41.85. A refund of $6.22 was credited to my Discover card, but the $35.63 credit to my cashback bonus rewards is missing. Despite contacting both Discover and PayPal, I am still waiting for PayPal to provide me with the tracking information for the missing credit. I have not received any emails from PayPal regarding this matter, and I am eager to have it resolved promptly. Kindly have a supervisor contact me at the email address provided. Unfortunately, I missed a call from a PayPal supervisor during work hours, and the message left was not informative or helpful. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

On February 19th, I purchased a double mattress for £[redacted] through Groupon using PayPal. Due to my disability, a friend helped with the unpacking and setup, and I was not present during this process. After inspecting the mattress, I discovered that it was not the one I had ordered but an inferior model valued at £65. This situation implies either myself or Groupon has been misled. Despite Groupon offering a £75 credit, I find this response inadequate and have declined it. I am expecting rent payment from individuals with the surname Walters on 7/22 for approximately $[redacted] into my bank account ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received this payment. Nick Walters, who owes the money, mentioned that he recently relocated from Texas to the Seattle/Bellevue area and that Paypal flagged his transaction for possible fraud. However, I am concerned as to why this delay is impacting my payment status by now, 7/24.

I am writing to inquire about the status of my parcel from TKTG. I made the purchase on June 23rd and was informed it was delivered on July 16th by Yun Express Melbourne. I accidentally left my bag at Manchester Airport Terminal 3. I discovered a website called airporlostanfound.com to help me retrieve it, and I completed a form detailing the bag's contents. I was charged $29.99 for shipping, paid through PayPal, and provided my actual address in Morocco for delivery. However, PayPal shows my address as Manchester. I believe I have been wrongly charged for a payment made by Airbnb through PayPal. The situation arose when I refunded a guest’s payment for a two-month stay at a property I manage without being aware that the money I received was actually mine. Despite trying to rectify the situation by contacting Airbnb and the guest, I was unable to resolve the issue. PayPal now claims that I owe Airbnb the same amount that was refunded to the guest, leaving me puzzled and unsure of how to proceed. I have sought advice from the Kent Police, the financial ombudsman, and a lawyer, but it seems that PayPal is the best entity to recover the funds due to the circumstances of unjust enrichment.
