I need clarification on why my funds are on hold. I have already provided the tracking number but keep getting asked for it. My customer paid me on July 2nd, everything seemed fine, but suddenly there's a halt. I can't access my funds to purchase the item I desire.

However, PayPal is requesting me to activate it by entering a set of numbers available on my next monthly account statement. Despite this, PayPal tried to charge £1.50 and then cancelled the transaction, leaving me unable to complete the verification process. Barclays confirmed the attempted charge but PayPal won't accept it. As a result, I am locked out of using PayPal. I cannot reach PayPal in the UK from France, and the French customer service cannot help me. I am able to use my new card elsewhere successfully. Hello, I haven't used PayPal in a long while. I previously used a different email, and now my new email is [redacted] I'm trying to access my account, but I can't remember my password. Additionally, my contact number has changed, and I haven't received any emails from PayPal with a verification code. Unfortunately, I can't use my old number either. My new contact number is +27 [redacted]69 (South Africa). I simply want to update and correct my account information.

I recently purchased a pair of Remington tongs from Unique Culture Ltd in Tonbridge, Kent. Upon receiving and using the item, I discovered it was not suitable for its intended purpose. After contacting the company, they initially agreed to issue a refund upon return. I sent the item back as instructed, but now they claim they cannot refund me due to damaged packaging. They assured me they would inspect the product and return it to the manufacturer if faulty, which it was. However, they now state they can only refund me half of the amount, £18, which I cannot afford to lose as a pensioner. I also paid £3.55 for postage to return the item. I simply seek a full refund for the defective item, as it should not be resold in its current condition. Your assistance in helping me retrieve my full payment would be greatly appreciated.

My PayPal account access has been limited, and I have been asked to provide several pieces of information to restore it. I completed and got approval for explaining certain transactions and providing proof of fulfillment by showing shipment tracking. I also uploaded a photo of my ID. However, the final request is to supply receipts from my supplier for items I sell on eBay, not older than 6 months, which I cannot do. The items in question were gifts received over a decade ago. Although I have sold items on eBay and received payment, I'm unable to use the funds due to these limitations. I have done everything possible to comply, but providing receipts for old items is impossible. I simply need the hold lifted to access my funds and return my account to normal status. Thank you.

Issue: I am unable to locate the $[redacted] "Send Money" transaction I made last night. Could it be unseen in the system, possibly pending without notice? Yesterday, I transferred $[redacted] to Jer*** S******* ([redacted]). Jerrod has informed me today that the transaction did not process successfully. Upon reviewing my account, no trace of the "Send Money" transfer can be found. Is this transaction concealed from view? Is it genuinely missing? I aim to complete the transfer to Jer***, but duplicating the payment is not ideal.

Around 3 o'clock today, I attempted to make a $30 payment to the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington. Upon the first try, I encountered a [redacted] error with no confirmation. Quickly, I resubmitted the payment and got a confirmation. Unfortunately, now there are 2 payments showing on my account and I need one of them to be canceled. The donation was for $30.00 USD to the Annual Catholic Appeal - Catholic Diocese of Wilmington via PayPal. I've been attempting to update my last name on my PayPal account. I've resized my files and tried all file formats as instructed. Despite being married for 8 years and not using my account during that time, I managed to update my address and other details without any issues. However, every time I try to submit within the file size limits, I receive a "please try again" message. It doesn't provide further details, making it difficult for me to rectify the error. I have even recreated the file in various formats, but none of them will upload successfully.

Hello, I am following up on the ongoing issue with my payment status. Despite multiple attempts to address this, I have not received any feedback from your team for over 3 weeks since my last inquiry. The problem lies in the delayed verification process after making payments to my suppliers and promotional partners. I received an email stating that an unauthorized email address was added to my account without my knowledge. When trying to remove it, I found it was already set as the primary email, making it difficult to secure my account by changing the password. I decided to close my account, but later received a verification email indicating a new account was opened in my name. I struggled to reach a live representative through the automated phone service and resorted to methods to connect with someone. I have currently been on hold for 45 minutes. I found information suggesting a minimum hold time of over 1.5 hours. Is this accurate?

I recently received an email notifying me of an unauthorized email being added to my account. This made it challenging for me to secure my account by changing the password, as I no longer had access to that email. Therefore, I decided to close my account. However, several hours later, I received a verification email indicating that a new account had been opened in my name. After going through the process of requesting a password change link to access this new account, I realized that all my information was there except for my banking details. Despite trying to contact customer service, I struggled with the automated system and had to find a way to speak to a live representative. Currently, I have been on hold for over ** minutes. Hello, I recently lost access to my PayPal account as it stated they couldn't verify it's me. A year ago, I created an account with an email to link it to M-Pesa in Kenya. However, PayPal couldn't link the accounts, so I deleted that one and opened a new account with the same phone number, a surname I hadn't used before, and a new email. The account creation was successful, but it was later limited. I contacted PayPal via Twitter, and they resolved the issue. However, after a week, I received an email about unusual account activity, instructing me to call. I am in Kenya and have tried calling, but I'm always placed on hold. I purchased items that arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging by the seller. Despite opening a dispute, providing proof of return shipping with tracking, the seller declined to accept the parcel and it was returned to me. Paypal informed me that I lost the claim. I have incurred expenses for unusable goods, return shipping, and wasted time dealing with this issue over several months. I have an open claim regarding a $52.08 charge I made. PayPal emailed me last night, asking me to return the product to the seller at my own expense to receive a refund. Upon checking the return costs, I realized it would exceed the product's value. The items received were drastically different from what was advertised. Furthermore, I cannot afford the return shipping within the specified timeframe. The company's website, newgogo.store, where I read about free returns, is now inaccessible. I'm unsure how to proceed with returning the items and getting a refund from a company that no longer has a website.

In December of last year, I made several purchases. One of them, the Insta Pot ordered on 12/5/18, arrived with dents on the outside, no instructions, or cord due to my kitchen renovation. When I contacted PayPal, they mentioned it was the wrong item sent by mistake. They advised me to get a Money Card from Walmart and load $[redacted] to process the $65 refund. I found this process inconvenient and wanted a direct refund to my debit card, but they insisted on the Money Card method. Frustrated, I ended the call after the supervisor reiterated the Money Card requirement. If a refund to my debit card is not possible, I would appreciate receiving a replacement Insta Pot along with instructions on returning the damaged one. They provided a case number: XQR136AA17550... We placed an order with Junnaa on June 7 for a pair of sandals that cost $37.98. Initially, we didn't receive any order confirmation until we requested to cancel the order. On June 7, PayPal charged our credit card for the purchase. After 34 days, we finally received a package, but it contained poorly made, squashed sandals of low quality. We immediately rejected this in the resolution center but did not receive any response. On July 13, PayPal claimed that we missed the deadline to escalate the case, which is incorrect as we made two attempts before the 13th. We have reached out to the sellers and PayPal for a refund, but have faced silence from PayPal and misleading messages from the seller. We fear this could be a scam and worry about potential future charges since they have our credit card number. We are seeking PayPal's assistance in resolving this issue and recovering our funds, while also hoping to avoid further contact from this dubious company.

Initially, my PayPal account was created as "Key Fitness," without including "Gym" at the end. However, to withdraw funds in Dubai through Network International, it is essential for my PayPal name to be correct. Although I have requested to change my full name to "KeyFitness Gym," PayPal only updated it to "Key Gym," omitting "Fitness." Each time I email PayPal, I receive irrelevant automated responses that do not address my concern. I have already submitted my trade license with the accurate business name. I urge you to carefully read my request and make the necessary correction promptly. I have paused incoming transactions on PayPal due to this issue. I recently sold and delivered a product to a customer with the initials IBS. The payment was made via PayPal upon delivery. After receiving confirmation that the payment went through via email, I later discovered an attempt to cancel the payment from IBS, who claimed it was accidental duplicate payment. Despite contacting PayPal and being informed that there was no suspicious activity and the funds were cleared to my bank account, I was hit with a chargeback of $[redacted].99 on 7/15/[redacted], alleging suspicious activity once again. I am frustrated by this situation as I personally delivered the product to IBS, who made the payment in front of me. I have tried to reach out to her via text to no avail.
