My request for a refund was rejected because you claim I did not provide proof of shipment, which I did. I followed your directions to send the item back to China, although it was originally delivered from California to me. Unfortunately, the USPS only tracks packages within the US, so the tracking stopped once it left for China. The item was posted from Houston, TX, traveled up to Chicago, and then left the US on May 20. The seller should have received it by now. I've tried to reach out to them, but they're unresponsive. I am perplexed as to why my refund was denied despite sending proof of shipment and evidence that the item was not as described. I urge a supervisor from your agency to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Here are the relevant information numbers for the claim: PP-D-2[redacted] March 10, [redacted]. Transaction ID: 3DV39438 P8[redacted].

To whom it may concern, I placed an order a few months ago and have encountered issues with my transaction. Upon reviewing my transactions, I noticed several incorrect PayPal transactions dating back to June [redacted]. For security reasons, I have disabled my PayPal account to prevent further issues. Despite reaching out to PayPal, I have yet to receive a response. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly and request a refund for the erroneous transactions. I am hesitant to reactivate my account until this matter is resolved. I have shared my account details for your reference: Account number: IT77I[redacted][redacted]86 Account name: Amila Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Amila

I recently reported a Paypal scam, but unfortunately, I sent it to the wrong place. I was trying to sell my shoes on Kijiji when I received an email from someone interested in buying them. They wanted to use PayPal and a courier service to pick up the shoes. However, the transaction seemed suspicious as I was asked to pay $[redacted] in steam cards to release the pending funds, promising a reimbursement of $[redacted] CAD. Reluctantly, I proceeded, but then they requested an additional $[redacted] due to an alleged issue with the pick-up agent. Now, I find myself without the money and no sale of my shoes. I will have to wait for my next paycheck. I would appreciate a reimbursement if possible, but I understand if not. I acknowledge my mistake in falling for this scam.

I am seeking assistance regarding case D[redacted]5. I encountered difficulties setting it up correctly due to inputting multiple numbers. Unfortunately, it was denied, and I cannot locate any details in my online account. I am eager to comprehend the reason for the denial, whether it was due to incorrect input or insufficient information provided. I frequently use PayPal for long-term home rentals, and this particular rental did not meet expectations, leading us to leave after two weeks of unaddressed issues. I would like to investigate why the payment was denied to ensure transparency and avoid similar issues in the future. Maintaining consumer protection is crucial, particularly in cases where individuals may attempt to exploit PayPal's processes for fraudulent activities. Your guidance on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received an email informing me of a $28 USD charge on my PayPal account, but I haven't made any transactions recently. Another email said that my registered email on PayPal was changed. I discovered multiple unauthorized transactions when checking my account, causing my bank balance to decrease due to the linked card being used. When attempting to change my password, I was logged out and unable to log back in as it kept saying my entry was incorrect. A security check required a code sent to an email or phone number not associated with my account. I'm unable to unlink my card or take any action, so I had to deactivate my bank account. I need assistance in deleting my account and recovering my funds.

I mistakenly made a personal payment instead of a business transaction to someone who is now refusing to refund me for undelivered goods. Despite my efforts to explain the situation through PayPal messages, I have only received generic responses and struggle to reach a real person for assistance. As a disabled mother of two, I cannot afford this loss and am seeking any possible recourse in this situation.

I recently bought 4 shirts from Modlily, enticed by their quality look. Unfortunately, the products are disappointing in both quality and fit. This experience reinforced why I typically avoid online clothing shopping. Upon researching, I found many others sharing similar dissatisfaction with no response from the Chinese company. Returning the items to China would be costly and challenging via PayPal. I hope my experience differs. It's disheartening that Facebook and PayPal allow Modlily to continue selling despite customer complaints. I hope for a resolution.

I recently discovered that I am being billed for ClickBank. After researching, I found out it is considered a scam. I typically use Paypal to avoid such situations and was surprised to see that you are allowing ClickBank to use Paypal to bill me. I contacted the Ohio Attorney General's office, where I was informed that Mike DeWine is now the governor and there is a new person in his place. Please refrain from billing me for ClickBank. I urge you to investigate it and see that it is indeed a scam. They have been billing me without reason. I have brought this to your attention before but received no response. Please cease billing me for ClickBank as I do not owe them anything. I believe continuing to bill me for this would be supporting a scam operation.

I have encountered significant delays in transferring funds from my Wells Fargo account to a friend through Paypal. Despite promises of "instant" transfers, the funds were frequently withheld for over a day, causing financial harm to the recipient amounting to over $8,[redacted]. Recently, Paypal abruptly closed my account, preventing me from accessing or removing my personal and financial information. They requested a photo ID, which I provided, only to have my account closure appeal denied without explanation. This has resulted in me being labeled as "high risk" and placed on a blacklist. I am deeply concerned by these actions, as they insinuate fraudulent behavior on my part. I urge Paypal to promptly release the withheld funds to the recipient, compensate for the financial losses incurred, and cease unjustly restricting both my account and the recipient's account. Additionally, I demand the removal of any unnecessary personal information, such as the photo ID they requested.

I used my Halifax credit card to pay for a trip to Tenerife online. After receiving an email from service@paypal stating the payment was sent, even though I used my card, I was puzzled. There are no transactions in my PayPal account, but there is one in my Halifax account. The trip was canceled, and I received an email from service@paypal mentioning that the refund did not go through. I am quite confused by this situation. The sender's name was Tenkeller SL, the amount was 96 euros, and the date was 24th June. My Transaction ID is 97X96063FM825954E, and the sender's transaction ID is 09R36015LS[redacted]. I am struggling to contact the sender, Tenkeller SL. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Elaine.

I am unable to access my account due to outdated phone number verification methods. Despite several attempts to contact customer support, they could not validate my account as I no longer have access to the outdated phone number associated with it. The security questions I set up were not an option for verification, and customer service did not provide essential information to confirm my account. I am listing all my past addresses in a final effort to verify my account. If validated, I aim to update my phone number and address. If not possible, I request the account to be closed due to the unsatisfactory customer service experience. There were long wait times, limited verification options, and unhelpful service representatives during my calls. The inability to speak to a supervisor without full verification showcases poor customer service practices. I urge PayPal to improve accessibility and customer service to retain customers and avoid negative feedback. Sincerely, M.H.

Demand Letter 7/1/[redacted] To: PayPal Holdings, Inc and parties, Ken Howery, Luke Nosek, Max Levchin, Peter Thiel, Key people, John Donahoe (Chairman), Dan Schulman (President and CEO). My name is Frankie Lane and you have my money that I receive from social security in my account. I require the remainder of my funds for rent to avoid eviction. As this is not a business account, I am puzzled by the timestamp on my funds for returns. If the merchant is willing to reimburse me for food expenses already consumed, there should be no disputes necessitating holding my funds for [redacted] days. It is concerning that your company would be unaware of the hardships individuals face and withhold money without just cause, neglecting the quality of life. Failing to provide a reason for holding funds is a violation of the law. I demand the immediate release of my funds so I can transfer them to a family member's account or my Green Dot account today. Failure to comply will result in a $5,[redacted] lawsuit with daily interest filed in my state (NJ), holding you accountable for damages. I will involve your board members in legal action, notify local state officials and media outlets, and proceed with a class-action lawsuit with [redacted] signatures. A report will be filed with the Office of the Attorney General in New Jersey for mishandling funds and deceptive practices. I will persist in sending faxes until a response is initiated, alongside certified mail and social media outlets. This letter serves as a Demand Letter, pending further legal action if my funds are not released promptly. Respectfully, Frankie Lane.

I have opened a dispute (pp-d-[redacted]9) against Happiefamily. Despite placing the order on May 17, [redacted], I never received a tracking number or confirmation that they had received my order until I contacted them on June 7, [redacted]. Happiefamily informed me on June 8, [redacted], that due to production delays, shipping would take longer. They assured me of updates. When I contacted Paypal on June 14th to dispute the purchase, they advised me to make a minimum payment to avoid late fees during the dispute. I did so. Despite Happiefamily claiming the product had shipped, I requested a refund due to the prolonged delay. Paypal initially denied my claim on June 28th based on a tracking number provided by Happiefamily showing delivery, which I never received. I appealed on July 1st, and Paypal sent acknowledgements and another denial on July 1st. I am still awaiting proof of delivery and the recipient’s identity as I have not received the product.

I made a purchase on April 21, [redacted] for two pairs of women's pants, but what I received were poorly made pants that were way too small. I have returned the items to the seller but have not yet received my refund. I have already contacted the Federal Trade Commission about this issue. I am disappointed with PayPal's lack of customer service in handling this matter. I have been a loyal PayPal user for many years, but their recent performance has left me unsatisfied. Considering the growing competition in online payments, I no longer see the necessity of continuing to use PayPal.

I have filled out the survey four times to claim the £[redacted] gift voucher. I even completed a phone survey where I was informed I was a winner, but after being promised an email, I never received one. This process has cost me over £10. I mainly use PayPal for my transactions. I request a refund for the expenses, including the advertisement costs incurred after completing a specific part of the survey. I seek the credited money back to my account promptly or the voucher I was guaranteed. I have documentation of each survey page and will escalate this matter further. This experience has left me disappointed, financially strained, and in my overdraft. As a loyal PayPal user, I expected better customer care and security. Thank you, S Brotherhood

I've been attempting to send a payment to a friend living abroad. My PayPal account is in good standing with a confirmed bank account and debit card on file. I have sufficient funds available in my PayPal balance for the transaction. I've followed PayPal's instructions to check for any limitations on my account and found none. To resolve the issue, I tried sending the payment to another trusted individual suggested by my friend, but PayPal still refuses to process the payment. My friend is in urgent need of the money, and waiting for the issue to resolve itself is not an option. This is the second time I've encountered this problem with PayPal, and I'm unsure how to proceed.

I've been trying to get a refund for seven months now regarding an item I purchased on eBay. The tracking information for the order shows that the item was not received and there is no additional information available. According to eBay customer service, when a refund is issued, it should automatically go back to the original payment source. However, the refund for the phone I purchased has not appeared in my PayPal account yet. eBay advised me to contact PayPal Customer Support with the transaction ID provided in order to locate the refund and receive further information. PayPal can be reached through Facebook or by email using the provided details. It seems the refund has been processed but has not reached my credit card yet, prompting eBay to suggest contacting PayPal for assistance in resolving the issue.

Since February [redacted], I have experienced three unauthorized transactions through PayPal. The first was on 2/28, totaling $[redacted] from my checking account under the name Maurice Lewis, which Chase resolved. The second incident occurred on 5/28/19, charging $3, also from my checking account, which Chase resolved. The most recent unauthorized transactions on 7/2/19 were from my savings account, amounting to $[redacted] and $[redacted] under the name Lisa Chan, with an ongoing investigation. I am concerned about potential unauthorized access to a PayPal account, as I do not recall having one. I have changed my bank account numbers twice due to these incidents and wish to know if PayPal employees might be involved. I request clarification on the July purchases and if there is an unknown PayPal account linked to me, I want it closed immediately. - Tanya Glazier

Today, I received a letter from Synchrony Bank regarding an apparent credit application. The letter stated that my previous PayPal account had been closed. I distinctly recall closing my PayPal account due to unauthorized access resulting in a loss of funds. PayPal's response was swift but ultimately unhelpful in recovering my money. To Synchrony Bank, the unsolicited letter implying I requested credit is unnecessary. I did not solicit your services, nor do I require your notification that funds are unavailable. If this is a marketing tactic, it lacks effectiveness and professionalism.

Good afternoon, My credit card was stolen, and my bank informed me I would receive a new one in 7 days. In the meantime, I needed to take an Uber for my car service, but PayPal did not process my payment. Despite attempting to add my debit card, PayPal only displayed credit card options. Uber suggested paying with a debit card was acceptable. How can I use a debit card through PayPal for Uber? I am dealing with numerous tasks like renewing my driver's license and acquiring a new card. I just want to settle my payment with Uber. I contacted my bank, and they assured me it will work once I have my new card, but how can I pay Uber in the meantime? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
