I am facing an issue with a recent PayPal case where the seller, Lasenra, is misleading customers with false advertisement and poor quality products. Despite their promise of a [redacted]% Guarantee and Easy Refunds, I received a quilt that looks nothing like the photo advertised. PayPal's decision to favor the seller by claiming that a similar item is sufficient, even if it's different from what was originally purchased, is unfair. Lasenra seems to be another Chinese scam shop pretending to be American to boost sales by deceiving customers. It is frustrating to deal with this kind of business practice, and I hope to raise awareness about their unethical behavior.

I am uncertain about a payment on my VISA card made through Pay Pal. While the charges appear valid, I am unsure of their purpose. I would like to know the details of two transactions made recently. One is for $8.75 on May 14, [redacted], to "Tomp Jack," and the other is for $8.88 on May 16, [redacted], to "Norcal Wire." I recently had my funds released by a PayPal agent, but encountered errors when trying to transfer them to my bank account. The next day, my account was permanently limited, and I was informed I have to wait [redacted] days to access my funds. I have read about many others facing similar issues suing PayPal successfully to get their money back. To address this situation, I will send a letter demanding the release of my funds promptly as they are essential for my rent and family's expenses. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will consider taking legal action. I am determined to escalate this matter if necessary, and I am open to resolving it outside of court if you contact me promptly.

Hello Paypal, Due to my misunderstanding, I accidentally ordered three car repair manuals from Amandeep Singh at "Best Manuals" instead of just one. The order number is A9A[redacted]4BZ with a hash sign preceding it. The transaction ID on Paypal is 5yn50542GG[redacted]. I have observed that $55.32 has been debited from my account for this purchase. I have already contacted Mr. Singh via email, and he mentioned that the transaction is still pending, and no items have been dispatched yet. I promptly informed him and Paypal about the error. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from either party so far. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly. The price of one manual was $11.99, so three manuals should have totaled $35.97. I tried to log in to my account using the phone app and reached the Captcha confirmation page. After entering the Captcha code five times, I was told it was incorrect. I then tried to log in via my computer but received a notice about irregularities in my account, prompting further security measures that never processed. After waiting for half an hour, the security measure page was still "processing." The Help page I tried to access ended up being blank. I'm trying to send $30 from my account, but I'm facing these challenges due to a slow internet connection. The email provided is not associated with my PayPal login.

I have been on the phone for an hour in the United States trying to correct an error with my PayPal account. I mistakenly set my account location as the UK instead of the US during creation. This error has caused issues with logging in and cancelling the account. I recently lodged a dispute against Recon Group as I received a damaged TV from a seller on eBay and was faced with unresponsiveness. I reached out to PayPal for assistance. When the seller requested images of the damaged item, I promptly provided them. The seller agreed to a refund on June 10 without requiring the return of the item, but I have yet to receive the refund in my PayPal account. After contacting the seller, PayPal now insists that the item must be returned by a set date at my expense, contrary to the initial agreement on eBay. Despite initially supporting me, it appears PayPal has sided with the seller. eBay is no longer willing to intervene due to PayPal's involvement. Given the seller's prior commitment to the refund based on the pictures of the damage, I am seeking a prompt resolution. I am now looking to obtain PayPal's corporate address to escalate my concerns to the appropriate authorities and request assurance that my checking account will not be charged again without my consent.

I made a payment for a service to Module Repair Pro located in Van Nuys, CA. They claimed to have fixed my auto part, but it still had the same error code when I received it back. When I informed them, they requested an additional $[redacted] in exchange for keeping quiet about it. I refused. Although PayPal upheld that the service was rendered and rejected my claim, I continue to face evasion when I request to escalate the matter to a supervisor. It appears to me as a scam, and it's frustrating that PayPal representatives fail to acknowledge it. I possess receipts from another company where I sent the module for repair, and they successfully fixed the issues. The new company even documented the problems that Module Repair Pro failed to address. I ended up spending $[redacted] to rectify the unresolved issues caused by Module Repair Pro. Hello, I purchased a dash camera from eBay on January 14, [redacted]. I have been in communication with the seller regarding the delayed package, but now they are not responding to my messages. The last message I received from them on February 19, [redacted], stated that the shipment was flagged as suspicious and could take up to 90 days from the ship date according to US customs. The seller mentioned that they were unaware of this issue and should have used FedEx or DHL for shipping per eBay's recommendation. Hello, I encountered an issue with a pair of shoes I bought from a seller on Facebook. I paid £35 but received a fake item instead of the genuine product promised. Today, PayPal charged me €1,[redacted].00, which is about 60 euros more than the confirmed amount of €1,[redacted].67. I would like a refund of the 60 euros. I am only willing to pay the total amount on the confirmation of €1,[redacted].67, as agreed at the time of purchase. Otherwise, I will have to cancel my order because I was not informed about the additional charge. The exchange rate on the day of purchase matches what is on the Toolstop UK confirmation, so this extra charge is unexpected and unacceptable to me. Please refund me the 60 euros promptly.

I purchased a handle for a Sonicare electric toothbrush around June 3, and it was delivered on June 6 in an unmarked carton without an invoice. The handle stopped working after 2 weeks of use. I have been trying to get assistance by calling various numbers, but no one has returned my calls. It was only when I checked my Visa bill that I found out MeerKite Inc. was the sender, but they have not responded to my messages. I am seeking a replacement handle for my series E toothbrush that functions properly for longer than 2 weeks.
