I encountered issues with two purchases where sellers informed me post-payment that the items were no longer available. Despite requesting refunds, the sellers did not respond. I reported the cases to PayPal for refunds, but the reports mysteriously vanished. When I inquired with PayPal, they claimed I had closed both cases. I assured them that I did not close the cases and requested they be reopened. Unfortunately, PayPal stated that once closed, cases cannot be reopened. I expressed my frustration since I never initiated these closures and suspect a technical glitch on their end. Despite my efforts, PayPal maintained they couldn't assist further, leaving me puzzled about the closure of my cases without my consent.

I have difficulty changing my password because I can't log in without answering the Security Questions. I have pieces of an email from Paypal in [redacted] as proof of my account. My account is currently locked, preventing me from sending or receiving money due to multiple login errors on my part. Despite changing my password and submitting my photo and proof of address, I'm unable to provide a credit card statement as I use a prepaid card from PayMaya in the Philippines, which does not offer credit card statements. After being a member for nearly two decades, I find it shocking how difficult it has become to reach out to your company. I made a purchase from a seller in China on eBay. The item I ordered was never received, but the courier's tracking information indicates that it was delivered. I have checked with my neighbors, and no one in the vicinity has received the package. Both eBay and PayPal are declining to issue a refund based on the courier's delivery status, which I believe is inaccurate. It seems like the package might have been misdelivered, stolen, or falsely marked as delivered. I am frustrated as I am out nearly £50 due to this situation.

I am from Serbia. In [redacted], I opened a US personal account which I needed to do. In [redacted], PayPal payments began, and in [redacted], some agents transferred my account to Luxembourg, however, the funds were left in the US account without my immediate knowledge. After realizing this, I spoke with an agent in Luxembourg who claimed my account was active with significant funds. I tried to access my account transferred to Europe using the original email address, and the password worked. Agents in Dublin stated that my money was still in the US account and advised me to contact US support for assistance in transferring funds to a US Bank Account (Payoneer). Despite multiple hour-long calls, I have not been successful. Recently, they mentioned a 14-day hold on the first transfer to the US Bank account, but nothing has appeared. I have been dealing with this issue for 7 years now. I am in urgent need of help as I am currently homeless, ill, without money for food, and the funds in question make a significant impact. Hello, I am Marc Filion, and together with Alexandra Bultel, we are developing a marketplace using the Sharetribe platform called Webikoo. Our company's name is Webikoo, and you can find us at www.webikoo.com. We recently opened a PayPal business account under the email [redacted] However, we encountered an issue during a test payment transaction. The seller was [redacted], and I, as the buyer, used [redacted] According to Sharetribe settings, both [redacted] and the seller, Alexandra Bultel, were correctly connected to PayPal. The transaction should have included a 13% commission for Webikoo, which amounts to $1.95 for a $15 transaction. Regrettably, although the seller received the full payment, [redacted] did not receive anything. Upon contacting Sharetribe support, we were informed that the transaction encountered the following error: Error code: "[redacted]" Short message: "Authentication/Authorization Failed" Long message: "You do not have permissions to make this API call" We would appreciate any assistance you could provide. However, the seller claims their PayPal account is suspended for 30 days due to an upgrade from personal to business. They are asking for a bank transfer, which doesn't provide buyer protection. The seller's username is sb-andrew17, named Andrew T Herceg, located at 2 St Annes Close, Waltham Cross, Chesnut, EN7 6JA. They provided Yorkshire Bank account details for payment. The item is a Kubota BX2350 Compact Tractor with attachments, priced at £4,[redacted], for sale on June 11, [redacted]. I have been trying to contact you with multiple messages but have been unsuccessful. I am a 65-year-old diabetic who had diabetes Central Asia or 6, and I am also in a wheelchair. One of your Associates in Texas, Ethan, sent me an invalid airplane ticket and took my money, sending it to Columbia. Despite speaking to representatives since this incident occurred last Friday, the issue remains unresolved. I have been informed that Ethan has been fired, but this does not solve my problem. My rent is paid until the 15th of this month, and I had a confirmed airplane ticket which I shared with your Texas office. I would appreciate a call back at my number, which is [redacted].

I am experiencing difficulty using my Visa debit card for online purchases linked to my PayPal account, especially with eBay transactions. PayPal has "locked me out of my account" and has been unable to resolve the issue despite multiple phone calls. I am only encountering problems with online purchases; there are no issues with in-person transactions using the same card. While some accounts work smoothly, others do not, and I seek assistance from PayPal to unlock my account or provide guidance on how to do so. Even though PayPal claims there is no problem, the account remains inaccessible. When attempting online purchases, I receive a message advising me to contact PayPal due to a security concern, although PayPal denies any such issue during our phone conversations. I am solely interested in unfreezing my account with PayPal to restore my online shopping capability. I am not attempting to use my PayPal account, only my debit card. On March 22, [redacted], I bought a Gaithtz nail gun on eBay for $58.00 AUD. eBay canceled the order within 24 hours, citing the seller's account closure due to hacking. I used PayPal for the payment and raised a dispute with eBay. They directed me to PayPal for a refund since the transaction was done through them. I am yet to receive the nail gun or a refund. I am disappointed with this experience on eBay and have been a loyal customer using PayPal for a long time. The process has not been straightforward or transparent. Dear Paypal Community, I am reaching out regarding a dispute I have raised concerning a scientific paper I commissioned from a seller's website. I have received two incomplete drafts that do not meet my specified quality and requirements, despite the seller's assurances that they hired top-quality writers. However, I found out that their writers do not meet the promised qualifications. One of the drafts was even rejected by their QA team.
