I am currently dealing with a case at the Resolution Centre and have been struggling to resolve the issue. The problem arose when I purchased groceries from Woolworths on 17/04/19, and the funds were debited from my account before I collected the groceries. Due to insufficient funds at that time, the payment was reversed and I have been trying to make the payment since. Despite my attempts and evidence in my online banking, PayPal has debited my account multiple times, leading to bank fees that are unjustly charged to me. The situation escalated when PayPal repeatedly took funds from my account, causing overdrafts and additional fees. I strongly believe that PayPal should reimburse me not only for the fees incurred but also for the undue stress caused by this situation, particularly because they attempted to debit the funds even before I collected my groceries. My name is Gregory Rife, and I signed up about five days ago at [redacted] I tried to call your company and requested a callback which was promised but not received. I need to add funds to my account to facilitate my Amazon sales before I go to the hospital, as mentioned online. Despite having many valid Wells Fargo credit cards, I was disappointed to find out about Paypal as an alternative. I wanted to cancel due to the unfulfilled promises made by your company. I value reliability in business interactions and expect better communication. I regret this situation as I had a positive experience initially. I purchased 3 automatic vacuum cleaners for the price of 2 for $[redacted].95 on April 18. After receiving a text from PayPal regarding suspicious activity on my account, I mistakenly replied NO instead of YES. I clarified my mistake and informed them to cancel the transaction if it was indeed suspicious. Although I changed my password, my account was temporarily limited. Subsequently, I received 3 different brand vacuum cleaners from China without any paperwork or return information. These items do not match the advertised high-quality vacuum with specific features. When attempting to address this through PayPal, I discovered I could no longer take action on the transaction. I seek a refund but lack contact details for the sender. My spouse completed a one-time successful transfer of $1,[redacted].00 from his Direct Express card to my PayPal account. However, there was a $45.25 fee, making the total $1,[redacted].25. After my $10 fee, I received $1,[redacted], which was then deposited into my bank account three times. Despite appearing as denied in my PayPal history, my bank account now shows a negative balance of $6,[redacted].00 due to PayPal deducting $1,[redacted] seven times. This error jeopardizes my rent payment due today and affects my bank account and credit. I possess documentation from my bank confirming these transactions. I urgently require resolution to this issue, including the correct deposit of the initial $1,[redacted]. My partner is considering involving the police due to the significant overdraft caused by these errors.

I recently sold a MSI gaming laptop on offerup for $1,[redacted] to a buyer named "Parker David" in Miami, Florida. He claimed to have sent the payment through PayPal for one-day shipping. Despite sending PayPal the tracking number and shipping receipt, I eventually received emails instructing me to send $1,[redacted].00 to another user to release the payment. It became evident I had fallen victim to a scam. I have documented messages from the buyer, screenshots of the fraudulent PayPal emails, and the buyer's details. No payment of $1,[redacted].00 was received by me, but the buyer has the laptop. I implore PayPal to assist and reimburse me for the $1,[redacted].00 loss, which has significantly impacted my financial situation.

I made a purchase at Kraken Design online on 8/21/18 for a steel monogram house sign as a wedding gift. The order number is K4901. I paid with a credit card through PayPal. After receiving a thank you email on 8/22, I was informed of production problems on 9/21. Unfortunately, I never received the gift, and my attempts to reach out to the company have been unsuccessful. I contacted the Better Business Bureau on 11/13/18, filing a complaint (#[redacted]1) due to non-fulfillment of the order and lack of communication, suspecting fraud. The Better Business Bureau also failed to elicit a response from Kraken Design and recommended small claims court. Since I made the payment with my credit card through PayPal, I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello, I need help. I work on eBay and receive my money legally. About a week ago, I sent some money to someone to create a professional website for me to start e-commerce on my own site for more profit (Shopify platform, with visits from Facebook Ads and Google AdWords). We agreed on the service on Facebook, but after the transaction, he ignored my messages and then blocked me. I filed a dispute against him but didn't get my money back. To my surprise, I received news that my account was permanently closed, even though I had previously sent all the required documents such as identification. If I violated any rules, please forgive me and let me know so I won't repeat it. I swear I want to continue with PayPal for life because it is truly secure. But if my account is permanently closed, I won't be able to work again. My account has all my real personal information (name, address, bank card). Good morning, PayPal. I already contacted your customer service, and they advised me to send my ID photo to www.paypal.com/eebr. However, when you click the link, it redirects you to a login page with no option to submit a photo. The agent is aware of my account access issue. Despite knowing my password, I am unable to pass the security check. I have verified my phone number and card details, but I am not receiving the code via email due to the email being linked to a stolen mobile phone with a forgotten password. I have requested the agent to update my email to one I can access. This situation is urgent as my family members and I are earthquake victims in the Philippines, and we need the funds. Why is PayPal not allowing me access when I know my password?

I am experiencing an issue with a returned item that has not arrived after a month. I would like to follow up on this case as it has been affecting my PayPal balance and other transactions. The buyer sent the item back over a month ago, but according to the tracking number provided, there have been no updates. I need to close this case and refund the buyer once I receive the item, as per PayPal's agreement. Checking the parcel tracking number attached, the buyer claims to have sent it but it has not been received. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I rely on PayPal's Seller protection. I signed up for a Paypal account a while back and added my bank card. I haven't used it much but recently tried to log in and forgot my password. When I tried to reset it, I got stuck because it asked for my registered phone number to send a code. I no longer have access to that number, making it impossible to make any changes. Unfortunately, my boss transferred money to my Paypal account by mistake, thinking the email we communicated through was linked to my Paypal, which it was. Since I can't access my account, I need help resetting my password so I can transfer the money to my bank.

I received a payment from a buyer in April. She initially expressed satisfaction with the items purchased, indicating she advised me to disregard any refund attempts through PayPal. However, PayPal proceeded with a refund without my consent, mentioning that since I didn't reply, the case was resolved in the buyer's favor. I attempted to engage in the resolution process but faced issues as it seemed like there was no response. Following the buyer's instructions, I reached out several times, but the buyer states she informed PayPal to cancel the refund request as it pertained to another seller. I suspect the buyer, Mrs. Shirley Everall, is engaging in fraudulent activity by falsely reporting dissatisfaction to obtain refunds. I believe she misused the process, as she initially confirmed satisfaction with the items received. I'm considering involving the police in this matter as I feel like funds were wrongfully taken from my account either by PayPal or the buyer.

Yesterday, I encountered an unusual situation when trying to buy an Apple Watch on Poshmark. The seller directed me to a PayPal transaction, but after two payments of $[redacted] and $[redacted].82 to Spencer, I suspect it might be a scam. Despite trying to contact PayPal to cancel the transfers and submitting a resolution report, I've had no success. The seller also failed to provide a shipment notification as promised, leaving me concerned about the transaction.

I ordered a blanket and a shirt from this company. After a month of no response, I contacted PayPal to report fraud. After some effort, PayPal refunded my money. Shortly after, I received the blanket, but not the shirt. The quality is very poor - the material, stitching, pictures, and words are all subpar. I also received emails and a letter from The Snow Company. They apologized for the delay, asked me to repay or return the items (with a $20 shipping fee), and mentioned unresponded emails. When I tried to reply to their email, I received a rejection notification from Google. I am unsure of my next steps.

Hello, I recently provided tutoring services and received a payment from a student through PayPal. After our sessions, he falsely claimed to PayPal that he did not receive the item. Today, I attempted to make an online purchase using PayPal, but my card was declined. I contacted my bank and confirmed that my account had sufficient funds. I have been using the same card ending in [redacted] since last October. The bank reviewed my account history for the past 6 years and found no issues. After contacting your representatives twice to resolve a mistake on my account, my issue was not resolved, and now my account has been sent to Convergent for collections, hurting my credit score. I am considering canceling my account with you and escalating this matter to the media, like the Boston Globe, if this matter is not addressed promptly. I paid for a vacation rental property on March 11, [redacted], using Visa through our PayPal account. The bedding was dirty and stained, the furniture was soiled and broken, and there was a foul smell of garbage. I contacted Owners Direct immediately and informed them that we could not stay due to the uncleanliness of the property. Despite my complaint, the property owner has not responded for over a week. I have filed a complaint with Visa (reference #D[redacted]) and am now seeking a refund. Owner Direct has refunded their administrative fee and removed the listing. I have also contacted PayPal and am pursuing a chargeback with Visa.
