I am having trouble logging into my account as it seems to be locked. Despite successfully resetting my password multiple times, I receive different error messages depending on whether I use the correct or incorrect password. The correct password prompt me with "Sorry, we can't log you in," while the incorrect one says, "Some of your info isn't correct." I am experiencing difficulty with my PayPal account. I have funds waiting to be accessed, but I am unable to do so when I check my account summary. I am also struggling to set up PayPal Cash to utilize the money or to transfer it to my Russian bank. To complete my purchase, I need to add a current debit or credit card, but I am unable to do so as my PayPal debit card from my time in New York has expired. I am unable to update my address to Russia on my US PayPal account and link my Savings Bank of Russia debit card or bank account. As a permanent resident of the Russian Federation, I do not have a Social Security Number or Taxpayer Number in the US. I appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I sold a Lenovo laptop to someone named Johnson L. through OfferUp, but I noticed he has three different last names. He agreed to pay $[redacted] for the laptop with the charger and wireless mouse. However, he asked me to buy a Google Play card to include in the package, without mentioning that I would have to cover the cost. The platform's policy holds the money until they receive pictures of the card or the tracking number, which was not my intention since I needed the money urgently. Despite shipping the laptop, I have decided to cancel the transaction as I suspect it is a scam. Johnson L. could easily purchase the Play card himself instead of insisting I do it. I did not list or agree to include a Play card in the sale. It is unfair that my money is being withheld while he receives the laptop, especially when I believe he is attempting to scam people.

I have both a personal and business PayPal account, and I'm experiencing difficulty transferring funds between them due to an unexplained hold. It seems unreasonable that two accounts owned by the same person can't transfer funds seamlessly within the same institution. The situation feels unjust, akin to restricting moving money between checking and savings accounts. I believe this hold is an attempt to control my funds until the company profits enough interest. While they emphasize buyer protection, they seem to disregard the concerns of sellers like me. This lack of consideration contributes to the frustration and challenges individuals face daily. I find this situation disheartening, especially when faced with personal financial challenges such as those caused by unforeseen events like a hurricane. The inability to access my funds affects my ability to support my family and pay necessary expenses, which is distressing.

I am having trouble logging in because my PayPal account is blocked. I initially contacted customer service in Spain but received no response, then tried Ireland. They advised me to submit a feedback form to PayPal Europe to update my phone number and password. I provided all the necessary information on Tuesday, April 9th, but still haven't received a reply. I contacted PayPal Germany, who directed me back to Spain. Frustrated with the lack of progress after 15 days, I reached out to PayPal US. I am disappointed with the level of support from PayPal Europe and have escalated my complaint to their customer service center in Luxembourg, seeking a resolution to my issue promptly.

It's frustrating to share that I received a $50 Prepaid Visa Card for my birthday last year. I linked it to my PayPal account and used the full amount to purchase an instrumental for my music production. Unfortunately, the file turned out to be corrupted, and my attempts to contact the seller were in vain. This led me to file a claim with PayPal, which eventually escalated to a dispute after a two-week wait period. The process was lengthy, and only after three months in December was I informed that I would be refunded automatically if the seller didn't respond. Just recently, I finally received the refund. However, the whole ordeal took five months, causing my prepaid card to expire during the wait. To add to the ordeal, PayPal automatically refunded the money back to the expired card without informing me, leaving me feeling cheated out of $50 with no option to have it refunded to my account balance directly. This has left me feeling very disappointed and let down by the whole experience.

I am having trouble canceling my trial subscription to Fender Play. I contacted them on 04/15/[redacted], expressing my issues. The cancellation links on the website are not working, and I cannot access the subscription options in my account. They have charged me during the trial period and converted the amount to a different currency without my consent. I prefer Jerry's Guitar Bar for its superior service. I have canceled the direct debit due to lack of trust. I urge Fender Play to respond promptly to resolve these matters. Otherwise, I will involve PayPal. I have not received any updates and would appreciate knowing the current status of my case as these charges amount to hundreds of dollars. I am having trouble regaining access to my old account, created years ago. I have the email and phone number associated with it but can't recall the security questions' answers. To restore access, I need two out of the three items. I am able to receive email codes but not SMS messages. This issue persists on my new account created yesterday. I attempted to verify with a different phone number, yet I still can't receive SMS messages. I aim to close my old PayPal account and release my primary email (the one used for contacting me here) for use with the new account. I am not concerned with the old account anymore.

I recently received an email stating that a new email address was added to my PayPal account without my authorization. Please, I urge you to remove "Berrylook.com" from your list of clients. They have received over 2,[redacted] negative reviews detailing scams where they charge for undelivered goods, refuse refunds for faulty items, and demand buyers pay return shipping to China. Their operations are based in China, and they only offer partial refunds after receiving returned items at the buyer's expense. To verify these claims, visit "Sitejabber" or "Trustpilot" and search for "Berrylook Reviews." It is clear that they should not be associated with reputable organizations like Paypal. There have likely been many disputes related to this company, which could reflect poorly on Paypal's reputation. Terence S.

I am having trouble accessing my old account at [redacted] because the login is linked to a business email that is no longer active. I added a new personal email ([redacted]) to the account, wanting to remove the old business email, but I discovered an old PayPal account associated with the personal email. Deleting the personal email account led to the deletion of the old PayPal account tied to it. However, I am still unable to access my business account as PayPal does not recognize any of my current emails. This has left me unable to access my business account with funds in it.

I am experiencing an issue regarding a payment made for the SNA Art Trail [redacted] Fee. The money has been deducted from my bank account, and PayPal shows the payment as made to the organization. However, South Northamptonshire Arts claims they have not received the funds. The transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID 9VY33989LL639551G, Company: South Northamptonshire Arts, Transaction Date: 3 April [redacted], Amount: £50. I kindly request PayPal to cancel this payment to South Northamptonshire Arts.

I was scammed by a fraudulent company called Advstuff who advertised tactical pants on Facebook. I bought four pairs for $[redacted].61 on April 6th but never received them. After investigating, I found out Advstuff is a scam run by the same person who runs multiple scams. The Huang Company pretended to ship my order but never did. The Advstuff Store site is now gone from Facebook. I paid for express shipping and want a full refund. I have been trying to contact the company but only faced dropped calls and long waits with no resolution. I am disappointed by this experience and just want my money back as soon as possible. I recently received an email from PayPal stating that a new email address was added to my account. I want to confirm that I did not add any new email addresses. The email includes a link to report if this change was not done by me, but when I clicked on it, the website requested my card details. I am uncertain if this email is genuinely from PayPal or if it is a scam. "Dear [redacted] I am writing to inform you that a new email address ([redacted]) has been added to your PayPal account. If you did not authorize this change, please Click here to report it to us immediately. This is crucial for ensuring the security of your account. Best regards, PayPal Help | Security Centre Kindly refrain from responding to this email. For further assistance, please visit Help & Contact." If this correspondence is legitimate, I want to clarify that I have not added any new email address to my PayPal account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am seeking assistance regarding a failed transaction on Ebay resulting in multiple charges to my account. I attempted to purchase an item for $[redacted], but Ebay indicated the payment did not go through. However, I have been charged three times for a total of $[redacted] under the name PAYPAL *Mark6. I have received an email regarding a charge on my account that I did not make. Please ensure to respond and cancel this charge. I am a teacher and rely on my PayPal account for receiving payments securely. Recently, after successfully verifying my account with a card and getting a refund for the $2 charge, I am facing issues with making purchases. Whenever I try to buy something, I keep getting errors stating that my payment cannot be accepted at this time or that preapproved payments cannot be set up. The only successful transaction I had was a $1 donation to a humane society. I value PayPal for its security and wide range of merchants, but this limited functionality is causing me problems. If this issue persists, I may need to ask my clients to use Skrill or Payoneer for payment, which is not ideal for either party. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
