I tried again to use my PayPal account while ordering an item using email, and AGAIN the notice came up that the ID and the password do not match. Last week I went through four attempts to reset a password to PayPal's liking and finally received that I was all set and task had been completed. That wasn't the case yesterday, AGAIN.**I truly wish this problem could be resolved as it has always been so easy to click PayPal and the order is successfully confirmed. What is the problem with my account. I have a new address but that has been successful in being changed as I see on the email screen as I check shipping address. I wish a real live person could read this and then that very same person please call me and we could work this out. My problem is not listed on the buttons as I've tried that.

A wonderful person helped me with my issue because I called the number on my bill, which I presume is in the credit department. It was then and only then that I learned the issue had been resolved but I surely had not been notified after waiting on the Robot for one hour and a half as the note kept saying I would be called in ** minutes. She told me I could use my account as the account showed that the password and the user ID coincided now. This was a bad experience and I don't know what I would have done had she not been nice enough to help because the tech way did not communicate with me.
