Dear PayPal,**I do not understand as the shipping that was provided in this screenshot of the transaction between the customer and I proves the item was shipped. The payment status was shipped and under the tracking your shipment section it states: sent by ups November *th, **** at *:**:** PM PST. Since the customer has made a claim so late ups does not allow to check shipping transaction codes after *** days. I also conversed with customer who had made the account the day they purchased my item. Also when shipping to the address at UPS stated on PayPal, ups could not confirm the location that was listed on PayPal. This frankly infuriated me as the tracking information was confirmed and Ups had shipped it on November *th confirmed to be sent to the address listed in PayPal. I am willing to take this case to court if my funds are not back into my PayPal account as I have lost an item that I sold to the confirmed ups tracking number. ****Best regards,*Miles M.
