I am back once again dealing with the same issue. I have multiple accounts, both online and prepaid cards, making it difficult to differentiate between them. I struggle to remember which card is linked to which account, and I'm also confused about the corresponding usernames and passwords. Fortunately, I was able to link a new prepaid card to an online account successfully, but the challenge of managing multiple accounts remains. I hope to resolve these issues soon and utilize the "load a check" feature on the app to access my funds, but I have encountered a denial at the moment.

I placed an order for $35.89 with Snapfish, but realized later that I accidentally ordered 8 copies of a photo instead of just one. Upon noticing my mistake, I promptly canceled the order and placed a new one for the correct amount of $11.84. Snapfish confirmed the cancellation but mentioned that my account was already charged. They assured me I would receive a full refund within 30 days. As the payment went through PayPal, I'm curious if the refund would be processed back to PayPal first before being credited to the Visa account originally charged. Additionally, I did not receive a code for the human response in my email.

After reaching out to the seller multiple times providing the necessary information, they have not responded. I initially requested an exchange or replacement, but as I had to purchase another part due to the lack of response, I am now seeking a full refund for the defective item. eBay advised me that they could only assist within 30 days and directed me to contact you for further assistance. Hello! A couple of weeks ago, I sent a message but only received a robo-reply that didn't address my issue. I would appreciate assistance from a live person. On February 6, [redacted], I mistakenly transferred $[redacted].00 to myself via PayPal credit ending in [redacted], resulting in a total of $[redacted].20 with fees. The Transaction ID is 1H405511NN585900W. I did not intend to send this money to myself, and it never appeared in my bank account ending in [redacted]. I have not received any email regarding the funds or how to claim them. I had planned to request the money and apply it back to my PayPal credit. Could you please help me locate the whereabouts of this $[redacted]?

The email includes the transaction details like the amount of $17.65 AUD for two Chef Skull Caps from Reslu Apparels. The email suggests logging in to my PayPal account to view transaction details and mentions a shipping address in Townsville, Queensland. The payment shows "shipped," and the tracking details indicate UPS shipped on November 9th, [redacted]. However, as the customer filed a claim after [redacted] days, UPS does not provide tracking details. I also spoke to the customer who created the account on the purchase day. UPS could not verify the address provided on PayPal, despite confirming shipping to that address on November 9th. After my PayPal card was stolen, I stopped using it and added my bank account debit card to my PayPal account. When I tried to transfer my funds, I got a "wrong password" message. After trying different methods to gain access to my PayPal account, it got locked. I can't receive PayPal security codes because the phone linked to my email for PayPal messages was stolen, along with my PayPal card and $[redacted] cash. I have an old PayPal account that I'm trying to sign into. When I verify my email, it then asks to send a text message to a phone number for further verification. The problem is that the phone number linked to my account is old and no longer in use. I am unable to receive the text message. I wish PayPal had an alternative method for verification since I no longer have access to the old phone number.

I am frustrated with PayPal. In my previous account, they couldn't confirm my bank information. Now, with my new account, they have confirmed my bank but not my personal identity. I sell clothes online, but the money from my sales is being held or pending. After a while, the money goes back to the buyer, essentially giving them items for free. I am upset and need my identity to be verified to lift this hold. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email over the past week, I have not received a response from PayPal.

Individuals, claiming to be Edward S. and Pete S., both with Eastern European accents, have been contacting my business requesting my credit card number for charge verification.
