My claim for $** has now been rejected three times, even though it should have been resolved the first time. The first time, the customer support agent misunderstood me and denied the claim.** The second time, the agent AGREED to give me a refund. However, I had to send back the product and I was on vacation by this time and i could not send it back. I talked to them again and they AGREED to extend the period of time they would allow me to return the item, and assured me that they would send a followup email- but this never happened and the claim was rejected. **The third time, I explained the situation and I was rejected again (for no reason) even though the claim was ACCEPTED ALREADY. **I would like to speak to a manager, I have wasted enough of my time with this.
