However, a few days later, I encountered an issue when processing a transaction with a customer through PayPal Here. Following the app's instructions to retry the card, my account limitations reappeared. I urgently need access to funds received for housekeeping services, but my account restrictions are preventing any transactions. Despite multiple calls and attempts to reach out, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I seek immediate assistance from PayPal to restore my account access and reimburse any late fees incurred due to the payment delay. I recently received an email from PayPal regarding funds my friend sent. I was anticipating this support since my friend in the U.S.A informed me about sending a donation to aid in rescuing and treating a stray dog. Following PayPal's instructions, I confirmed the email and logged into my PayPal account to link it with my bank for withdrawal. Surprisingly, I was unable to withdraw any funds as my balance showed USD0.00, despite being informed that USD100 was sent to me. I promptly informed my friend, who then notified me of the payment cancellation by PayPal. Frustratingly, my friend denies canceling the transaction and suggests I contact customer service to address this issue. I am confused as no money reached my bank account, and I am unsure about the next steps to take.

I recently received an email from Paypal regarding funds waiting for me, which my friend in the U.S.A sent as a donation to help a stray dog. I received an email from PayPal yesterday stating that I had money waiting for me. I was anticipating this because my friend from the U.S.A had informed me that she was sending a donation to help rescue and operate on a stray dog. Following PayPal's instructions, I clicked the email to confirm and went to their website. When I tried to link my PayPal account to my bank for withdrawal, it showed a balance of USD*. However, according to the email and my friend's message, USD*** was sent to me. I alerted my friend, who advised me to contact customer service. Shortly after, I received another notification from PayPal that my friend canceled the payment. I informed my friend, who denied canceling and suggested it was an error on PayPal's end. I'm unsure where the money went as it didn't reflect in my bank account. I am in the Philippines and lack a U.S. number.

I suspect that someone is using my information to create an account without my consent. I do not want a Paypal account and do not have one. Paypal responded to my request but I cannot access the information as I do not possess an account and will not create one just to view the message. Without an account, I cannot log in. If there is an account under the name Gail Runge, it is not linked to me, and I will not be liable for any activities associated with it. I want to alert you that my personal information has been used fraudulently to establish checking, credit card, and brokerage accounts, as well as credit report monitoring services, and loan applications. Upon receiving the email notifying me of the unsuccessful resolution of the transaction dispute, I contacted the claim department for further details. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, the claim department reiterated that the buyer's financial institution ruled in favor of Mrs. Mendyk for the full amount of $1,[redacted].66. I would like to provide additional context. Mrs. Mendyk initiated a short-term rental in [redacted], paying $1,[redacted].66 through PayPal. Subsequently, she canceled the reservation and requested a full refund. Following a discussion outlining the terms of the Rental Property Agreement and PayPal Invoice Terms, Mrs. Mendyk agreed to a $[redacted].00 refund. Despite this agreement, Mrs. Mendyk filed a case with PayPal claiming the full amount without disclosing our agreed partial refund. Upon noticing the full amount was withdrawn, I promptly opened a dispute with PayPal, immediately refunding $[redacted].00. The email update I received states that the buyer's financial institution favored Mrs. Mendyk, without elaborating on PayPal's efforts. I seek a fair reconsideration of my case, stressing the clarity of our transaction and the agreement reached. I am experiencing difficulties adding my bank account. Initially, I encountered the error "instrument is currently marked bad" on the app. I then attempted to add it through the website on my phone but received a different error message: "We're sorry we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I require assistance in adding my bank account to avoid exceeding the daily bank card charge limit. The account was previously linked to my daughter's PayPal account, but she claims to have removed it. I am unsure why this problem persists. Dear Support, I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my case PP-D-[redacted]2 regarding a transaction issue. I believe PayPal needs to take a stronger stance against fraudulent vendors. The situation with Lij Co. has left me with a substandard product and no recourse due to expensive return shipping costs. Hello, I recently used PayPal to book a flight with Jetstar but encountered an issue where there were two transactions. The first transaction went through and was accepted by Jetstar as payment. However, a second transaction of $[redacted].40 was debited from my account, even though it does not appear in my PayPal account and was not accepted by Jetstar. Both Jetstar and my bank confirmed that a second transaction of $[redacted].40 is pending. I am looking to only pay for my booking once and would appreciate assistance in refunding the duplicate charge. I have been redirected between Jetstar, Westpac, and PayPal. Any guidance on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My aunt in Colorado sent me $[redacted] on March 15. It's been six days, and I've faced several verification challenges. PayPal assured me that once everything was verified on March 19, I could access the funds. To my surprise, I now have to wait until March 22 for the money to be released by a federal reserve. This delay has cost me the chance to buy a car for my family's transportation needs. My husband's job is also at risk due to this situation. Dealing with PayPal has been excessively troublesome, and I strongly believe they should not withhold my funds. This issue must be resolved promptly; otherwise, I am considering never using PayPal again. The unnecessary problems caused by this delay have left me extremely dissatisfied.

I purchased outdoor torches from a company called "Lizcli" after seeing them advertised on Facebook. The ad offered a promotion where ordering 8 torches would give a 20% discount and free shipping with the code 20OF. Despite applying the code during checkout, the discount and free shipping were not reflected in my final order. Shortly after, I received an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number. However, when attempting to track the package, it showed no association with the provided number. The company's response only repeated the same tracking number and directed me to a separate website for tracking that required downloading software to proceed. I am looking to take legal action against PayPal due to the lack of protection and data recovery. Despite numerous attempts to resolve issues via email and the PayPal website, I have been unsuccessful. I have exhausted all options and now seek assistance in suing PayPal. Please reach out to me at my correct email address for further communication, as the hacked account has a false phone number preventing me from recovering it. The situation has caused me immense stress and financial loss, leading me to seek compensation for the years of hardship endured. I attempted to withdraw my winnings from my FanDuel account, and chose the option to send the money to my PayPal account by providing my email address: [redacted] The total amount was $22.75. However, after receiving an email confirming the transaction was complete, I discovered the funds were not in my account. FanDuel mentioned that the money was successfully sent to the PayPal account linked to the email provided. They provided a transaction ID: 71F39560HG189004B for reference. As a new customer, my PayPal account and pay-from credit cards were approved, and I received email confirmation on 3/21 that everything was in order. However, when trying to pay an invoice, my payments were declined despite there being no apparent issues. Despite email confirmations on 3/21 and 3/22, my payment is still not going through. I experienced frustration with the telephone system, enduring long wait times and callback promises that did not materialize. After spending over 6 hours trying to reach Customer Service, I urge for an increase in phone line capacity and operators to assist customers promptly. I rely on PayPal for payments even though it is not my preferred method. Kindly review my account and resolve the payment issue to maintain my track record of on-time bill payments as required by the merchants.

I am a caterer and I do not offer shipping services. I only provide fresh consumables that have a limited shelf life of 3 days. Despite this, there seems to have been a misunderstanding as my clients are encountering issues related to shipping. I urgently need the shipping option to be permanently disabled on my account, as it is negatively impacting my business and causing me to lose customers. The remaining funds for an upcoming wedding catering event are currently on hold due to this shipping confusion, even though there is no need for shipping with fresh food being delivered shortly. As a caterer, I want to clarify that I do not offer shipping services for any food items such as pies, ribs, potato salad, greens, or any other food. I prepare everything fresh the day before or the day of the event to ensure the highest quality. A customer has been making small deposit payments totaling $4,[redacted], despite my explanation that I do not ship anything.
