I have been asking for a postage-paid label to return the products due to their poor quality and broken pieces. While I was in India, I escalated the issue to unauthorized after not receiving a satisfactory resolution, as it seemed the only available option. PayPal closed the case, stating it was an authorized purchase. Since then, I have been attempting to contact PayPal without success in appealing the decision or speaking with someone directly. I am requesting PayPal to either accept the return or refund me the difference between $62.04 and $9.99, which amounts to $52.05.

Dear PayPal Executive, I recently received another notice (5th in the last 30 days) to update my debit card's expiration date with PayPal's automatic software. Despite trying multiple times over the past three weeks, I have been unable to process the update online and Customer Support has not been able to assist. I have been a loyal customer with both eBay and PayPal since June 9, [redacted] (Confirmation number [redacted]) and have made over $[redacted],[redacted] in purchases through PayPal without issues until now. Although my credit card number remains the same, with only the expiration date changing to December 31, [redacted], the system is not accepting the update, even after entering the correct information. Could you please provide alternative instructions for updating this information? It seems there is a glitch preventing the update from going through smoothly. I am encountering an issue when trying to transfer funds from my PayPal Business Debit Card to my verified bank account. I entered all the necessary information for the transfer, including the recipient, sender, and the correct amount. However, every time I attempt to make the transfer, I am redirected to a page saying, "Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you." I reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a resolution available. After browsing the Help Forum, it appears that numerous others are facing the same problem with no solution in sight. This issue has been persisting for a while now. How can we prompt PayPal to address and resolve this ongoing problem?

I have attempted to comply with your guidelines as best as I could. I have encountered two charges: January 28, [redacted] Strong Current Enterprises Limited Amount: -$34.99 January 28, [redacted] Strong Current Enterprises Limited Amount: -$81.13 Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]6 Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]2 Following your instructions, I reached out to the company twice via PayPal to address these charges and request refunds. The company claimed that one item was shipped after my initial contact, which was not true as I have not received any notification or the item. The other item was said to be on back order, but I have not been informed about this either. Most companies would notify customers if items are unavailable. All communication occurred through PayPal for my protection. I received a notification at 11:00 AM Mountain Time that the cases were closed due to the end of the day, although I believed I had until today to escalate the matter. I was unable to do so until March 2nd. The closure happened at a time inconvenient for most people, and I find this process confusing and frustrating. On Discord, there is a user named Visual engaging in fraudulent activities, misusing your identity to deceive others for financial gain. This behavior is against the law and poses a risk to your reputation as well. I felt compelled to inform you after a friend was promised money that was never received. I recommend taking action to protect your image by removing Visual's servers and banning him from Discord. I have also alerted the Discord team to this matter. It is important to address this issue promptly to prevent further harm.

I contacted the company twice regarding the undelivered product after they claimed to have sent it, but I never received it. I asked for a refund as they couldn't deliver the items I purchased. I was advised by Paypal to try resolving the issue with the company independently before April 2nd, after which I could escalate it if needed. I was surprised to find out on April 2nd at midnight EST that my case was closed because I hadn't escalated it by that date. I didn't realize I had to submit a complaint that day, especially when offices are closed on weekends like Saturday, March 2nd. The company's limited availability, not open 7 days a week or 24 hours a day, made it challenging to adhere to Paypal's timeline.

I've been waiting online for about 20 minutes for help. I bought a pair of light winter boots in a size larger than usual as per the recommendation, but they are still too tight. I contacted USA Dawgs for an exchange, but they have discontinued the boots due to similar complaints. They are only offering store credit, which I find unacceptable. If they can credit my PayPal account, that would work, but I prefer not to have it tied to a DAWGS account. I've been a customer for over 10 years, but with the change in ownership, the customer service has taken a hit. It's disappointing that they no longer offer free returns and exchanges like they used to.

This app platform is the worst I have ever come across. The incompetence in managing accounts is astounding. I couldn't even make a simple deposit or buy a birthday present for my son due to their errors. I feel compelled to warn others about this nightmare app. I have never encountered such frustration with any other financial institution. If I don't get my money back promptly, I will take legal action to resolve this situation and make it public. I demand my money and the closure of my account. I've only had this account for 14 hours, and I'm already beyond frustrated with their constant freezing, blocking, and mishandling of my funds. Their lack of competence is truly a joke that needs to be addressed by shutting down their operation and holding individuals accountable.

For the second time, I have requested ABC Mouse to cancel my trial subscriptions and issue a refund promptly. Unfortunately, no refund has been processed, and I have been charged an additional $9.95, making it a total of $20 unauthorized charges within a week. I urgently require a full refund to avoid a bounced check for my electricity bill, leading to a disconnection of my lights. Getting a refund for a service I have never used should not be this difficult.

I did not intend to engage with PayPal and will not in the future. I have been trying to delete my sign-in email and password from PayPal's website, but as of now, I have not received any confirmation that my details were removed. On March 7, [redacted], PayPal made an unauthorized charge of $83.73 on my credit card without verifying the seller. Despite numerous attempts to contact PayPal, I have been unable to speak with a representative. I am requesting that PayPal immediately refund the $83.73 charged by the fraudulent seller, Jamalon Webdesign, who misrepresented themselves as a bookseller. They charged me without confirming shipment. I expect a prompt refund and believe PayPal's business practices are unethical.

I have a dispute (PP-D-[redacted]4) open for a $[redacted] laptop that was inaccurately described and non-functional, and it came without a charger. I have already tried three chargers that did not work. Paypal is asking me to return the laptop at a shipping cost of $[redacted].15, meaning I would not get a full refund, just under half the amount. The seller's inaccurate description led me to believe I was getting a fully operational laptop, but what I received is essentially unusable. I am willing to return the item, but I believe the seller should cover the return shipping costs, not me. If the seller provides a return label, I will promptly send the laptop back. Otherwise, I am not willing to invest any more money in resolving this issue.

I believe someone has fraudulently opened a PayPal account using my email address. I have received several email requests from PayPal over the past 19 months, which I assumed were spam since I do not have an account. I recently discovered that the individual may live in my apartment complex, listed as Nick Carrigan. My name is actually Donald Sutherland. Can you please verify when and where this account was created, possibly in Ireland? This person has been harassing me, and I will need proof before involving the local police. I purchased two items from Storm Media Ltd. as seen on Facebook. The first item, a Pet Knot Remover on January 29th, [redacted], has not been delivered yet. I have a transaction ID: 2L[redacted]AO837116 but I can't reach them. The second item, a Multifunctional Leather Refurbishing Agent (special offer) and Repair Hair Mask, was ordered on February 6th. Some items arrived from China on March 11th, but the refurbishing agent was just a leather cleaner, not what I expected, with Chinese instructions. I used PayPal for both purchases. I'm requesting a refund for the item not received. As for the other items, they are not as advertised, and I'm unsure how to proceed since I can't understand the instructions.

Despite numerous attempts to contact support, I was informed by a Paypal representative that the transaction was not legitimate. This situation is concerning as it undermines the security features Paypal is known for. I recently purchased a secondhand iPhone 7 Plus on an app called Depop for $[redacted].00 USD. The seller deleted their account after the transaction, leading me to open a dispute. The seller claimed technical issues with their account but assured me they would send the phone with tracking. I closed the dispute on PayPal in good faith. The seller then provided a fake tracking number and disappeared by deactivating their email. Unfortunately, I have no means to reach them now. I fear I've been scammed, and I am unable to open a new dispute on PayPal to recover my funds. As a university student, this loss of $[redacted].00 USD is devastating.
