Having spoke to Paypal customer service previously, I was made to understand I had to first wait until they fake refund from the thief had failed entirely, before Paypal would step in and issue the refund themselves under their protection policies.**As of late last week the refund status has been changed to "cancelled" - which means it is now time for Paypal to issue the refund themselves.

I called in and waited myself since your service at no point was actually doing what it advertised it does.
