I'm writing about a dispute that I have a negative balance of $**.**. This is false because I gave my customer his product, which he paid for immediately. It took me three weeks to receive his money because your company made it pending. I had to wait over three weeks to receive his money. I, patiently, waited this time period. Eventually I received his money and deposited it in my bank. Now, a few days later, this same customer is claiming "suspicious activity" to MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. How can this happen? Anyway, any accusation this customer of mine is COMPLETELY FALSE. Because I did everything right. I reported him to EBAY for his false claim. I hope you resolve this fairly. But I'd really like to speak to a Paypal agent how all this happened in the first place. How can a false claim show up in my PAYPAL account without asking me first about the conflict or resolution.
