I have been fighting with paypal and the company whose product I REFUSED and sent back to China, and I have not received my refund since I returned the product on September **, at *:**PM at the Middltown Post Office. I have just today received a bill from a collection agency asking for the Money for the item I returned. I had originally canceled the order less than an hour after ordering it as I saw that the product wasn't worth the amount the seller was selling it for. They refused to acknowledge my request to cancel. The shipping label on the package sent to me is LN*********CN. I'm sure it has been delivered back to China by now. It was for a laser pen. I have the receipt in my possession with proof that it was returned to the post office. The post office told me it was enroute to China when I checked back a month later. Paypal would not reopen the case against me, because the package showed being delivered to me still, and I don't understand how that is. It is no longer in my possession, so why should I be charged for something I never accepted . I have every right to refuse a package I never wanted in the first place. I have called Paypal numerous times with the employees telling me they were going to correct this situation, and no one has done a thing. I am out the $**.** that is now a negative balance on my account and I am angry as ****, that now my perfect credit is being ruined by PayPal over something that is not my fault. I will be closing my Paypal account once this mess is corrected. I am not paying for something I never wanted. *I want answers, my refund, and my good credit standing corrected.
