I have made two separate purchases from Skylink TV Antenna. The first transaction, ID 2C[redacted]6861V, was for $58 for two Skylink TV Amplifiers. The second transaction, ID 2X[redacted]U892661J, was for $79.85 for two Skylink TBV Antennas. Despite contacting them multiple times at [redacted] and initiating a dispute with PayPal, I have not received a satisfactory response. The products received did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and performance. I have requested information on the return process and a complete refund but have not received any communication from the company, except for generic troubleshooting advice from a support technician. I am seeking a refund and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed.

I've tried to contact you via your webpage and app multiple times without success. Our account, [redacted], was set up by our website company 2 years ago, but we were unaware of the need to log in to verify deposits and withdrawals or to transfer funds to our bank account. After recently receiving login information, we were unable to confirm past transactions, prompting me to try to relink and confirm our bank account, resulting in an error message stating we had too many PayPal accounts connected. Despite unlinking another account, the issue persisted due to a third linked account. I contacted PayPal support but faced challenges due to the complexity of the situation. I require assistance as we need to transfer over $100K to our bank account. It's vital to communicate with a U.S.-based representative fluent in English. Please reach out to me at [redacted] Ext [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you. - Charles Daniels

I reside in Curacao but have a Wells Fargo bank account in the US that I would like to connect with my PayPal to receive payments for my webshop. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a US Social Security Number on the PayPal application form due to not being a US citizen. Even though I have a US address listed on my PayPal account, I do have a locally registered financial ID. I am seeking guidance on how to fully activate my account without an SSN so I can link my bank account and proceed accordingly. Thank you, Cherrel H.

Today, I initiated a case regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to open an account on a website named encherevip.com. After a brief visit to the site, I was redirected to PayPal and prompted to approve a foreign exchange rate for euros without a specified amount. As the website was based in Europe, I assumed it was for informational purposes. Upon clicking okay and exiting PayPal, I unexpectedly received a payment of 59.00 euros without making any purchases or requests. Researching further, I discovered the dubious nature of the website. I am puzzled as to why PayPal associates with such fraudulent sites. Unlike previous transactions, this one lacked transparency in stating the amount involved. I did not authorize this payment on encherevip.com or through PayPal. As the funds have not been debited from my bank account, I urge for a stop payment to prevent further unauthorized transactions benefiting encherevip.com or Sophora Media, the processing company. I seek prompt resolution on case number PP-1-[redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought a sweater from a seller who tricked me into using PayPal friends and family for payment even though it was listed as the only option on their selling page. The sweater I received was not as described and of very poor quality. The seller agreed to a refund if I returned it, but after I sent the item back, she blocked me. I am out $[redacted] deposit and $[redacted] paid to [redacted] on 10/26/18 and 11/04/18. I am seeking a refund and an investigation into the seller, who is known for insisting on friends and family payments on PayPal.

Hello, I am Samantha Davis, and I am experiencing issues with my PayPal account. Despite having $10.87 in my balance, I am unable to use it for purchases. I was able to use $89.13 on an Airbnb reservation, but since then, I have been unable to utilize the remaining balance. Each time I contact PayPal, I am given different timelines for when the balance will be available. I require assistance from a supervisor as I have not received a consistent resolution. I prefer a phone call for a more efficient resolution. My contact number is [redacted].

I recently received an erroneous bill on October 12, [redacted], from a genuine collection agency called American Coradius International Inc amounting to $[redacted].57. Despite having a PayPal account, upon contacting PayPal and providing necessary details, they identified the bill as fraudulent and provided me with confirmation number PP-[redacted], ensuring me not to worry. However, I am currently facing difficulties accessing my personal PayPal account. The security questions seem unfamiliar, and the listed phone number, ending in [redacted], belonged to my deceased parents since [redacted]. To address this issue, I have placed security freezes on my credit reports and plan to inform the agency about the error. I aim to resolve this matter promptly and restore access to my valid PayPal account, which, as per the phone system, shows a balance of 0. I will pursue this matter until it is fully rectified.

I am disappointed by the lack of communication between PayPal's team and customers, which has led to a frustrating experience for me. I've been a long-time user of PayPal and never encountered such issues before. I recently tried to report suspicious activity by an individual with multiple accounts, only to have my own account inexplicably limited. Despite numerous calls to PayPal, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. I provided the requested identification to prove ownership of my account, yet I woke up today to find myself still locked out. This has affected my ability to use eBay and other selling platforms, hindering my ability to make and receive payments. I urge PayPal to address this matter promptly.

Hello, I bought 3 items from an Instagram ad (@loveoryou) on October 5th for $77.26 through PayPal. The company, based in China, had appealing photos that appeared to be from a boutique. However, I became suspicious when I saw identical ads from other sellers after my purchase. The items arrived, but one was not as pictured and the others were of low quality. One even feels scratchy. I contacted the seller to return the items per their policy, but they asked me to send the items back to China at high costs for a refund. They offered a $20 refund or a $15 refund later on. After considering the expensive shipping options, I accepted the $20 refund. Should I seek more money through PayPal or settle for the $15? Thank you for your assistance, Rachel

Good Afternoon, I am a resident in Germany. I received a warning from you regarding unusual activity on my account. Upon reviewing my Bank Statement from 1 to 15 November with Lloyds Bank UK, I noticed two Paypal transactions that I do not recognize: 1. On 5 November, a debit of £81.55 under the name 'Timmornin1'. 2. On 5 November, a debit of £9.63 under the name Pitney Bowes. I have been trying to reach out to you, but it seems you have an incorrect contact number for me. My telephone numbers are as follows: Home telephone - 0[redacted] [redacted] and Mobile - [redacted] [redacted]. For security purposes, the answers to my security questions are: - Name of first pet: JANICE - Mother's maiden name: UDD I do not recognize either of these transactions. Please advise. I'm a new PayPal customer. When I sold something online, I faced difficulties with the payment transfer process. Despite eventually getting the payment and paying extra for immediate access, the money wasn't transferred to my bank account as it appeared. This led to overdraft fees of $[redacted] in my bank account. I struggled to recover the funds, only to find them in my PayPal account later. My bank covered the transactions, resulting in additional fees. I believe PayPal should reimburse me, as the issue originated from the failed transfer. I have only been refunded $[redacted] of the $[redacted] charged by the bank. I wish to close my bank account and receive SSDI payments directly into my PayPal account for smoother transactions. Your assistance in resolving this matter is appreciated.

I received counterfeit goods from a company called The Woman Stuff after placing an order on October 20th. Despite being charged on October 21st, I received a false tracking number and couldn't reach the company despite multiple attempts. Fortunately, my credit card company issued a refund after I explained the situation. Unfortunately, on November 16th, I received counterfeit goods and was charged £29.99 again. The company advertised a 28-day money-back guarantee but did not provide a return address. The items received are not as advertised and are not safe to use. My main concern is getting a refund. Many individuals have been affected by this scam, and I am seeking a resolution. I have contacted PayPal but have only received automated responses. I am looking for a human response to this issue. Thank you.

Dear PayPal Team, I recently received a payment of $13.96 after deduction fees from a sent amount of $14.69 on Nov 17. The transaction ID for this is 0R131439MC912591Y. I had to issue a refund for the amount, which is something I haven't done before. I understand that the fixed portion of the fee ($0.30 USD per transaction) is not refundable. Thus, I deducted this fixed fee from the $13.96 received and refunded $13.65. The sender is now requesting a full refund, but I didn't receive the full $14.69 due to PayPal deduction fees. I need guidance on how to proceed to ensure I don't incur losses. Additionally, my PayPal account currently has a zero balance. Could you please explain how I can transfer funds from my bank account to PayPal for the refund process? I would like to know if there are any fees for transferring from my bank to PayPal and if there are any minimum amount restrictions. I appreciate your assistance in clarifying these matters. Thank you, Sobia

I am experiencing issues with an item I purchased on eBay. Initially, Hermes marked the item as delivered, but I never received it. After contacting them for weeks, they confirmed the item was lost and advised me to seek a refund or replacement from the seller. However, when I informed the seller, they claimed Hermes indicated the item was delivered. I believe the seller and Hermes are not being truthful. I have a reference number for your assistance with this matter: [redacted]28. Despite my attempts, the seller refuses to send a replacement or refund. I am frustrated by the 20-day ordeal and just want my money back. A returns case was opened on eBay but was mistakenly closed due to my lack of familiarity with the platform's processes. eBay advised contacting PayPal with transaction ID 0T799659PD[redacted] to file a dispute for a refund. Your timely assistance is greatly appreciated.

I recently sold an iPad on Craigslist. The buyer asked me to request money from someone named "Herman LeClaire," claiming it was them. I was then sent an email from "PayPal" at "pay-pay_spoofverificationteam.com," instructing me to send the tracking number for the package to receive $[redacted].00. The next day, I was told my account wasn't a Business account and needed another $[redacted] to convert it. After doing so and waiting 24 hours, I was asked to send an additional $[redacted] internationally to get my funds. Even after sending the money, I was asked for more, this time $[redacted], to reach $1,[redacted] in my account. I found it suspicious. The buyer's story didn't add up, mentioning the purchase was for someone else. When questioned, the buyer feigned ignorance. This ordeal has become concerning as I just want the money from the original sale.

I am disappointed that the decision was made in favor of the buyer in my case. He received my iPhone X on November 8th but did not open a case until 5 days later. I provided all the evidence requested, but he had 5 days to manipulate the phone. He falsely claimed he never received it, even though he signed for it. This situation has left me without the means to buy Christmas presents for my son. The lack of seller protection is concerning, and I am determined to investigate what happened to my iPhone X. I shipped it on the 7th, he received it on the 8th, but the case was opened on the 12th.

I received money from my sister in the USA, but mistakenly sent it back on November 4th. Paypal is requesting additional information from me such as an ID, bank statement, or utility bill. As I reside in France, they asked me to translate my ID into English using a translator. I tried sending a copy of my bank statement, which includes both my husband and my names, but it was rejected. All utility bills are under my husband's name. My sister prefers using Paypal while I find a traditional bank transfer to be easier and less complex. The initial transaction with her went smoothly, but now she is waiting to resend the money, and I am at a loss on what to do next.

I received a phone from the UK in Bulgaria through an Ebay purchase. The seller mistakenly sent the wrong phone. After arranging a return approved by Ebay and shipping it back tracked, the seller had not acknowledged receiving the £[redacted] phone after three weeks. Following up with Royal Mail, they confirmed delivery and receipt by the seller. Shortly after, a pending refund from Paypal for the £[redacted] was initiated by the seller. However, the seller is now asking Ebay for tracking information on the phone, creating confusion about whether they have the phone and are hesitant to reimburse me. Please investigate this matter further. Transaction ID: [redacted]088382X. Thank you, Victor Booth.
