Despite the buyer's assurance of payment deduction, a recent chat with a PayPal representative revealed no funds received. The item was shipped and tracked to Hawthorne, California on 10/29/18. However, suspicions arose when a verification letter from PayPal came from a @gmail address, indicating a potential scam. Concerned about the $[redacted].00 transaction on Oct 25, [redacted], I plan to report the incident to Gmail and the Hawthorne CA police department. I am puzzled by how the scammers managed to manipulate PayPal and place the transaction as pending.

I encountered an error message stating that I've reached a usage threshold that requires identity verification on PayPal. While I work as an administrative assistant, the recent funds received were from my boss and sister-in-law to assist with my babies' medical expenses after the younger one passed away from dengue fever. I am currently experiencing financial hardship as my husband is unemployed, and I am the sole provider for our family. Please expedite the verification process as I urgently need access to the funds for my surviving child's necessities. I am willing to provide hospital bills as proof of my situation.

A limitation hold was unexpectedly placed on my account by PayPal. They requested 6 forms of identification which I hesitated to provide online due to security concerns. As a result of my refusal, they held my funds for [redacted] days! Despite finally accessing my funds, a limitation remains on my account. I am frustrated with PayPal's actions and I am considering canceling my account. Many people seem to face similar issues without cause. I have always been a law-abiding user and do not deserve this treatment from PayPal, especially with their poor customer service. Kindly delete my account entirely. Thank you in advance.

I purchased a new shed through PayPal, but the seller did not deliver on time. When it finally arrived, it was late at night. Colton promised to come back the next day to finish installation, but failed to do so. I've been paying for storage elsewhere as my property was supposed to be moved to the new shed. Despite promises, after two weeks, nothing has been fixed. Colton has given numerous excuses and has been rude. The shed has several issues such as gaps in the reclaimed wood door, rust on the roof tin, and poor sealing. I have asked Colton to retrieve the shed, as it is not as promised. I have been attempting to contact a human at PayPal. If you are unavailable to speak to customers, please clarify. I am facing issues with a vendor and require PayPal's assistance as the vendor is being evasive like PayPal. The contact numbers provided online lead to dead ends. I specifically need support from PayPal, not automated responses. I made a purchase with a vendor on July 16, [redacted], and I am still awaiting the product or a refund. Despite sending the receipt multiple times, they now claim they cannot locate the transaction. How can I receive assistance? Concern regarding Order PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]: It has been 30 days since I last heard from Custom Gifts. Despite my attempts to reach out, there has been no response. I am requesting immediate action, as I have not received my order and have not been contacted. Yesterday, I attempted to call PP but did not receive a call back. I am seeking a refund of $39.95 from Custom Gifts and wish to report this issue. I am a loyal PP customer and this experience is disappointing. I feel neglected. Additionally, I have been receiving unsolicited "porn-like" dating service emails since engaging with Custom Gifts. This is a new occurrence that started with this dispute. I am finding it challenging to contact you directly, as the responses seem generic. Losing $39.95 is significant for me, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I purchased 2 iPhone cases on eBay, but the seller sent the wrong size. After notifying them and providing pictures, they insisted I return the cases to eBay without offering a refund. I paid $24.90 for both cases and I am frustrated that the seller is not taking responsibility for the error. I contacted eBay and was given a Paypal number which led me to multiple transfers and disconnection. I want a refund from the seller for my orders placed on Oct.30th, [redacted] through OEM Encased Item #[redacted]68 and Item #[redacted]22. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding the recent statement from PayPal regarding halting payments to Tommy Robinson. I have a personal account with your company and want to express my discontent with this decision. While Tommy Robinson may have his faults, he does represent a portion of the population. I have followed him for years and can attest that he is not a racist. I find it concerning that a financial institution like yours is delving into political matters. This appears to be purely political. By associating yourselves with PayPal and the UK government, you risk alienating customers. I will give you a week to reconsider your stance on Tommy Robinson. If this decision stands, I will be closing my account, especially as I may no longer need it for eBay in the future. Thank you, G.D.

I've been dealing with this issue for approximately two weeks now. My account was locked, and now it has limitations. I have a few inquiries and would like to discuss how to resolve this. 1. Can I still receive money while my account has limitations? 2. Can I still send money with account limitations? I spoke to a representative a few days ago, and she mentioned faxing my information to have it fixed. However, I haven't received any updates on it. I faxed my details due to security concerns over sharing my Social Security Card online. I am willing to provide my bank statement and Driver's License copies. Will that suffice to address this issue? The situation has been overwhelming as I frequently engage in buying and selling. I apologize for any rudeness and hope for a prompt response. Thank you.

However, upon checkout, they request credit card information despite Pay-Pal being listed as a payment option. This seems suspicious and potentially fraudulent. Some of the websites advertising these sales are Ekvips.com, Fhvips.com, Beststorei.com, Cmvips, and a recent one called Fishfinder-Black Friday. It's important to be cautious when sharing credit card details online.

My Bank of America accounts were compromised, leading to them freezing my accounts and providing a new one. I attempted to change my bank account on your platform, but I encountered a frustrating issue. After completing the process and meeting all requirements, the screen keeps glitching, returning me to the last question repeatedly. It has been weeks of unsuccessful attempts to update my account, causing me to fall behind on payments. Even the option to pay by card is unavailable due to the lack of a verified bank account. I received an email from what appears to be PayPal stating that my card ending in [redacted] is about to expire. The email instructs me to update my card details including the expiration date and security code. While my card is not expiring soon, I am unsure if this email is legitimate. I can typically identify fraudulent emails, but this one seems convincing. I usually do not receive such requests from PayPal so early in advance. I am questioning the authenticity of this email and would appreciate any insights or advice.

On September 16, I purchased a blanket from a company called "The Snow At Sign Co. Ltd." for $64.90. However, I have not received my order as of November 10. Despite reaching out to the seller via email, I only received excuses and no clear answers. After filing a claim with PayPal (#PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]), I was notified that the claim could not be honored, asking me to contact the seller. The tracking number provided (LY[redacted]58CN) shows the package delivered on November 8 in Wesley Chapel, FL, which is not my address. The company seems to be a fraud, as they have not sent the purchased item despite taking payment. PayPal's lack of assistance is disappointing. Numerous complaints online confirm that many others have experienced the same issue with this company.

I received a $10,[redacted] deposit in my PayPal account. Transferring it to my debit card has been a frustrating experience. After transferring $5,[redacted] initially, I was informed I needed to wait a week for the remaining amount. When attempting the transfer again, PayPal stated my debit card declined the transaction. I contacted my bank to resolve the issue, tried once more, only to be asked to wait again by PayPal. Upon contacting customer service, the wait time was estimated at an hour and a half, or the option to receive a callback. Unfortunately, they did not return my call. Now, I see that PayPal has updated their policy, increasing the transfer fee from $0.25 to $10. I want my money without incurring this fee. Please note, my current email is [redacted], not [redacted], and I do not consent to any marketing use of it.
