So I was trying to pre-order a game on my PlayStation * for ***.**, the transaction failed five times is what my Sony account is showing me an what a rep told me, so I ended up using a visa, but what ended up happening in checking my bank account last night is that PayPal actually took the ***.** from my account from one of the transactions when Sony said it failed, I looked into my PayPal account statement an they told me it had failed to reach them, but my bank statement is showing that they did take it an it definitely did not reach Sony. Please help I can send pictures of all * screens from all three companies.
