I encountered a problem with a payment in Messenger. Case #[redacted][redacted]. Someone received $[redacted] twice in Messenger by mistake, thinking it was Venmo. The recipient is unresponsive, and the funds need to be canceled or refunded. Transaction ID #[redacted][redacted]. Brooklyn from Facebook explained that the recipient can decline the payment if they haven't added a payment method. If they do not, the money should be automatically returned after 7 days. It has now been 8 days, and the recipient hasn't responded or returned the funds. Please cancel the payment or refund the account promptly. Thanks, Kathy.

I sold an item on Ebay, but the payment was sent to an incorrect account. My name is Evan Chen. The funds were mistakenly sent to [redacted] rather than my Paypal account under [redacted] Upon investigation, I discovered that the [redacted] account belongs to Julien Kevin, someone unknown to me. Paypal notified [redacted] of an unclaimed $52.89 from my Ebay sale, which I cannot access. However, when I attempt to log into [redacted] on Paypal, I receive emails in French, a language I do not understand as a New York City resident. I did not create a Paypal account under [redacted], and I am puzzled as to why my Ebay transactions were directed there instead of my correct Paypal account [redacted]

I am facing account limitations that require information I am unable to provide, not out of reluctance but because the documents simply do not exist. I have submitted my driver's license photo, as it was within my means, but I lack invoices or business details because I am an individual selling items on eBay without a formal business. I am perplexed as to why this data is needed for a personal account when I lack the means to supply it. My inventory consists of pre-owned clothing and movies I have owned for years or purchased with only a few recent, vague thrift store receipts. I seek assistance in rectifying what I perceive as an erroneous request.

I need help canceling a payment that hasn't reached my card yet. Unfortunately, I can't recall the company's name or the exact amount of the transaction, and I can't find their contact information to cancel it. I had until Tuesday of last week to cancel it. When I contacted PayPal, the representative had poor English and the call quality was bad. They deactivated my card and instructed me to transfer my funds to a Google Play card because they claimed the amount due was $[redacted].99, which I have not spent. To reinstate my account, they asked me to load a hundred dollars onto the Google Play card. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and considering closing my account. My social security funds are deposited into this card monthly. I need urgent help with this matter.

While traveling for an extended period in Mexico, I encountered an issue with PayPal requiring a security code to be sent to my inactive USA cell phone for a hotel reservation. After a lengthy call with a representative advising me to wait until my return to the USA to use my account again, I found this solution unsatisfactory. The customer service response was unhelpful, suggesting I contact them after resolving the issue. However, my location in Mexico and lack of a USA cell number make it impossible to receive the verification code. Unfortunately, the online platform does not allow for a non-US number for verification. I am seeking a resolution for this matter to proceed with my transactions.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience trying to contact PayPal support. After waiting for hours on the phone without speaking to anyone, I am beyond disappointed. Despite my efforts to email customer support, I have been unable to reach anyone. Therefore, I decided to send this message through regular email rather than the app. Below is the email I attempted to send through PayPal's iOS application. 1. I have removed Ultimate Guitar from my account months ago, yet I have been continuously billed. This situation is unacceptable. 2. I don't understand how PayPal allowed an old account to be repeatedly billed, leading to unnecessary banking fees. I had removed this business account from my defaults months ago. 3. Waiting for support for 30 minutes to an hour is reasonable, but I have not been able to get through no matter how long I wait. As my sole form of photo identification is my passport, I find it excessive and unwarranted to request such confidential information when I have not breached any of PayPal's terms or agreements. I called from the registered number associated with this account, asserting my identity as Alexander Popik, the account holder conducting transactions. I offered to respond to security queries to verify my identity, a proposal rejected by the representative I spoke with. To summarize, I have not violated any terms, have validated my identity, and am willing to provide additional evidence if necessary. Kindly remove the Photo ID Limitation or provide access to my account. A generic email outlining steps to access the Resolution Center will not suffice in addressing my concerns. I am convinced the seller is fraudulent and wish to either reopen or initiate a new dispute to recover my funds. I have been a victim of severe identity theft, including cellular, cyber, and physical stalking for six years. The suspect has all of my government-issued documents and has been impersonating me on my accounts. My phones, electronics, emails, and online accounts are compromised, including the computer I am currently using. I have been unable to maintain a secure account since [redacted]. I recently received a statement claiming I owe $99.74 for an account ending in [redacted]. I want to clarify that I have never opened a PayPal account, made any charges, or received a credit card ending in that number from PayPal. Several years ago, one of our employees created a PayPal account in their name for our business, a practice we have continued since their departure five or six years ago. Despite numerous attempts, we have been unable to transfer the account to our corporation, leading to ongoing challenges. We have now spent two years trying to update the account with one of our directors without success. At this point, we believe it would be best to close the existing account and seek an alternative payment system where we can register as a business entity.

On September 19th, there was an unauthorized purchase made using my debit card information on eBay for a Humminbird Helix GPS amounting to $[redacted]. Despite this, I received the item instead of the thief. I promptly reported the incident as fraudulent, secured my eBay account, and requested a refund. Subsequently, on September 24th, I was notified via email that a refund was issued from the seller's PayPal account, automatically processed by eBay. Upon returning the item to the seller, they confirmed its receipt. I made the purchase as a PayPal guest, hence not having a registered PayPal account linked to my bank. I was informed by automated PayPal customer service that it could take up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in my bank account. However, I took precautionary measures and cancelled my debit card on September 25th. I am concerned if this action may affect the refund process. I recently got approved for credit but am facing issues with my account security questions that I cannot remember due to old memories. As a result, my account was blocked from sending money through PayPal Credit. I offered to provide my license to verify my identity, but the representative declined. When I called back, another representative incorrectly informed me that I could use the credit for online purchases, which is not true. I am frustrated and want to retake the security test. I purchased products totaling $43.44. I emailed the support desk 26 hours ago, but I haven't received a response yet. I need assistance with technical issues. The problem with gaining access to the admin panel was fixed, but I can't access the product link to view and edit my [redacted] products uploaded to the site since September 30, [redacted]. Due to the lack of customer service and the unresolved product link issue for 14 days, I'm requesting a full refund. I feel unable to use the platform effectively.
