Case * PP-***-***-***-***. I was promised by this seller that he would send me a return slip once a case was started. I have already send you all of the emails. Now, PayPal is telling me I must pay for the return shipping. This was supposed to be a new video card and it turns out to be an RMA that was a replacement for someone else's video card and Zotac refuses now to honor the warranty. This was false advertising and possibly fraud. Do I need to involve law enforcement and attorneys? Please let me know. Also, I received a second email demanding that I put the tracking information on my resolution page and there is not an open case to tie anything to at this time.
