I am experiencing issues with accessing my funds despite having no holds on my account. I am unable to use my debit card, PayPal MasterCard, or even my PayPal balance for transactions. This has caused me to lose significant amounts of money today as I couldn't communicate with my distributor after being on hold for hours. The system has not allowed me to wait for callbacks as usual, and I have spent the past 24 hours struggling to get assistance, with 20 of those hours spent on hold. The uncertainty of how long I will be on hold each time is frustrating, and calls are abruptly cutting off.

Hello, it has been a week since I have been unable to access my PayPal account. I am unable to reset my password, contact customer support via email, or make any phone calls as it all indicates that the receiver does not exist. I changed my email address recently to [redacted], and since then, I cannot log in at all, even using my old email. I am concerned that PayPal may no longer be available. Please provide me with detailed instructions on how to regain access to my account and share the correct customer support phone number for assistance in Austria. I am seeking assistance to transfer funds from my PayPal account to another PayPal account. The guidance provided here has not been successful in resolving the issue. One suggestion was to use the Xoom platform for the transfer, but it has led me back to PayPal. The transfer process was almost completed, but a state ID or Driver's License and a bank copy for the transfer were requested. I sent scanned copies of my Kenyan National ID and the linked card to PayPal, but they could not verify the account. Xoom has advised me to contact PayPal for account verification. I hope to receive a definitive solution this time.

I have a Paypal account linked to [redacted] and [redacted] for transactions. Recently, I noticed that instead of charging my purchases to my Paypal credit card, four amounts were deducted from my bank account, leading to four $35 fees. This situation has left my bank account overdrawn by $[redacted], and I won't receive another paycheck until next Friday. I need help as I did select the payment to be made from my credit card and not from my bank. Can Paypal send a formal request on letterhead to my bank to reverse these charges? I have attempted to contact Zoupper multiple times regarding a watch purchased through Facebook. However, the email and tracking number provided by the seller are incorrect, and I have yet to receive any updates on my order. My Discover Card was charged for the transaction, but the information I received from Zoupper does not work. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. Case Number: PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recent purchase I made through Paypal. The item I received was not as described by the seller. Unfortunately, returning it would be costly and ineffective as the shipping expenses would be equivalent to the refund amount. The item I ordered, which I believed to be of collector's grade, turned out to be of poor quality - plastic instead of metal, lacking a display stand, and not rechargeable. Additionally, it arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging, making a return with unopened packaging impossible. The website where I made the purchase, colorful-hairs.com (also known as Idea Mall), removed the listing post-purchase. I urge for a satisfactory resolution to this matter. The current buyer protection policy appears to benefit scammers, as the return process may not be feasible. If a resolution is not reached, I may consider closing my Paypal account.

I've been waiting for my family to repay me for something for over a week through Friends and Family on PayPal. One of them had trouble sending funds using their PayPal Credit or credit card, so they bought multiple prepaid Visa cards with $[redacted] max on each. They managed to send me part of the money owed, but I can't transfer it from my PayPal balance. I've adjusted my withdrawal limit, but it still won't process. This is a personal account, not for selling. When will I be able to transfer this balance to my debit card? I need to make overdue payments, and this delay is causing problems. Please allow me to transfer the available funds right away, as they are not pending anymore.

I have been trying to contact Zoupper regarding the watch I purchased through Facebook using PayPal. The email and tracking number provided are incorrect, and I have not received any response. I discovered the payment was taken from my Discover Card but have no confirmation. I sent an email to Zoupper today using the contact information from their Facebook page but still have not heard back. Hopefully, they can assist me soon.

I initiated a resolution case a few weeks back regarding a wrong and inferior product I received from a seller through PayPal. The process got complicated when I tried to return the item using a prepaid label provided by Lazada, but the barcodes didn't work. Lazada's solution was for me to bear the return shipping costs. I found this unfair as the seller was uncooperative in accepting the return and providing a valid reason. Despite these challenges, I tried to update my case in the resolution center only to mistakenly close it after being prompted to dispute a charge. I'm frustrated with PayPal's resolution center being frequently unavailable and unresponsive via email. I still expect a refund of [redacted] Baht for the subpar product.

My husband and I recently opened a PayPal account, intending to use it solely to sell our Firebird, not as a credit card with PayPal. Could you please cancel the credit card account associated with our PayPal immediately? I am concerned that there may be a scammer using PayPal to take advantage of us. Initially, this person was in contact with my husband by phone, but when he fell ill and was hospitalized, the scammer began texting me. They are asking for $[redacted] to be sent via Western Union to a fake freight company in Louisiana. Additionally, they claim there is $6,[redacted] in the account waiting for me, but I suspect this is all a scam. We are under immense stress with my husband's hospitalization. I am concerned about potential scam artists trying to purchase my restaurant equipment on Craigslist using PayPal. They refuse to provide their names or location and only communicate via text messages. The items for sale include used booths, booth tables, chairs, and tables, all in good condition. On August 18, [redacted], I sent a $[redacted] payment to L. Farnham. She mentioned the payment was to be deposited into her credit card account. L. had no prior experience with PayPal and found setting up the account easy, requiring only her full name, email, and credit card number. I received a PayPal verification email for this transaction with ID: 9MJ80188VJ898103K. The payment, from R. Stamm (email: [redacted]), was meant for L. Farnham (email: [redacted]). Today, on September 25, [redacted], L. checked with her credit card company and found no record of the $[redacted] payment. As L. is my sister, I trust her account of not receiving the money. Despite attempts to reach your department via phone, I faced multiple transfers and was unable to speak to a representative, a disappointing experience for a customer in need. This security breach marks the second time my PayPal account has been compromised, leading me to consider closing my account permanently. Advised by them, I have sent back three packages labeled "Return to Sender," having kept one for potential legal actions. I am disclosing this situation to Facebook to report their misleading advertisement and sale of counterfeit wigs, notably using Raquel Welch's image without authorization. They showcase wigs that are vastly different from her genuine collection, even utilizing videos from YouTube displaying unrelated products. Their misleading practices must cease, and I am prepared to seek legal counsel and involve Facebook to combat their deceitful business tactics.

I received a discount code and used it to purchase an item. However, the code did not work, and I had to proceed with the purchase at full price. I believe that the discount should have been honored as many others have faced the same issue with PayPal discount codes. I followed the instructions correctly and feel that the offer should be honored. I spent £28 on the item and £3.95 on postage. I am disappointed as I would not have bid as high without the discount. There was no indication of the issue before checkout.

I called to remove a security item for my outdated cell phone and ended up being coerced by a foreign representative into a recurring charge on my account, despite my clear refusal. The communication was difficult to understand, and the threat of having the money taken regardless of my response made me feel trapped. After enduring the unclear offer multiple times, I reluctantly agreed to get the cancellation number, which was quickly provided and hard to grasp. Upon expressing my wish to close my account, I was told to listen to another offer before they would proceed, but the call abruptly ended after I complied. Despite the frustrating experience, I managed to cancel my account, change my bank details, and avoid further charges. This incident has tarnished my perception of the company, and I believe their handling of customer interactions has greatly deteriorated the quality of their once-reliable service.
