On August **, ****, I sent a $*** payment to Lisa Farnham, which (according to Lisa) was supposed to have been deposited into her credit card account. **Lisa had never used PayPal before, and told me all she was asked for was her full name, her email address, and her credit card number, and "voila" she had a PayPal account.**I got a verification email from PayPal, indicating that I'd sent Lisa the $***, transaction ID: *MJ*****VJ******K. The payment was from me (Robin Stamm, email: *****@***.com), and the recipient was Lisa Farnham, at email address: *****@***.com.**Lisa called her credit card company today (*********) and was told they had not received a $*** payment from me, or at all. Lisa has now asked me to sort this out with you.**Lisa is my sister. I believe her when she says she didn't get the money. But the transaction is noted as "complete" on my account. So where did the money go and how do I get it back?**Robin Stamm
