My account is on hold from a fraudulent transaction on my account from August *th. My bank has investigated and closed the case, yet PayPal still has my funds locked. I looked in the resolution center and sent them proof of address. I cannot complete the remaining * resolve options. PayPal is how I receive money from my employer as I am a freelance writer. I need the funds to pay bills and PayPal doesn’t seem to care, even though my case is closed and I have been refunded by my bank. I’m likely not to use PayPal anymore after this. I need help ASAP, please.
GetHuman-letsgrow did not yet indicate what PayPal should do to make this right.
