I purchased an item on ebay (************).**After prompt payment and a few days, I received notice that the item was no longer in stock and the transaction would be terminated. **Several days later, and neither I nor ebay see any indication that the seller is initiating a refund. Ebay forwarded me to paypal, but after being on hold for around a half hour, the call self-terminated. **I would like the $**.** immediately returned to my Discover card, as I have already bought a replacement item.**Also, further research into the user (snookys) shows this isn't an isolated incident and the user does not communicate well and has had to have ebay step in before, to get money returned.***Thanks for your help. I look forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue. **-Josh S.
