I did not receive a package from a seller. I opened a dispute with the seller. It was not resolved. I *did* escalate the issue but it never showed up on my account. I also could not get back into the resolution center to contact the seller either on my mobile device or on my desktop (issue with PayPal site). Then today I got an email the case had been permanently closed. There seems to have been bugs with PayPal’s website and I don’t believe I should be penalized for this. The dispute should be open and reflect the escalation I submitted on June **th.
