Product [redacted]81 I had a buyer who wanted to return the item, claiming it was not genuine, which is not true. We agreed on a refund of £[redacted], with the buyer still responsible for £16 in postage. I advised them that the refund will be processed once the item is returned in good condition. I filled out the eBay return form, deducted the postage fee, and sent it. Surprisingly, eBay notified me that the refund was issued before I even received the item back. Now, I'm left hoping the buyer will follow through and return the item. I request your assistance to withhold the funds until I confirm receipt of the item. I need assistance with a return to ZG Technology Co., Ltd. I bought a wig using PayPal on 6/13/18 with my Visa for $40.89. I listed my iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black 32 GB on Mercari hoping for a quick sale. Soon, a buyer showed interest, but after agreeing on the sale, I faced an issue with the payment. Despite being promised a quick release of funds within 24 hours, it has now been a month, and I am still waiting for my $[redacted].00. I contacted the buyer about the payment and even demanded my phone back, but the situation remains unresolved. PayPal has failed to return my funds as agreed.

I have been receiving notifications that an SMS code is required for my transactions, but you keep sending the code to my home phone [redacted], which cannot receive text messages. My correct cell phone number is 1 [redacted]. Please confirm that this issue has been resolved. I have settled my bill and no longer wish to use your services. Kindly unsubscribe me and disassociate my finances from your system. Originally, my balance was meant to be deducted directly from my Bank of America account, so I am confused by the sudden appearance of late charges. I have proof of payment.

I recently relocated to China from the United States and am unable to verify my PayPal account as it is linked to my old US phone number. When trying to add my current Chinese mobile number, it's being rejected as invalid. I need help resolving this issue so I can continue using PayPal even though I've moved countries. Are there options available for users in China? I purchased a used folding table for $85 on eBay, but the seller couldn't ship it. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, but the seller didn't respond. I opened a case on PayPal, and the seller asked me to close it for a refund. However, when I closed the case, the seller stopped communicating. eBay said they can't help since I contacted PayPal, and PayPal claims I'm out of luck for closing the case. The seller still has my money and the item. I'm disappointed in PayPal and eBay's handling of the situation. I plan to report this to consumer protection agencies and share my experience on social media to warn others. I won't be using PayPal and eBay again.

I made a purchase using PayPal Credit, but it processed through my PayPal account instead. I quickly canceled the transaction, and refunds were initiated. Now, my checking account is overdrawn by $[redacted] because the funds were taken from my backup bank account. I checked PayPal for the refunds to cover the overdraft fees, but they are still pending after 2 days. I believe the refunds should go back to my bank account, given that's where the money was deducted from. Regardless, I urgently need the refunds today to avoid the $90 in overdraft charges. On June 18, [redacted], I purchased five SkyWire TV antennas and five signal boosters totaling $[redacted].00 plus $[redacted].70. The product was advertised to offer numerous channels, replacing the need for cable TV. However, upon testing one antenna and booster, we were disappointed to only receive 58 local programs. After contacting customer service on June 28th, they claimed it was not their responsibility and refused returns. We are unhappy to have four unused items without a refund option. I informed them on July 16th that I will dispute this false advertising and lack of cooperation. The order number is 5E188FA48 for SkyWireTV. Thank you, Lynn K.

On July 6th, there was a charge from Sony for $59.99, causing my bank account balance to drop significantly. After disputing this charge for a week, I received a refund last night. However, during this time, two additional charges of $28.99 and $29.99 also appeared, which I am fine with, had it not been for the initial Sony charge. As a result of these unforeseen charges, four NSF fees were incurred, impacting my account further. My bank has confirmed these fees are not on their end, prompting me to reach out to resolve this with you. I kindly request the removal or waiver of these NSF fees to restore my account to good standing.

I bought painting tools from 'eFortune Sukses Jaya', but they were of poor quality and unusable. I have reached out multiple times about this issue, and I am still awaiting a satisfactory response. On the 8th, there was a charge of $54.11 that I managed to cancel on the 11th. I took the necessary steps by contacting the company responsible for the charge, spoke to them directly to halt the payment, and even confirmed with PayPal that everything was resolved. To my dismay, I noticed today that the charge is attempting to go through again. After calling, I was informed that the initial claim to stop the payment was denied, despite being assured otherwise previously. The company stated they would continue pulling payments unless I took action with my bank to prevent this. I have now placed a stop charge on my account. I am seeking clarification as to why PayPal is attempting to proceed with a payment that had already been stopped by the original company, especially when there is no valid reason for the charge.

I am extremely distressed by the situation my husband and I are facing. My husband, who has Parkinson’s Disease, wanted to sell his motorcycle, and we found a buyer who insisted on using PayPal. We received $3,[redacted].00 in our PayPal account, but then we were told to pay $[redacted].00 for a supposed pickup fee via Western Union. After that, we were asked to pay $[redacted].00 for insurance through a different service, followed by another $[redacted] for taxes. When I expressed my inability to pay more, someone claiming to be from PayPal named Frank requested that I purchase $[redacted] in iTunes cards and send him the codes to resolve the issue promptly. Feeling overwhelmed and taken advantage of, I complied, but have not heard back after that. This whole ordeal has caused me immense stress, especially considering our limited income and my husband’s condition. If the promised credit does not appear in our account soon, I will have to escalate this matter to the authorities for investigation.

Hello, I need assistance with understanding why my ACH/electronic funds transfer of PhP4,[redacted].98 to my savings bank account ending in [redacted] on July 15, [redacted] was denied. This account is the same one I have been using for my Paypal transfers biweekly for many months. I successfully transferred funds twice to this account on July 3. After checking with PSBank (Philippine Savings Bank), they mentioned the previous Paypal transfers went smoothly, but they had no record of the recent failed transaction. I've been charged PhP50 for the transfer attempt and an additional P250 for the ACH Withdrawal Denial. I also transferred funds on July 16 and 17, and I'm concerned about facing the same issue and incurring another P250 charge. Including the transfer fees, I have already paid nearly PhP1,[redacted]. I appreciate your help.

I have a $50 pending transaction on my PayPal Prepaid Card from Harrah's Ak Chin hotel since July 2nd. I have contacted Harrah's three times but keep receiving the same runaround, being told to wait 10 working days. After another call to Harrah's, they advised me to contact my bank to have the pending charge removed. When I tried calling the bank, I encountered difficulty navigating the automated system and was redirected to a person with an Indian accent offering me shopping certificates and other services for a monthly fee. Despite being given multiple numbers to call, the call eventually failed, leaving me frustrated with this entire situation.

I have a charge on PayPal from Angie's List that I've been struggling to address. When contacting them, I was directed to their website where I couldn't find any "live chat" option to cancel my account. I emailed [redacted] on 7/21/18 but received an error message stating my email address isn't allowed to message them. I wish to cancel my account, have the $9.99 refund issued to PayPal, and my email address [redacted] removed. In March [redacted], I placed an order on the Perfehair website for three different wig styles. There was an offer to get all three wigs for $78.90 instead of purchasing them separately at a higher price. The order was confirmed with the order number [redacted] on May 2nd, and I eagerly awaited my package. After several weeks passed with no updates, I tried to contact the site via email but received an error message indicating it was the wrong site. Finally, on May 11th, I received an email saying my order was on the way, but it took another week for the package to arrive. To my disappointment, neither wig was lace front or human hair as advertised, and one wig even had a strong odor that concerned me. Despite claiming [redacted]% satisfaction, there was no invoice included, and the site did not respond to my messages on Facebook. I paid through PayPal and reached out to them for help. It's disheartening to experience these fraudulent practices, especially for seniors like myself with disabilities.

I am using a French mobile number with the country code 33 and the phone number 06 18 01 93 03. When trying to open a PayPal account, the system automatically changes the country code to 49 for Germany, making it impossible for me to input my actual phone number. Despite creating a new Gmail account [redacted] for this purpose, PayPal's system does not allow me to include my telephone number, thus preventing me from completing the account setup. I have already sought assistance from IT professionals and my UK bank for almost six days, dedicating 5 to 6 hours daily to resolve this issue, but have been unsuccessful in bypassing PayPal's restrictions. For the past 24 months, I have received a $30 payment/donation from Kenneth K. Each month, I would transfer the payment into my Wells Fargo account as usual. Recently, Mrs. K. contacted Paypal to cancel the payment, but Paypal failed to do so. Not only did Paypal not cancel the payment, but they erroneously charged me an extra $20 for their error. On top of that, they also deducted my most recent payment/donation from Elaine K. These donations were crucial for me during a severe financial crisis caused by embezzlement, leaving me with minimal income to survive on. I am struggling to afford food at times, making these contributions essential. I urge Paypal to refund the money they took from me and acknowledge their mistake in not honoring the cancellation request promptly. It's a distressing situation when basic necessities like food become a luxury due to financial constraints. Cindy P.
