I would like to express my frustration with the handling of seller protection issues by PayPal Russia. As an Etsy seller using PayPal for payments, I encountered a situation where a customer claimed non-delivery before the estimated delivery time had lapsed. Despite providing detailed shipping information and tracking, PayPal sided with the customer prematurely, resulting in a forced refund. Subsequently, the postal investigation revealed the package was delivered after the refund was issued, and the customer did not inform me of its receipt. When I presented this evidence to PayPal, I faced challenges communicating with multiple representatives who requested repetitive information. Despite providing proof of delivery from the postal service, PayPal dismissed the confirmation and denied my appeal based on tracking limitations for international inbound items from Canada. This experience has left me without compensation, as the customer received both the package and a refund, ultimately feeling scammed by the handling of my case. I made a purchase using my PayPal account on June 8, [redacted], and the money was refunded. The purchase was initially made with a card that was linked to the account. The amount spent was $[redacted] USD, which was refunded, but even after receiving the refund, I couldn't use the balance to pay for goods. I also tried sending the money to someone else, but that was unsuccessful. Since the refund, I have noticed a daily decrease in the total balance in my PayPal account, which is confusing to me. I urgently need some answers as I want to use the refunded money to make my purchase. Thank you.

I purchased 3 items from a company and paid with Paypal. However, the items I received did not match the description. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't reach the seller, so I filed a claim with Paypal. The claim was settled in my favor, but I'm being asked to return the items to China, even though they were shipped from Monroe Township, NJ, not China. I can't find a way to present my side of the story in the dispute on the Paypal Resolution Center website. I'm frustrated that I have to pay for return shipping when the company is at fault. Contacting Paypal by phone has a two-hour wait time, and I need to clarify this issue with a representative.

On November 7, [redacted], I made a full payment of $[redacted].90 to Katahdin Bakery and Cabins for a cabin reservation from June 9-15, [redacted] (Invoice ID: INV2-6ZEH-UY85-PANA-6D2K). Upon arrival on June 9, we discovered plumbing issues with the cabin and it was unavailable. After contacting the owner, alternative accommodation suggestions were provided, and assurance of a full refund via PayPal was given. However, as of now, I have not yet received any refund confirmation. Despite filing a resolution case, it was closed due to the payment being made over 6 months ago. My expectation was that PayPal would offer protection in such situations, but it seems this is not the case. The refund is crucial for covering the costs of the unplanned lodging expenses we incurred.

I recently redeemed a $5.00 credit from PayPal for some orders. The credit was initially applied to Gardners Supply, then I encountered a technical issue where it was removed. After receiving two claim emails but not being able to access the link, I managed to finally claim the credit today. However, I intended to use it for an order from an eBay seller yesterday, assuming it was already in my PayPal account. Unfortunately, I have completed two orders without being able to utilize the credit. It's frustrating to have the credit be unavailable when making a purchase or have it taken away afterwards. I would appreciate a refund of the $5.00 for yesterday's order.

Dear PayPal, I am reaching out on behalf of Stemo Ltd regarding a transaction made on eBay with Item Number: [redacted]22 for a Morphosmart MSO [redacted] E2 USB fingerprint reader and smart card reader for 85 British Pounds a few months ago. After the customer paid and we dispatched the item, we were notified that the payment was returned to the customer Samuel Fathers. According to the message we received, Samuel Fathers indicated that he did not have the funds in his account. We kindly request clarification on this matter. Hello, I opened a case on 19/06/[redacted] regarding purchasing an Expert Advisor from a seller. However, after installing the indicator, it did not work as promised. The seller mentioned that the EA operates during the London and New York sessions, but I found it was not functioning during those times. June 21, [redacted] Hello, I arranged a payment on June 15th from my Wells Fargo account but received a notification from PayPal today stating I missed the payment. I want to clarify that I did schedule the payment, but it did not reflect on my account summary. To rectify the situation, I initiated another payment of $40.00 from the same bank account. I kindly request that you stop sending my money to Yelp, a marketing company that has been contacting me for years to push their services that I did not ask for or need. I have noticed you have been transferring $[redacted].90 to them for several months, and I am requesting a full refund. I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] account since Yelp accessed it through that email instead of [redacted] I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a statement of transactions from both my Yelp accounts so I can review for any additional unauthorized charges. I am currently facing financial difficulties. A friend has sent me emergency funds that I am unable to utilize because my account is undergoing verification issues, leading to it being locked. I have updated my phone number on the account successfully, but the verification process is still sending messages to my old number. Despite multiple attempts to verify through security questions and email, the situation persists. A friend offered to retrieve the funds for me, but a pending status on the transaction has left me without access to the money. On March 27th, PayPal deducted $[redacted].19 from my account to settle my orders with Curren Online Store. I made two separate orders on different months, each deserving its own tracking number. However, I keep receiving only one tracking number in my emails from Curren. Despite being provided with a delivery time and a tracking number, I never received the parcel. The post office has been unable to locate it, leading me to believe it was stolen. I am requesting the cancellation of this transaction due to the non-delivery of the parcel. PP [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]: The buyer intended to pick up the Jeep he purchased in April, but filed a dispute with PayPal claiming I didn't ship it, resulting in a refund being issued incorrectly. I have tried contacting PayPal through various channels without any response. It was never my intention to ship a Jeep for $[redacted] to a buyer in another state as the shipping costs would far exceed the selling price. The buyer had agreed to collect the Jeep in April during a visit to Minnesota for a racing event. I have reached out to the buyer, but have not received a response. It seems that PayPal now has possession of the Jeep. Please recover the funds from Excelsior Racing so that the buyer can discuss the next steps regarding the Jeep directly with me. Thank you.

Hello, I have tried calling six times without success. Each time I get put on hold, the system disconnects the call. Additionally, the system does not recognize the phone number linked to my account. On the seventh attempt, I chose the option for a callback. I explained that I needed to inform PayPal about my upcoming travel to avoid my card being deactivated while abroad. However, they said they had to transfer me to a specialist and, once again, the call was disconnected. I have searched your website extensively but could not find a way to submit my travel plans. I worked as a representative for an international company called OleOle through www.oleole.pl. Acting as a 3rd party, money was deposited into my PayPal account and I transferred it to my bank as instructed. Keeping 5% as payment, I then sent the balance via UPS to an authorized agent with documentation and emails saved. Multiple transactions were completed, but I later received notices from PayPal about fraudulent reports. Now, my account has nearly a $21,[redacted] negative balance as the money went back to the depositors after I sent it. With a zero balance, I fear falling victim to a scam. Seeking assistance as this situation unfolds.

I recently placed an order for 6 items from a seller. Unfortunately, I only received 4 items in my shipment. The missing items are "9 STEEL BONED BLUE LATEX WAIST TRAINER - XS / BLUE" and "Nude Zipper Lace Hem Long Pants - S / NUDE" with a total value of $93.00. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times, but the provided phone number turned out to be fake and played pre-recorded advertisements. I am requesting a refund for the missing items. In another incident with the same seller, I made a purchase only to be informed later that they did not have the items in stock. I was asked to select items of equal value from another website, which I did in good faith. However, when I provided the item numbers, the seller asked for links instead. This back-and-forth was frustrating, and I would like a refund for this transaction as well.
