PP ***-***-***-****Buyer was going to pick up Jeep he bought from me in April but told Pay Pal that I didn't ****p it, so as he could get his money back. Pay Pal refunded his money which was wrong. If a refund was to be given, it is between the buyer & seller not the money handler. Paypal has not answered a number of emails that I have addressed to their appeals, complaint, service and resolutions departments. I would never have agreed to ****p a Jeep to someone several states away when I sold it to him for $***.**. The ****pping cost would be much greater than the price paid. The buyer stated he would pick up the Jeep in April when he came to Minnesota racing. I have sent emails to the buyer but he has not responded. It looks to me like Pay Pal bought themselves a Jeep. Please get your money back from Excelsior Racing and he can negotiate with me as to what to do with the Jeep. Thanks
