I am having difficulty resetting my p***word. I forgot the original p***word and my phone number has changed. Even though I enter the code through my email, I am being given a second challenge, which is the phone number. I am not able to respond to this as I no longer have that original phone number, it was years ago. When I try to change the phone number I am not able to. I would like to retain my original email and either recover my original p***word or be able to set a new one.
I trust that PayPal will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
