You can cancel your PayPal account online after you log in. Go to the Settings tab and click “Close account”. This will permanently disable the account.

Dear Sir,**Several years ago I had a paypal account. In the mean time my email address changed and I don't have access to my old email address anymore. My landline phone is broken but I don't use it anyway so I do not plan to fix it. I forgot my paypal password and in these conditions is no way I can reset it. I wanted to open a new paypal account but in your agreement is written that I can have only one account. Does this mean that I will not be able to use paypal ever anymore?
