I have been attempting to reach out to PayPal regarding the restricted account privileges recently placed on my account. Despite sending two emails and trying to call them, I have not received any replies for a week. My old account, [redacted], has been locked, and my funds are now inaccessible. I am currently traveling, making it difficult to provide the two requested documents to resolve the limitations. I have a few questions that need answers: 1. What will happen to my identification? 2. What will happen to the money in my unverified PayPal account? 3. How can I verify my bank account with PayPal's system that is causing issues?

I ordered a tablet which was faulty when received. I filed a claim in the resolution center and returned it to Tide Solutions with proof. Despite having evidence of the return, the upload to the resolution center failed. I decided to wait and see if the proof was received but was surprised when my claim was denied. I have receipts and evidence to support my case but I am struggling to upload them successfully. I need assistance with this matter urgently.

Last week, I made a transfer from my PayPal to my bank account, and the status showed as complete. However, when I tried to withdraw the money, I received an email stating that the withdrawal was denied due to invalid bank account information. PayPal then returned the money to my account and charged me again. I have very little money in my PayPal account, and this issue is causing me a lot of stress. I have double-checked all my bank account details and they are correct. I rely on this money as it is my only income from my part-time, home-based job. I am currently unemployed and have two children to support. I am unsure why this happened, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I need to transfer money from my bank account to my PayPal Wallet for an urgent payment. I have been attempting this for nearly two weeks, but encounter an error message each time. I need help canceling a $[redacted] transaction. Yesterday, I was scammed by an individual who promised to email me concert tickets in exchange for a payment of $[redacted] through my PayPal account. Unfortunately, after sending the money, I did not receive the tickets, and the person stopped responding to me. I am devastated because I used almost all my money to buy these tickets for my sister's birthday and now I have nothing to show for it. I paid the PayPal fee as well, and now I am desperate to get my money back. The person is avoiding all my attempts to contact them. I tried to file a dispute through the resolution center, but I made a mistake by marking the payment as unauthorized when it was authorized. I actually wanted to report that I never received the items, but I am having trouble doing so. I really need assistance with this situation!

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with reinstating my eBay feedback after making some changes to my PayPal account due to advice from my ex-husband. I've been a loyal eBay and PayPal user for years, primarily using PayPal for my eBay transactions under the username Ttopgunn. Following my divorce, I decided to establish my own account, inadvertently causing the loss of my previous feedback when attempting to switch bank links. I mistakenly closed my PayPal account in the process. Is there any way to recover my previous feedback since all other account details remain the same, including my bank and eBay information? I have been trying to have PayPal remove the limitation on my account. They responded, instructing me to confirm my identity, but I keep getting an error saying ‘unable to confirm identity.’ Dear Cecilia Sally Umali, You still need to take action to protect your account. I bought an item from the USA while in Australia. I used PayPal for payment, but did not see any bank details. I received an invoice via email, so I assumed the purchase went through. Strangely, no money was deducted from my savings account. A month later, I noticed the transaction on a Visa card I never provided to PayPal. I usually only use my Visa savings account. This is surprising to me. The transaction date was 8/5/[redacted]. The Visa card used has high interest, which I would not have chosen. I wasn't prompted to input my credit card details at the time of purchase, which is concerning. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. Thank you. PayPal tried to transfer funds from selling StubHub tickets to my debit card last Friday, 5/25. While PayPal's records show the transfer as complete, it hasn't reflected in my bank statement. After placing a tracer, I received an email confirming the completion, but the funds are still not visible in my bank statement. The bank explained issues with PayPal transfers, assuring me that it might reflect tonight, making the funds available tomorrow. However, the funds did not show up. After receiving a new debit card in the mail today, replacing the previous one PayPal tried to transfer the funds to, it's clear why the transfer didn't go through. I'm eager for PayPal to successfully transfer the funds to my new card as I've been waiting for five days. Travel plans are imminent, and I need this resolved swiftly.

I purchased an item on eBay (Item ID: [redacted]96) from the seller ashleynic.bassett. The delivery was estimated between Tue. 27 Mar. - Wed. 18 Apr., but I never received it. eBay informed me that my account may have been deceived by the seller, and they mentioned that they do not plan to take any action regarding this issue. However, they did state that I may be eligible for a refund as they guarantee money back for 6 months. It seems like I have fallen victim to a scam. Can someone please assist me with this matter?

PayPal requires further information from you to complete the review process of your account. To do so, you need to follow these steps: - Provide the URL of the website where your products are listed, along with the shop ID if applicable. - Offer details about your business, including copies of your business license and any relevant government-approved documents for your business location. Kindly complete these steps within 10 days of receiving the email. If there is no response within this time frame, you will need to reach out to PayPal via phone or email for manual status update. Hello, My name is Rechiel Ellis. I purchased 4 sets of dining chairs on eBay, but unfortunately, I have not received the items and both eBay and the seller are unwilling to provide a refund. I have reported the issue to the police; however, due to the lack of CCTV evidence, they could not take further action and only provided me with a crime number. Yodel claims to have left the parcel outside my door, but I was not home at that time. When I returned around 9 pm, the parcel was missing. One neighbor mentioned seeing the delivery, while the others did not. I am puzzled as to why Yodel would leave the parcel outside without any notice or why they did not leave it with one of my neighbors. I mistakenly sent a message on PayPal’s Resolution Center thinking it was for PayPal, but it went to the seller instead. I want to highlight an issue with “Custom Gifts Shop.” I ordered an engraved wallet for my son on 04/23/18, aiming to receive it before his trip home in May. After several attempts to reach them, I finally got a card instead of the wallet. They are only reachable via email, and responses were suspicious with different names. The package came from Thailand, not the U.S. as claimed. I feel scammed and disappointed as this special gift for my son was ruined. I hope PayPal investigates this matter and takes action against such dishonest sellers. Kathryn Wright.

I am looking to initiate a discrimination case against PayPal due to the restriction and closure of my account. I contend that my account was terminated for reasons beyond what is detailed in the User Agreement. The merchandise I sold was obtained over-the-counter from a licensed farmers market with no prescription necessary, and I possess receipts and statements to validate this. When I listed the product for sale on eBay, I was unaware that it would breach any terms outlined in the Agreement. Despite speaking with multiple customer service representatives about the product, I was never made aware that it violated any terms. My funds are being withheld citing potential chargebacks as the reason for the policy breach. All the items I sold were covered by seller's protection, clearly stated in each listing. PayPal's chargeback policy indicates that eligible transactions would be reimbursed by PayPal, absolving me of chargeback responsibilities. All items were shipped and delivered with tracking as requested, meaning my funds should not be withheld. The product I was selling is still available on eBay through PayPal-supported payment methods. It appears as if my account was targeted unfairly, possibly due to personal characteristics like age or race. If PayPal no longer wishes to engage in business with me, I request the release of my funds to facilitate my next steps. I would prefer a swift and amicable resolution; however, if that's not achievable, I will have no choice but to pursue a discrimination lawsuit against PayPal. It is unjust to close an account based on a policy not explicitly outlined in the User Agreement. The email notification I received referenced the "PayPal Acceptable Use Policy," which prohibits the sale of prescription drugs violating regulations or products jeopardizing consumer safety, but this specific policy was not found in the User Agreement upon my review.

I was charged $[redacted] even after cancelling the item. Despite receiving an email confirming the cancellation, the charge went through, causing my checks to bounce. If the money isn't returned by morning, I will take action. After serving 27 years in the Navy's EOD SPECIAL OPERATIONS, I was injured overseas. Last month, I ordered Purely Organic samples for $4.95, which processed correctly. However, on the 13th of May, Purely Organic charged my account unauthorized amounts of $89.98 and $89.95. I contacted PayPal, following their instructions to stop the charges, but the charges continued. Three more unauthorized charges have appeared on my account: $4.95, $89.98, and $88.98, totaling $[redacted].81. Despite my attempts to reach the office by phone on multiple occasions in May, there was no response. I am a senior on a fixed income and need assistance in recovering my money. I am experiencing difficulties with my PayPal account. I have been a user for over 2 years and submitted my valid ID for verification. I am concerned about a possible scam incident on Ebay. The item I purchased was listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) with a USD equivalent. After buying it through Paypal with my VISA, I noticed a Paypal debit for ___ (CAD) which I found puzzling. I attempted to inquire about how this debit in CAD would be transferred to my VISA account and if any currency exchange fees would be applied, but Paypal has not been forthcoming with a response. Given the current USD/CAD rate of 1.[redacted] on the transaction date of 02 Jun [redacted], it seems there may not be a currency exchange fee, but I am taken aback by Paypal's decision to debit in CAD initially instead of USD. Moreover, their history of withholding account balances adds to my unease.

Hello, I have submitted all the requested documents such as my passport and bank statement. Upon checking my email, I noticed that my account is still being restricted.
