I am reaching out regarding my late husband, Dennis Werrett, who passed away on August 20, [redacted]. I have been attempting to access his PayPal account to verify if a refund of £[redacted].58 from One Call for cancelled car insurance, charged to his M&S credit card, has been credited there. All of his accounts are now closed, and I am inquiring about the status of this refund. Following One Call's assertion that the refund was processed on September 2nd into his PayPal account, I kindly request a refund either by cheque to Mrs. SJ Werrett or via bank transfer to account [redacted]9, sort code 60-12-22. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service by phone, I have been unable to reach a representative. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter. For any further correspondence, please reach me at [redacted]. Thank you, Sue Werrett.

I purchased an item on eBay but encountered an issue during checkout where the seller could not accept PayPal at the time. Consequently, I proceeded with the bank option and completed the sale on the eBay checkout page. I received an order confirmation email from eBay but nothing from PayPal. The payment was deducted from my debit card, and even though my bank statement shows a transfer to PayPal for £18.99 GBP, the item has not arrived, and the seller claims they have not received the payment. On eBay, the payment status is listed as "pending," but it does not reflect in my PayPal account. I have been unable to cancel or open a dispute because the item is still marked as "pending" and not paid. After contacting my bank and PayPal, I was informed that the transaction did not go through their system as I had entered my bank details despite selecting PayPal. I am seeking assistance to get my money refunded. Thank you.

My PayPal account under AHaider78 with the email [redacted] was used by someone to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 128GB Black on Facebook. The buyer requested payment through PayPal, claiming once I sent the item, I'd receive the money. After delivery, PayPal questioned the transaction, stating they didn't see the purchased item. The buyer then suggested sending an additional $[redacted] and requesting a refund of $[redacted], promising to release the $[redacted] payment. I reached out to PayPal for assistance, providing all the email correspondences. I am concerned about this potential scam and seek help from PayPal to resolve this issue. Thank you, Haider.

Transaction ID: 7YF05841XB[redacted] Transaction date: May 21, [redacted] Transaction amount: $40.58 USD Recipient email: [redacted] I purchased an air fryer using the above details. After filing a claim with PayPal due to non-receipt of the item, the company provided proof of delivery through Royal Mail, leading to the rejection of my claim. Upon verifying with Royal Mail using the tracking number provided, it was confirmed that the delivered item was not an air fryer but a cheap ring delivered through the letterbox. It appears the company is partaking in fraudulent activities by sending inexpensive items to provide false proof of delivery and thwart refund attempts. Despite contacting PayPal with this new information on October 1st, my refund request was once again denied. I urge someone to investigate this seller promptly and consider refunding me. It is distressing to see individuals falling victim to this scam and losing their hard-earned money.

I purchased an air fryer online and paid via PayPal. Despite raising a claim with PayPal due to non-delivery, the company provided proof of delivery through Royal Mail and denied my claim. After checking with Royal Mail using the tracking number, I discovered that the item delivered was not the air fryer I ordered but a cheap ring that was placed through the letterbox. This deceitful tactic is a scam aimed at avoiding refunds. Royal Mail confirmed receiving similar complaints and advised me to update PayPal. I did this on *st October, but PayPal denied the refund once more. I hope for assistance in investigating this unscrupulous seller and receiving a refund. It is frustrating to see dishonest individuals succeed in deceiving and stealing money from unsuspecting customers.

I urgently request a call from a representative regarding a suspicious message I received from PayPal. I have repeatedly asked for assistance over the phone, but have not received any calls back. I am facing issues with my PayPal account and am unable to do any Christmas transactions. There is also missing money from my account dating back to earlier this year, and eBay advised that funds from sales should not be withheld. This money belongs to my grandchildren. I implore for a prompt response as it involves my grandchildren's money. Please contact me at [redacted]. I am extremely distressed by the lack of attention to my concerns. Both eBay and Santander Bank have directed me to seek support. I am frustrated with the current mode of communication and urgently require a conversation with a representative. Santander Bank acknowledges the delay in PayPal's response and finds their customer service inadequate.

I am facing issues trying to raise my limit in order to set up affiliate program in ThriveCart. However, while updating my details, I got locked out and can only access their compliance center. When I enter my UK business registration number, it gets rejected as invalid, even though I have the correct documentation. The same issue arises with my VAT number. Despite trying various support channels, like chat and phone lines, the problem remains unresolved. I am a UK limited company, EULARIS Limited, with registration number [redacted]7 and incorporated in Nov [redacted]. I am at a standstill as my business heavily relies on affiliates, and without PayPal's verification, I can't proceed. I have been attempting to resolve this for weeks, dedicating hours without progress. It's crucial for me to resolve this as it's impacting my business.

I've been unable to access my account for an extended period, though I can't recall exactly when the issue started. While creating a new account is an option, I'm reluctant to lose my account history. When attempting to reset my password, I was prompted to provide the expiry date of a card that I no longer possess. Despite guessing the year correctly, I was unsure of the month. The limited time to input the information led to unsuccessful attempts. Upon contacting customer service for assistance, I found myself stuck in a frustrating loop of conversation. To prevent further aggravation, I had to end the call to avoid expressing any frustration I might have already conveyed. I believe a more straightforward solution would involve initiating a password reset sent to the email linked to my account.

Unfortunately, my claim was denied because I couldn't provide a tracking number. I never received the item, and returning it to a Chinese address would be costly. I've reiterated multiple times that the item was never delivered. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing the Paypal website once more, as it seems to be down frequently. It's evident that Paypal has disappointed me by not issuing a refund for an undelivered item. If this issue persists, there doesn't seem to be a reason to keep using the service.

Hello, I bought items from PAYPAL GADGETSEVE CD8615 on August 26, [redacted], for £36.45. Unfortunately, the items were too small and did not fit well. I contacted them via email to ask about returning the goods, but their responses only requested more information, leading to a back-and-forth exchange for several weeks. The items were returned without an invoice, just a return address in small print on the back. I shipped them back at my expense for £4.10, despite the return being advertised as free. I used Royal Mail with tracking number NV[redacted]26GB on September 21, [redacted]. As of now, I have not received any communication from Bella Gadgets regarding the return and I am seeking a refund for the items and the postage. Thank you.

I have an account with you, PayPal. There was a double charge on my card for the same order I placed through your service about two weeks ago. The payment was taken from two different card accounts. I need to contact customer service to resolve this issue. The problem arose when I attempted to use my saved card information to make the purchase. When the system did not process the order, I tried multiple times. Eventually, I exited the system and placed the order as a guest using a different card. Now, I have been charged on both cards for the same order, a total of £[redacted].21. I am requesting a refund to my saved card and need confirmation from your department promptly. Please contact me at the provided phone number as soon as possible. Thank you. Telephone 07[redacted]01 (UK) Email: [redacted]

I received an incorrect item in my order and returned it with the tracking passed on to PayPal as requested. The order was made in May [redacted]. Despite requesting a refund, I have not received it yet due to an alleged lack of tracking information. I spent £10 to return the item and am currently out of pocket by $42 that was paid in advance. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if PayPal could follow up with the seller. I am disappointed with the lack of human interaction with PayPal and the absence of a 30-day guarantee. Thank you for your help.

On the 24th of May [redacted], I purchased a "4 points eyebrow pen - 5 Colors Waterproof Natural Dark Brown Fork Tip Tattoo Pencil Cosmetic long Lasting x 1 Gray Brown + Black" from "5econds" for $35.99 with order summary #[redacted]. I used PayPal for the payment and received confirmation that the order would be processed within 1-5 business days. However, upon checking with [redacted] on the 25th of May, I realized that I had misunderstood the colors of the product and requested a refund. Despite my request, the item was shipped with tracking number RV[redacted]71CN. After multiple attempts to return the item through PayPal, I received the product in July from China but could not decipher the address labels. Currently, PayPal is requesting proof that the item was not as described, which I am unsure how to provide. As of the 13th of October [redacted], I have disposed of the item and wish to close my PayPal account. Please assist me with this matter.

I had trouble with my PayPal password about six weeks ago. Despite entering it correctly, it wasn't accepted. After going through the process of changing it and verifying my email, the new password was still not accepted. I faced a similar issue with Amazon that week which eventually resolved itself. However, PayPal continues to reject my email and now seems to not recognize my account. It's frustrating as all advice prompts me to enter my email as the first step, but it won't accept it, possibly due to security measures. I take security seriously and use personal words as codes, so the password issue is perplexing. Should I change my email just to access PayPal occasionally? It's frustrating to be locked out this way, especially with no clear reason for the sudden block. This has occurred multiple times and seems like an ongoing nuisance.

I have submitted two major issues to the resolution center along with photos and details. The items received were different from what was ordered. Transaction ID [redacted]6HW65433OP was for $31.98 for crystal sandals, but I received sandals with different colored straps, not crystals. Transaction ID 21M43856T[redacted]3 was for $39.98 for a lifelike baby, but I received a small latex fetus, which is disturbing. Both items are unusable. I will resend photos if you provide a link. I cannot afford to waste money like this. Is this why Martin Lewis advised against using PayPal for payments? Please respond promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Camping Folding Lawn Chair with Canopy from Zhixin Trading Co LTD on July 4, [redacted]. The transaction ID is 47D42057H[redacted]8, and I paid $26.98 via PayPal. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. Sometime after the order, I received a blue chair bag in the mail, but I did not pay much attention to it and do not recall any details on its origin. I contacted the company through PayPal on August 19, [redacted], regarding the missing item, and received confirmation that the message was sent to Zhixin Trading Co LTD. PayPal notified me on August 19, [redacted], that the seller had time to respond, and the case would close automatically if not resolved by September 8, [redacted]. On October 17, [redacted], PayPal informed me that my claim was denied due to proof of delivery provided by the seller. The dispute case number is PP-D-[redacted]5. Thank you for any assistance. - R. Dear Paypal, I have a personal account registered as ESGM4Nicetry and I also manage a business account for Wilton Community Centre near Salisbury, Wiltshire. I recently took over the responsibilities from the previous account holder, Mr. A. Riseley, and need to update the account information and access our invoices. Despite having the login details, I am unable to bypass the secondary mobile login tied to Mr. Riseley's phone number. I need assistance changing the details to gain access to the invoices or guidance on how to create a new account and deactivate the old one. The current account is linked to [redacted], which was created in October [redacted]. Thank you for your help. Gary A. Nunn. [redacted]

I have been a wig wearer for many years and have always bought from reliable retailers. When I came across an ad for a grey wig from Urhair, I decided to make a purchase for £[redacted]. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the delivery was delayed multiple times. After reading reviews on Trustpilot, I discovered questionable connections between Urhair and Tophair Inc. I attempted to cancel my order, which oddly seemed to speed up the delivery process. The wig finally arrived, but the packaging was flimsy, and the quality was subpar compared to what was advertised - wrong color, poorly made, and not suitable for wear. In the end, I ordered a stunning grey wig from my usual retailer, which arrived beautifully packaged and was similar in price. While Urhair has offered a partial refund and suggested I donate the wigs to someone in need, I am hesitant and unsure about their proposal. I find it disrespectful to offer a substandard wig to those suffering from hair loss.
