I encountered an issue in the Resolution Center regarding PayPal case PP-D-[redacted]9. On July 20, [redacted], I received an email from PayPal stating the case was resolved in my favor. However, the case has been reopened and now resolved in favor of the buyer. Despite sending three official complaints to PayPal with detailed explanations and supporting photos proving the item's condition, I only receive automated responses redirecting me to the Resolution Center. Unfortunately, I am unable to update the issue there. The case is allegedly under review, but I am being prompted to refund the buyer, resulting in a negative balance of around £58 in my account. How can I prompt PayPal to acknowledge the previous email affirming the case was in my favor and rectify the current negative balance on my account? Thank you, Phil.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with my PayPal account tied to the email [redacted], which was suspended about 6 months ago without a specific reason, leaving me unable to reactivate it. Recently, I was informed that my funds were available for withdrawal, but I encountered an issue when trying to add a bank account for the withdrawal process. Despite numerous attempts to contact support for the past two weeks, only automated responses have been received via email. The phone line at [redacted]-[redacted]-79-11 was also unhelpful, directing me to a form on the website that only resulted in more automated replies. I am stuck in a loop and seeking assistance in retrieving my funds.

This morning, I checked the status of payment for item no: [redacted]61 (Two Pints of Lager...) and it showed as complete. I then sent the item via recorded delivery. Subsequently, I received an email indicating that the payment was not processed correctly. The email specified the sender's name, Clairelouise Skinner, the transaction details, and the amount of £23.00 GBP. Since I shipped the item after seeing the payment marked as complete on your website, I would like to know the process to request a refund for the £23.00 cost.

I have contacted PayPal multiple times regarding unauthorized charges to my account. Despite my efforts, nothing has been resolved. I noticed four unauthorized payments of £4.85 each in May, June, July, and August. These transactions were traced back to PayPal Guernsey EB. I have no affiliation with Guernsey and consider this a scam. I am disappointed by the lack of action from your organization. After many years, I have lost trust in PayPal, leading me to close my account and remove my personal information. I demand an explanation promptly, or I will seek assistance elsewhere.

I made a purchase with my debit card, and even though I didn't use PayPal directly, the transaction appears on my statement as PAYPAL, WEIHONGDATR. The items I received were not as advertised and came in plastic packaging instead of a box and card. I am disappointed as their website mentions covering return costs for quality issues, yet now they are asking me to pay for the return. Despite my repeated requests for a refund and return address, they have not complied with their own policy. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Carol D.

Hello, I purchased medical supplies on eBay, but they arrived in the wrong size. I contacted the seller who agreed to refund me if I return the items. However, when I reached out to eBay, they directed me to PayPal for the refund process. Unfortunately, I've been struggling to get in touch with PayPal for further assistance. Additionally, I am unsure how to arrange the return shipping of the items to the seller since I haven't been able to establish communication with them. These supplies are essential, and I need guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, Greetings. My name is Smail. I trust you are in good health amidst this pandemic. I have made multiple attempts to log in to my PayPal account, but unfortunately, I keep encountering an error message stating "We noticed some unusual activity." When I click on "Receive a text message," I do not receive any codes on my phone number, even though I usually receive all PayPal emails without any problems until now. I am unsure about what steps I should take next. As a side note: I have previously submitted my ID twice to PAYPAL COMMUNITY. I kindly request urgent assistance. Best regards.

I made a payment to a company for an order. The payment was successful on Paypal, but the company claims they did not receive it. I suspect they wanted me to pay again. I canceled the transaction as the payment was sent. I've been trying to reach the company for an explanation or a refund, but they are unresponsive.

Subject: Issue with Battery Powered Wood Cutter Purchase Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]6 I believe there has been a misunderstanding with my recent purchase. I ordered a Battery Powered Wood Cutter but received only a chain instead of the complete item. The order confirmation clearly shows my selection, yet the seller claims I ordered a manual chainsaw, which is incorrect. There seems to have been confusion as "battery powered" does not equate to "manual" in any language. While I provided evidence to support my claim during the dispute, the seller insisted on a return for a refund instead of sending the correct product. Despite promptly returning the item with proof of postage, PayPal ruled against me unexpectedly. This decision is perplexing as I followed all instructions diligently. I am requesting a full refund, including the return postage, as I feel PayPal overlooked important details in their judgment. I am willing to submit any additional documentation if needed and kindly ask for this matter to be escalated within your organization. Sincerely, D.S.

I need help canceling my order for a "Zenbooster" from Shevat LTD. I placed the order on 9/12 for one unit at $39.99 plus a $4.99 warranty. However, I was billed for three units totaling $[redacted].39 plus the warranty, and the adjusted invoice came to $[redacted].38, charged to my Amex card. When I contacted them via email to cancel and expressed wanting only one unit, they insisted on sending three despite my request. They offered me discounts, which I declined. In their last email, they mentioned the impact of returns on sustainability and tried to delay until the product was shipped. I plan to return the unopened product upon arrival for a full refund, but I need guidance on the return process and for Shevat Ltd to cover the shipping costs.

I had a concerning experience with Paypal that I want to share to raise awareness. I posted a car ad on Gumtree for $10,[redacted] and received a text from a potential buyer who claimed to be interested in purchasing the car for her son. We agreed on a price, and she asked to pay via PayPal. When I received an email seemingly from PayPal stating I had been overpaid by $[redacted] for a courier, I was instructed to pay the excess amount via bank draft. Thinking everything was legitimate, I made the payment. Only later did I realize I had been scammed out of $[redacted]. Despite reporting the incident to both the police and my bank, I was told I likely wouldn't get the money back. It's important to be cautious as scammers are using fake PayPal information to deceive people, even on platforms like Gumtree. Be careful and vigilant to avoid falling victim to such scams.

On June 29, [redacted], I purchased 4 high-tech solar-powered pool ionizers from a Chinese company for $97. However, when the items arrived from Madrid, I received 4 cheap chlorine tablet holders worth less than 10€ altogether. The seller was unhelpful, so I contacted a PayPal assistant who advised me to escalate the case, which I did under PP-D-[redacted]9. The seller agreed to a full refund if I returned the cheap items, but requested me to send them back to China. After sending the items back and providing PayPal with photos, the return parcel details, and tracking number showing it arrived on August 12, [redacted], the seller never picked it up. Despite sending multiple screenshots of the status, PayPal was unable to view them and requested I describe the issue again. I struggled to reach PayPal through various channels and now, after spending 3 hours today trying to resolve the matter, I received an email stating that unless I provide evidence within 3 days, the case might favor the seller. This situation is unacceptable, and I am not alone in facing these challenges with PayPal's customer service.

I no longer have a PayPal account, so when I purchased an item on eBay, it used a guest PayPal account. The item was returned, and the seller informed me that they issued a refund through their PayPal account for the payment made from my bank account. However, I have not received the refund in my bank account. I believe PayPal may be holding the funds. eBay advised me to contact PayPal to open a dispute since I do not have a PayPal account and the payment was made from my bank. After escalating the issue to a claim, it has been almost 60 days with no updates available as my PayPal account is closed. I have been attempting to contact PayPal without success as they are not responding or providing any updates. I urgently need my refund as it has been nearly 60 days, and I feel ignored.

I struggle with chronic health issues and find it challenging to navigate online tasks. It's vital for me to connect with a PayPal representative as soon as possible. Regarding the issues with my purchases, the goods I received after a prolonged delay were not as described. The "Ginger Detox pads" were misrepresented - they were simply square pieces of paper with a sticky black substance, not the expected product. Additionally, these items came from Wuhan City. I had to ask my sister to discard them due to my isolation. The quality did not match the value I paid, totaling US$59.85. Furthermore, I made three payments of US$39.00 each to "Statbrook Associates" for a self-help program without knowing it involved hypnosis. Being on strong medication advised against hypnosis by my GP, this crucial information was not clearly disclosed in the advertisement. My health conditions make it hard to address these concerns online, and I have been unwell to handle these matters promptly. The transaction IDs are provided for your reference. I am requesting refunds for all the mentioned items due to the discrepancies in descriptions and lack of clarity about hypnosis involvement. I hope PayPal can assist me in resolving these issues comprehensively. Thank you for your attention. Rita Flynn.

On June 5th of this year, I paid Alexandra Knight £4,[redacted].50 as a requested payment held until items were received. Everything was fine. On June 3rd, an additional payment of £[redacted].00 was made, followed by another payment on September 5th for £[redacted].00. However, I have not received any goods for these last two payments. While the service was excellent the first time, this time around I'm encountering delays. I have text messages assuring me the issue will be resolved, including one last night promising an invoice by 10am today, which has not been received, prompting me to write this email. The payments were made to Alexandra Knight, but I've been in contact with Mike Knight from KP Group UK, a print and design company. - MRD

I have uploaded multiple documents related to case PP-D-[redacted]0, but I am uncertain if they are visible to you. Could you please verify this for me? I am concerned that the seller may have uploaded fraudulent documents in an attempt to deceive me. Is there a way to determine what evidence they have submitted for the case? I believe I have provided ample information, including screenshots of the conversation with the seller on Depop. The PayPal address and tracking number he shared correspond to the items he sent. In case PP-D-[redacted]0, the seller alleges I tried to deceive them by purchasing Dior shoes instead of a Gucci tracksuit. However, my purchase notes clearly state Gucci tracksuit, and I have evidence to support this. The resolution instructed me to return the items, which I did via special delivery and insured for £[redacted]. Despite this, the seller claims they have not received the package. I fear the seller may be using fabricated evidence to defraud me of £[redacted], a significant sum for me.

Fraud Alert: Our teenage son, Dylan C., received an email from your company on September 14th regarding suspicious activity on his account. Unfortunately, he disregarded it, believing it was a phishing attempt. Subsequently, a transaction was made to Le Coq Sportif for shoes he did not purchase, causing debt on his bank account. Despite contacting the company and their promise to investigate, no information has been provided yet. The resolution center failed to assist with his claim, likely due to his initial dismissal of the email. Currently, he has two significant pending transactions in Russian Rubles, totaling 71,[redacted], which is alarming since we reside in Oxfordshire, UK. Efforts via phone and Twitter have been unfruitful, unlike our past experiences with PayPal. Our son, a college student, is not capable of such transactions, especially not in Russian Rubles. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I got a notification from PayPal on September 7th that "Amy T. sent me a payment of [redacted].34 euros." The item has been delivered long ago, but PayPal has not released the funds to me yet! Despite receiving a message over a week ago assuring that the payment would be in my account by the end of that day, it has now been more than a week. Additionally, PayPal is no longer responding to my emails! I require PayPal to promptly release my funds into my account.

I have been trying to reach PayPal through messages without success. I've also attempted to have an agent call me, but I can't make calls because I don't have a working landline, and mobile calls don't seem to go through. This issue started on September 6th. I created a second eBay account to help friends sell items, including a BMW radio that was sold for £99.00. The payment at the buyer's end is still pending. I received a message from eBay mentioning the buyer could cancel the payment anytime. I have two email accounts, [redacted] for my main eBay account and [redacted] for the new one. When I tried to log into PayPal with [redacted], it said there was no record of that email, but eBay said it was already taken. I'm willing to close the new eBay account if needed, but I urgently need to receive my payment to reimburse my friend for the radio. My mobile number is [redacted]2 [redacted], and the item number is [redacted]13. Please assist me promptly.

I recently received an email from eBay informing me that my account has been permanently suspended, which was surprising as I have not violated any rules. I reached out to eBay for an explanation but did not receive a clear answer. This suspension occurred after receiving a guitar I had purchased in pieces and wanting to return it for a refund. eBay claimed they couldn't assist due to the account suspension. They directed me to contact PayPal since the payment went to the seller's PayPal and my account information was outdated. Unfortunately, I couldn't update my PayPal details as my phone number and email were inaccessible, making me unable to retrieve the required information. Despite my attempts to explain this situation and request help from PayPal, I only received automated responses and no real assistance, leaving me unable to resolve this financial issue and feeling frustrated by the lack of appropriate support available.
