i bought * x * in* Essential Oil Aroma Diffuser Ultrasonic Air Humidifier Remote * LED ***ml from inspecialall I cancelled one before the sent them out and they refunded my money, when they arrived I did not like them I contacted inspecialall and they agreed I could return them for a refund. When I didn't hear from them I contacted them again and they told they had not received them I then gave them the tracking number and date they signed for them they then agreed they had received them and I could have my money back. They have refunded the cost of one but not the other they claim to have refunded * x £**.** but have only refunded one, they no longer respond to my email, can you help please.*regard*Brian Bowling
