I recently noticed a payment of £30.99 sent from my PayPal account to Omnyex Ecommerce DMCC on 14/07/[redacted] without my authorization. I am unfamiliar with this company and unaware of any purchase I made. After researching online, I discovered that Omnyex Ecommerce DMCC is a known scam company from Kenya. This incident is not isolated, as multiple individuals have encountered unauthorized transactions to this fraudulent company through PayPal. Despite raising the issue with PayPal on 14/07/[redacted], I received no resolution. I am aware that PayPal has refunded other customers in similar situations, and I request a refund for this unauthorized payment. Moving forward, I believe PayPal should take action to prevent this scam company from continuing to exploit PayPal users. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear PayPal, regarding case number P.P.D.[redacted]5, I bought an unlocked Apple iPhone on eBay on June 17, [redacted], for £[redacted].99. I chose not to accept the item and returned it to the post office. The following day, the postman indicated that the parcel lacked a return address. I contacted Royal Mail about this package and referenced tracking number AF6996-[redacted]-45 GB. They instructed me to reach out to the seller with this tracking information, as I couldn't access details since I hadn't been the one to post the item. Despite my attempts to communicate with the seller using the tracking number and Royal Mail's contact details, they simply responded each time that they were "working on it" without much concern. I recently received an email stating that if I don't have the parcel by July 21, [redacted], no refund will be issued and the case will be closed. Apologies for any inconvenience. Sincerely, Michael.

I am having an issue with a parcel courier company called Parcel Hero. I paid for the service using PayPal, and when my parcel arrived damaged, Parcel Hero refused to assist. Initially, the first parcel was not collected, and I had to pay again because I couldn't reach them. They claimed the parcel was overweight at just under 1 kilo and demanded an extra £56 on top of the £23 I had already paid. This situation feels like fraud to me, as I had to pay for collection twice, lost a sale due to the damage, and now face this additional charge. Parcel Hero insisted they do not handle this type of item, even though it was clearly listed in the description of contents. It is frustrating dealing with what seems like dishonesty. I am a disabled pensioner and cannot afford to lose money due to someone else's negligence. There are numerous complaints on YouTube echoing my experience with Parcel Hero.

I experienced significant issues with Paypal in the past, leading me to stop using the service. Recently, an eBay seller sent a refund to Paypal for a guest transaction I made for £23.48. Despite receiving an email confirmation from Paypal on 28/4/20 regarding the refund (transaction number 7UG33208H[redacted]A), I am unable to access my Paypal account using the provided email address [redacted] After receiving a security code from Paypal over the phone, I attempted to confirm my identity, only to inadvertently set up a new account with a zero balance. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and verify my identity, the system does not recognize my email or phone number. This situation has been frustrating and time-consuming. Paypal, please address this issue promptly. My email for correspondence is [redacted], and the phone number used is 01[redacted]69.

Hello, I recently sold an item on eBay, but the money has not shown up in my PayPal account. I received a payment of £14.64 GBP from kellcoo89, but the transaction is not visible in my account yet. I also tried to update my main email address on PayPal to [redacted] because my current address, [redacted], is no longer valid for payments. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you. I purchased a multifunctional mixer on May 5th, [redacted], as advertised on Facebook from a seller named Works Time. I used PayPal for the payment, and an order number was sent to my email. Unfortunately, I did not receive the product after waiting for more than 30 days. The seller gave me reassurances and a tracking number, but after an additional 20 days passed, I decided to contact PayPal and file a dispute for the item not being received on July 11th. Unexpectedly, on July 15th, a package with the same tracking number arrived, but it contained an item I did not order. I contacted PayPal again, uploaded a photo of the product, and now the seller wants me to return the product to China before issuing a refund. They have not provided any shipping cost for the return, so I would like to escalate this to a claim, please.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with an online transaction involving Peacocks. I ordered three shirts using my Visa debit card, but when the items arrived, they were unsuitable. I returned the goods to the Peacocks shop in Wigston, Leicester (LE18) and received a £38 refund to my debit card. However, I have also been charged £38 by the Post Office bank for a transaction with Peacocks, which seems to be a duplicate charge. I have contacted Post Office Bank, Peabodys, and Paypal, seeking clarification, but have yet to resolve this billing error. The details on the bank statement show a charge from "PAYPAL* PEACOCKS" on June 12th.

I am having an issue with my PayPal claim due to receiving the wrong item from a seller. Around three months ago, we purchased a hammock from China but received a cheap ring instead. The seller provided a tracking number showing delivery of the ring; however, we never received the hammock. I am concerned that PayPal's Resolution Centre may not understand the situation based on the tracking information and side with the seller. I have evidence of the incorrect delivery, and I am worried about losing my money. My email associated with PayPal is [redacted] How can I ensure that the correct item is recognized by the Resolution Centre? Thank you.

On July 28, I attempted to make a payment to Waitrose using PayPal. The transaction failed three times, prompting me to use a different payment method successfully. Surprisingly, I received an email from PayPal after leaving the website, indicating that a payment to Waitrose was pending. Waitrose customer service confirmed the failed PayPal attempts and noted successful payment with my Visa Debit card. While the PayPal transaction shows as pending in my account, Waitrose clarified they will not bill PayPal and advised me to cancel the pending payment.

I have received multiple emails from PayPal containing codes indicating someone changed my password, which wasn't me. I ignored these. Subsequently, I got an email stating my phone number linked to my account was changed. After reviewing it, I noticed an unfamiliar number and replaced it with my wife's mobile. However, today I am unable to log in as my email address is not recognized, indicating no account exists. Despite attempting to call customer service, I was disconnected three times. If I can’t resolve this by phone, I will have to cancel my account, reluctantly. - Ron T.

I have encountered issues accessing Resolver to escalate my complaint against Top Hair Inc., the seller. Despite receiving a PayPal email urging me to escalate the complaint before August 3rd to prevent case closure, I've been unsuccessful in contacting PayPal for assistance. Top Hair Inc. is offering a replacement product at a discount instead of a full refund, ignoring my request. The purchase, a wig for my wife for our son's wedding on August 21st, was essential due to my wife's terminal illness and local shopping limitations from the pandemic. I possess a complete email exchange history with Top Hair Inc. and request assistance before August 4th. The transaction details are as follows: Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]5, Seller: Top Hair Inc, Transaction amount: £76.00 GBP, Transaction date: May 30, [redacted], Your transaction ID: 9B[redacted]V039104E. Regards, PayPal.

Recently, I encountered logging in issues after being prompted to add a secondary code to my account, which has prevented me from using PayPal for online purchases. I seek assistance in reverting to my previous account settings. Please contact me on my mobile at [redacted] or via email.

About a month back, I fell victim to a scam on Instagram through an ad and bought a raincoat for £35.99 from Peek a Chill. Realizing it was a scam shortly after, I tried to cancel my order but the company ignored my request, responding to my emails only to apologize for shipping delays. Despite opening a case on Paypal, they ruled in favor of the company without reaching out to me. Their customer service number, [redacted]1, has been inactive for a month, making it impossible to reach them. I rely on Paypal for buyer protection, but the scammers have evaded consequences. When the item arrived and didn't fit, I requested a return address which the seller has been uncooperative about. I reported Peek a Chill as a scam to the Federal Trade Commission and continue to seek Paypal's assistance after sending multiple messages without any response.

My Paypal account was accessed fraudulently on August 13 at 04:19 am. Two payments totaling £[redacted] were made to British Red Cross mobile donations without my authorization. Shortly after, I received emails about reaching my spending limit and the closure of my account. This is not how I usually use my account, and I have been unable to contact Paypal to resolve this issue. As my account is closed, I cannot log in or access any channels for help. The credit card fraud department advised that Paypal needs to verify the fraud before they can assist me. I believe my account was hacked. I am seeking assistance to resolve this frustrating situation. Thank you, Allan D.

I bought a pair of hair clippers from HongBY on April 26th with invoice number [redacted][redacted], item number BA[redacted]4JUS. The product I received was completely different from what I ordered, so I sent it back at a cost of £6.63. I am still waiting for my refund. I started a complaint with PayPal, but it was denied due to a lack of proof of postage. I have now found proof of postage and discovered online that the company has a history of scamming customers. I hope this issue can be resolved soon as I am currently out of pocket by over £30 for a product that was incorrect and returned. I would appreciate your assistance before I have to involve my bank in requesting a chargeback. I will also report this to BBC Watchdog and share it with my 34,[redacted] social media followers.

I am attempting to close an old email account, [redacted], as I can no longer access it due to forgotten password and outdated mobile number. I have been in touch via messaging but have had difficulties reaching you by phone and keep getting disconnected. My current email, [redacted], is for work and I wish to switch it to the old account once it's closed. I am seeking assistance as multiple call attempts have been unsuccessful and I am becoming increasingly frustrated.

I contacted you last Friday and earlier this week regarding fraudulent transactions on my account. I am unable to log in and I fear more unauthorized transactions may have occurred. I am currently not in the UK due to the pandemic and do not plan to return until October. The fraudsters used my phone, so I have deactivated it and am waiting for a new SIM card. There was approximately £[redacted] in my account previously, and I hope this amount remains unchanged. Despite closing the account, I noticed a £25 charge for Domino's Pizza. Please inform me if there have been any additional transactions as I cannot access my account. Previously, they made two installment payments at a music shop, refunded £[redacted] to me, but there is still a pending payment. I hope this money reflects in my account. Kindly confirm that my account balance is still £[redacted] and temporarily closed to prevent further fraudulent activity. Thank you and have a good day. Isaac I.

Since [redacted], PAYPAL has been deducting £10-11 monthly from my current account, which exceeds the occasional fees/payments I receive. This has led me to stop the direct debit due to concerns about potential fraud linked to Paypal or Amazon, as my account was compromised recently. I rely on Paypal for online purchases and course fees during the pandemic. I seek assistance in addressing this matter through a live conversation as I have been unable to find a direct contact option. The menu options do not address Paypal deducting money from my account, only identifying payment issues, which isn't the case. As a new Paypal user during the pandemic, I am unsure about these charges and seek clarification. Thank you, B. A'Court.

Our account has been frozen with funds since January. When we contacted customer service, we were informed that Paypal could not resolve it for 6 months due to the account being flagged as fictitious. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Paypal, our issue remains unresolved. The 6-month period ended in July, and we have continued trying to contact them without success. We are a legitimate account and believe speaking with someone directly could resolve this issue. We kindly request an email with a phone contact number. Thank you.

I have been trying to log in to my PayPal account for weeks, but each time I enter my password, it tells me it's been used before. I tried a new password that I've never used anywhere else, but still got rejected. They prompt me to provide an email address that I no longer use. The security questions about my first pet's name are incorrect, though I answered about my first car correctly. Despite this, I can't access my account. My card got lost, and the bank issued me a new one. I need to update my information with PayPal, but I can't get past the password issue. I'm frustrated as people are trying to send money to my account, but I can't access it or find PayPal's British address. Thanks, Terence.
