I made an error by selecting "Unauthorised access" instead of canceling a transaction when I didn't receive the goods. Paypal closed my case, and I am unable to reopen it to explain the actual situation. I've tried to contact the seller via email to cancel the purchase since they did not deliver the product as expected. The seller agreed to a full refund of £[redacted].42 but mentioned that I need to close the Paypal case, which is already closed. Even though the seller claims to have processed the refund via Paypal over a month ago, I have not received it. I have all email communication with the seller confirming the refund, and I want to understand the delay. Thank you.

I am currently dealing with a situation regarding the sale of a graphics card that was not working properly when I listed it for sale. The buyer purchased the item despite knowing its issues. However, upon receiving the item, they claimed it was completely non-functional and opened a dispute through PayPal. Now that I have the item back, I have tested it on my own computer and it is in perfect working condition. I have video evidence to support this. In the resolution center, I am only being given the option to issue a refund to the buyer. I believe the buyer misrepresented the item's condition to obtain a refund unjustly. I am seeking advice on how to address this situation.

PayPal mistakenly deposited funds into an incorrect account linked to [redacted] instead of my correct [redacted] Despite updating my email in my profile, the error remains unresolved. PayPal's request to have buyers cancel and repay transactions is not an acceptable solution. This issue has caused inconvenience to both me and the buyers for over a month, leading to negative feedback risks. After struggling to contact PayPal by phone, I was informed the office was closed at 4:00 pm on a Monday. This situation requires urgent resolution to avoid further disruptions to my sales. I have a PayPal transaction ID: 4DH31226XW[redacted] with Sealant & Tools Direct on 8/4/20. Their order number was [redacted] for a 5kg Evercryl BLACK item. I received a Payment Confirmation for the £38.34 charge with a 2 to 7 days delivery time frame. However, I have not received the item, any delivery updates, or been able to reach the supplier by phone. Since I can't get in touch with the supplier or get any information on my order, I would like to cancel it for a full refund. The roof sealant product is urgent, so I need to explore other options. How will this cancellation be processed? I received a PayPal e-mail with a case number PP-D-[redacted]5, likely due to my attempt to resolve this through the automated system without the appropriate option.

I have been facing an issue with my PayPal account for the past week. When I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating that there have been suspicious activities and that I need to secure my account to prevent unauthorized access. However, when I try to do so by clicking on "Secure my account," I am unable to confirm my identity. I have tried various solutions provided, but none seem to work. I am feeling overwhelmed as I need to pay my bills using the money in my account. I am unable to contact customer support as I can't log in to send a message. Hi, my name is Josua. My PayPal email address is [redacted]. My PayPal and Gmail accounts have been hacked, and I no longer have access to my previous phone number. The hacker changed all the passwords, and I am unable to recover them without my old phone number. There is around £[redacted] in my account, and I am worried the hacker will try to take it by altering the bank details. Please transfer the funds to my bank account with the sort code 30-98-28 and account number [redacted]0, which is linked to my PayPal. On May 1st, I made a purchase through Paypal for £[redacted].32, which was eventually cancelled. Although I received a refund in my Paypal account, the refunded amount has not been returned to my bank account. Consequently, I made another purchase elsewhere, assuming the funds would be available. As a result, I am currently exceeding my overdraft limit. In these challenging financial circumstances, I urgently require the refund to be transferred back to my bank account today. The original transaction ID is 1YH03286TP322590, and the refund ID is 39J11243BL299162W. The refund is showing in my Paypal account as refunded to a voucher, but I did not use a voucher for the transaction. I am unable to transfer a voucher to my bank account. I desperately need the funds refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you. Andrew B.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my account as I need to reset my password, but the system only offers to send a code to an old mobile number. This is causing stress as I sold an item on Ebay and the funds were transferred. We really need the money at this time. Please advise if there is any alternate way to access my account. I transferred funds to a PayPal account with reference number BC[redacted] to purchase a motorhome listed on eBay with item number [redacted]28. The seller promised delivery on Friday, 08/05/20, but the motorhome never arrived. After reaching out to the seller and Shiply Transport, it seems there is no record of a motorhome due for delivery, raising concerns of a possible scam. I have taken steps to stop the payment through PayPal and have involved my bank and the police's Action Fraud department, referencing NFRC[redacted]12. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. It would have been better if PayPal closed down their offices because the customer support staff are not helpful at all. On May 6, [redacted], at 9:02 PM, PayPal asked me to wait for 24 hours and admitted they didn't know how to remove the limitation on my account. They said they would remove the limitation while I was on hold, but it's still not resolved. I understand they may be short-staffed, but it's affecting my ability to earn a living as my main source of income is online and I can't accept payments. For the past five years, I have had to pay extra fees on top of PayPal charges totaling £[redacted] just to be able to accept payments through PayPal.

I have tried reaching out to PayPal multiple times, both online and by phone, but I keep getting disconnected before I can fully explain my issue. Despite typing out my problem numerous times online, I am never able to reach a resolution. I am starting to wonder if my arthritis is causing me to type too slowly. I desperately need assistance with two problems: 1) I have not received the items I ordered on March 26th, and 2) There is a charge of $14.13 USD on my PayPal statement to CMOLO.CO that I am unsure about. I placed an order on March 7 with Carethy E-Commerce but have not yet received it. I've reached out to PayPal multiple times about this issue but have not received any response. I've attempted to speak to a live representative, but all I get are automated responses that are not helpful. I am frustrated with the inability to communicate with a real person and find the system inadequate for resolving my concerns. I request to speak with an agent instead of a virtual one. It seems PayPal's phone system is insufficient, and their Customer Service Unit is closed during the pandemic.

I observed that my communication with them was documented on their tracking system. Although I anticipated delays due to Covid-19, after some time, I grew concerned. The seller informed me that they fulfilled their part. Subsequently, I discovered on the local courier's tracking system that the item was returned. Despite my efforts to follow up on the delivery, I was only provided with a tracking number on 3rd April, indicating that the item was left on a "Porch" on 19th March. However, I live in a building with multiple flats, and the delivery location was not secure as per the agreement. Transaction ID: PP-D-[redacted]2 eBay user "jonoracing" purchased eBay item number [redacted]61 on April 5th for £[redacted].00 and paid via PayPal. On April 25th, jonoracing filed an unauthorized transaction case on PayPal. The funds were deducted from my account on May 7th citing reason as "we did not receive proof of postage." I did provide shipping details during the active case, but it seems it was not considered. The shipping information can be found at www.nationalpallets.co.uk with reference number NAT[redacted]. It's clear that this individual did authorize the transaction, as evidenced by multiple eBay messages prior to delivery, expressing interest and confirming payment. On April 20th, I attempted to transfer £45.00 to Hollie Davies. PayPal notified me on April 28th that the payment was canceled. To secure the goods, I made a direct bank transfer. However, on May 4th, I discovered my PayPal account was showing a -£45.00 balance, indicating that the amount was sent to Hollie Davies on April 20th despite the initial cancellation email. Hollie Davies denies receiving the payment through PayPal, leading to confusion as I believed I paid twice. I am keen to resolve this issue and confirm if the money reached Hollie Davies' account. Hello, I recently made a purchase on eBay using a PayPal guest account with the transaction ID: SFZZ66AGVDA7E and transaction ID: 3VY62764DH941214E. The item has not arrived by the estimated delivery date of 20-22 April. The seller mentioned they were self-isolating until 20th May, but after several attempts to contact them without success, I opened a case with eBay. They advised me to contact you for assistance in processing a refund through PayPal's extended coverage program. Thank you.

My PayPal account and bank were drained through unauthorized transactions. Someone gained access to my PayPal and made payments in improper English to unknown recipients, depleting both my PayPal balance and bank account in dollars. I received an email from the perpetrator claiming his PayPal was hacked, accusing me of sending him money, which I didn't do. PayPal seems to dismiss these activities as non-fraudulent despite the clear suspicious behavior. As a person with disabilities living on a monthly income, it's distressing that PayPal allowed this to happen. Law enforcement and fraud agencies are involved because PayPal's quick investigation didn't address the real issue. Discovering the scammer through social media led me to take action, as PayPal seems unwilling to assist after enabling these unauthorized payments.

On Friday, May 29th, I tried to make a purchase through PayPal but did not receive the code via text on my mobile to access my account despite multiple attempts. The virtual assistant was unable to help, so I called several times without success. I also tried the [redacted]2 number for 9 minutes without reaching anyone. I have followed the password change instructions multiple times, but I am unable to receive the code to access my account. I also attempted to contact the UK Helpdesk, but the line was unresponsive.
