PayPal is pending on a payment and won't let me access my funds. Says I need to be verified but when I did that it dais enter your bank account info, I do. It does an extra security check (which is awesome btw) but it keeps sing that my phone number on the account doesn't match and won't let me do it any other way. I checked the number and it is definitely the number i have connected to my account on my app. I verified myself through email last night with my i.d. and sac. Please help me
