On May *th, ****, I had a transaction that was $**.**. An extra digit was hit and the transaction became $***.**. I immediately refunded the money to the customer. *I was placed on a rolling reserve even though the exchange didn't take place. On Monday, I reported the issue and was promptly refunded. On Wednesday, I reported the same thing. Once again the money was refunded and I was told I was good to go. This I took as the reserve was lifted. As it should have been.*Today, Friday May **, I called in to report the same thing. I talked to a girl who in my opinion didn't care. She was short and could not answer why that I was refunded twice in the past. *I then asked for a supervisor. I supposedly got one, Neil *****. This guy definitely had no interest in what was going on. He wasn't even briefed as to what happened. Just basically my fault and would not transfer me to another supervisor.*I had to call back and i got Amanda out of Nebraska. She actually cared or seemed too. I was Given a $**.** credit to get a "chip reader". I was told it was $**.**. It was more plus I wouldn't get the reader for * days. I returned the money. It won't do me any good plus it was more than I was told. *I talked to supervisor *****, who seemed to understand what I was taking about but yet could do little and did nothing. He stated he knew the policies regarding this but would only make a decision based on not making waves. *All I kept getting was the program this and policy that. So basically I take it humans are not involved in the decision making process at Paypal. If a mistake is made we can't contact someone above us or make a decision that provides good customer service. I your client has to suffer. *So what I would like to have fixed is the rolling reserve lifted. There was no money transaction. You to look into your policies and make amends, a phone call from someone other than peons. Finally, what this seems to really be about is Paypal wanting to get away from the swipe readers to chip readers. That's all I've heard about. I want one free of charge because I believe that this is what all this is about anyway to blackmail paypal users to get one through extortion.
