Get resolution ... Completely deceptive and illegal billing practices. Have tried to cancel subscription numerous times. I am not on auto billing. The subscription runs out but they keep continuing to deliver the paper. They will ultimately stop and send you a letter telling you that you owe a nominal amount. If you don’t pay the nominal amount on the letter they send you, they will forward to collections. If you pay the nominal overage, they will start delivering you the paper again even if you have very directly told them you don’t want it. The entire cycle repeats itself at this point. They cannot force me to continue buying their product. I have made * phone calls today alone regarding this. **I want them to return the $**.** I paid on ******** because I didn’t ask them to continue delivery of their newspaper which I started to receive again today. I spoke with the exact same person today (Jody), that I spoke with on Sunday, and when I called her out on it and asked to speak with a supervisor she put me on hold and then disconnected me. It’s unreal what they are getting away with.
