The issue in GetHuman-joepeter's own words
I went to the store to returned an item I had called about already and they had gave me the okay as long as the item haven’t been used or open I said no everything is new so I got to the store and my husband went inside and I saw he was taking so long so I went inside and one of the employees is talking to someone about the item and so I asked her to call the manager out in the time of waiting she say all she can do is give us a store credit which I said okay but I still want to talk to him so she start laughing that’s when I’m waiting talking to my husband and I mention I wanted to call corporate so Dayanna took her time to tell me she advised me that I’m more than welcome to call corporate that at the end they wasn’t going to do nothing so I’m telling dayanna stop talking to us because we have nothing to talk about so she keep talking we start going back and forth and she attempts to attack me while all this is going on the supervisor nowhere to be found when he finally comes he don’t even apologize for what happen and I asked for corporate number and he said ohh I could go online and find it myself I said oh you also rejecting to give me the number and then jafet (manager) and dayanna start speaking Spanish I felt at this moment that they were trying to be racist at that moment because I look black they thought I didn’t speak Spanish so I told them to speak Spanish while they serving me because I felt like they were being racist at the end they gave me the refund but I don’t think this is the way to treat customers and I feel like it get worse once they making that customer feel like they being racist towards them
