Help with my Partsgeek.com issue

Partsgeek.com's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-kroyerva a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-kroyerva's own words
In ****** we ordered a part, paid $** in addition to over nite it, because we needed it quickly. However, by *******, we were more than frustrated, and disappointed, to say the least...when it never arrived.*Now, it would be nice to have the $** over nite shipping fee refunded, since it never happened.* However, when I went into our local fed ex office to talk with the agent he provided ed me with a printout of my order from the tracking number, showing 'billing information received' on ******. There were 'no destinations listed' on the printout, for the order to have traveled.This means , it was never sent out at all. And fed ex used the tracking number to see 'billing info. Recieved', but did not receive it. Nothing had traveled.**I would appreciate if I can have my bill adjusted, for this still very much needed car part, please... *Maybe because it was parts geeks mistake, they can refund the over nite shipping costs. I shouldn't have to pay for a service never rendered. * I will pay the cost of the part ordered, and it would be appreciated, plus a compensation for our troubles that parts geek will pay all shipping costs, standard rate, asap...*Thank you ever so much, Dane Conley.
