My front driver's side window won't stay up; it keeps bouncing back down. My husband believes it's not the right size or it's defective. I brought it to the dealer yesterday, and they tried fixing it with more double-sided tape. Unfortunately, it fell off a couple of hours later. They mentioned a possible defect in the deflector or incorrect sizing. The other windows were fine. My husband has successfully installed similar deflectors before without any issues, but he does prefer the ones that go on the outside of the window.

I've submitted LLC Order 15-[redacted]3 for an RMA regarding a damaged part. I prefer not to engage with any online partners to speed up the process. Kindly provide me with the RMA so I may return the part to UPS in its current condition. I received four boxes via UPS Ground yesterday. One of them, containing part #: NI[redacted]OE - a [redacted] Nissan Sentra Galvanized Fender, was damaged. I purchased a spare tire security device for my [redacted] Jeep Grand Cherokee. After installing it, I attempted to raise the tire up to the vehicle. The device only pulled it about 8 inches before starting to ratchet and not tighten the tire in place. I tried extending the cable, but had the same issue. I contacted Dorman Products and spoke with their technician, Nick, who agreed to provide a replacement with authorization number #[redacted]. I would like to try again with a new part. The order number is [redacted]1, and the part number is RB924-[redacted]. I believe I need an RMA number to return the faulty part. My wife is eager to have this issue resolved promptly.

I recently discovered that FedEx returned my shipment back to Parts Geek without any notification. Despite providing a case number, I am frustrated by the lack of communication. I contacted Parts Geek via chat, and they asked me to search around my house for the missing parts, which is unreasonable. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone, I finally spoke to Barry. He initially claimed that an email was sent regarding an address issue, which was untrue. Barry then contradicted himself about the status of the parts. When I requested a refund, he stalled and implied it was my fault. When I asked for a clearer resolution, he abruptly ended the call. I am simply looking for either my parts or a refund, instead of being blamed for their mishandling of the situation.

About five years ago, I purchased Electric Running Boards for my [redacted] Toyota 4Runner. Recently, I bought a new [redacted] Toyota 4Runner Limited and tried to install the same Running Boards. Unfortunately, they do not fit properly due to a hydraulic line along the undercarriage blocking the attachment of the brackets. For over a month, I've been seeking assistance without success. Unlike my friend's 4Runner Limited, mine interferes with the lower molding and doesn't drop down correctly. As a [redacted]% Disabled Veteran with a short wife, these Running Boards are crucial. 1. I had an issue with my recent order of six spark plugs from Partsgeek. Five were correct but the sixth one was incorrect and cheaper, which was mistakenly shipped in the wrong box. Partsgeek wants me to return all six plugs for a credit, but I've already installed the correct ones on my car. They won't accept returns if parts have been installed. I only need to return the unused incorrect plug for the correct one. The installed plugs are difficult to remove due to the car's fuel injection system placement, making it a costly and time-consuming job. 2. I ordered a full set of brake pads for the same car (front and rear) from Partsgeek, but I haven't received them yet. However, I have already been charged for the parts.

I ordered a right rear tail light assembly for my [redacted] Suzuki Grand Vitara from Partsgeek. However, I received a left rear tail light assembly instead. My order number is 15-[redacted]9. I am disappointed to have received the incorrect part without any notification of unavailability. Now, I have to handle the return process and bear the associated costs. I recently received my order for 2 running assemblies for my Tahoe. Installing the passenger side took less than 10 minutes, but I encountered an issue with the driver's side assembly. The big clip wouldn't engage properly as it seemed off-center. When trying to remove the assembly, the smaller clip was stuck and I couldn't release it no matter how hard I tried. It looks like there may be manufacturing defects, leading me to consider breaking the clip to replace the assembly. I would appreciate a replacement for this defective part. Hello, we recently placed an order for a Reese fifth wheel hitch kit, but unfortunately received the incorrect one. The order number we intended to receive was 15-[redacted]3, not the one we received which was 15-[redacted]7. To resolve this, we had to purchase the correct kit and were promised by Victor that a return form would be sent to us for the first order with no charge for shipping. However, we have not received this form yet. We kindly request a return label for sending back the wrong kit as there should be no charge for the return shipping due to the error being on the company's end. I placed an order for an upstream O2 sensor for my [redacted] Toyota MR2 on 8/16/[redacted] with order#[redacted]. The part arrived around 8/21/[redacted], and after installing it, I drove about ten miles before the car began running rough. I managed to drive back home, noticing a significant drop in fuel gauge levels in less than 10 miles. Upon inspection, I found part of the rear bumper melted along with some electrical components due to the exhaust getting extremely hot. This caused significant damage to my vehicle. I suspect there may have been an error with the part I received. I would like to return the O2 sensor for a refund and potentially receive compensation for the damage caused to the rear bumper.

On September 8, [redacted], we ordered a part for $35 and paid extra for overnight shipping to receive it quickly. However, by September 28, [redacted], we were extremely frustrated and disappointed when the part never showed up. We are requesting a refund for the $35 overnight shipping fee since the service was not provided. After visiting the local FedEx office, I was given a printout of the order indicating that the billing information was received on September 8, [redacted], but no destinations were listed, meaning the order was never shipped. I kindly ask for a refund of the shipping costs and adjustments to the bill for the car part. I purchased a replacement timing belt kit with a water pump replacement, SKU [redacted]-[redacted], with Order number: 15-[redacted]8. I recently had the opportunity to install it after having it since March of [redacted]. Due to a family emergency, the car was unused for over a year. When I opened the box, I discovered that both the idler and the tensioner pulleys appeared to have been previously used. Additionally, the belt seemed stretched or too long, as the tensioner pulley could not properly tighten it without compromising future adjustment. I didn't seek a refund but to notify you that it seems used parts are being shipped as new. I can provide photos to demonstrate the extent of wear on the pulleys due to normal usage. I would like to know the steps being taken to prevent this issue from reoccurring, as I have seen similar complaints in reviews. Your attention to this matter will help me decide whether to continue ordering from your company.

I own a [redacted] Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 SE. I ordered a catalytic converter but received a Cadillac converter instead. The SE model requires a part with two holes for the 4-2 O2 sensors, while the one I received only has one hole. Please provide a return label so I can send back the incorrect item and receive the right one. The part you sent doesn't fit my model, as it should have two holes, not one. If you have the correct part, I would like to exchange it. Otherwise, I will look for it on your website. Please send the return label so I can ship the item back. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered a part from PartsGeek with the correct part number, but they shipped the wrong item. The part was delivered to my US address, and I arranged for it to be shipped to Canada, paying for shipping and taxes. Now, PartsGeek wants me to return the product at my expense. I believe it should be the supplier's responsibility since they sent the incorrect part. I kindly request the supplier to provide a prepaid return label for me to send the part back at their cost.

I am reaching out to address a recent order of 8 ignition coils under order number [redacted]7. I need to return this order as the ignition wiring hook-ups were incompatible, preventing the connectors from clicking into place for a proper connection. Despite multiple attempts, the connectors failed to secure properly, leading to a rough engine start and the illumination of the "check-engine light." Reinstalling the original coils ensured a smooth start, with the familiar audible "click" confirming a secure connection. I made a purchase from Parts Geek on March 12, [redacted]. Although I received a shipping notification on March 15 and the package was marked as delivered on March 16, I only took the parts to the repair shop on March 26. The shop owner notified me on April 18 that the tail light I bought was incorrect. I contacted Parts Geek immediately to request a return and replacement, as the part was still unopened in its original packaging. However, I was informed that I missed the return window of 30 days from March 12 to April 11. Despite explaining the situation and the delayed receipt of the part on March 19, the customer service representative was unhelpful and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. I am now unable to drive my vehicle legally due to the incorrect part. I believe Parts Geek should reconsider their strict policy given the circumstances and provide a refund or a replacement for the correct part.
