Instead of receiving the 2 lower ball joints I ordered, I received and was billed for 4. I only need 2, so I would like to return the extra 2. I appreciate your service, prices, and quality of parts. I am writing regarding my recent order, #[redacted], for a part for my Buick's trunk. The item I ordered from your website seemed to work initially, but after the first use, the trunk stopped functioning properly. The motor became excessively hot and ceased to work altogether, which was disappointing. I am unsure how to proceed since the part is now useless. Could you please clarify if the product is guaranteed, prompting a replacement at no additional cost? I purchased a part for my [redacted] Porsche and was disappointed to receive a different part than what I ordered. The item was not described accurately on your website as an OEM part. The packaging was also damaged upon arrival. The order number is 15-[redacted]9 for the [redacted] Porsche Boxster Expansion Tank - W0[redacted] Original Equipment priced at $[redacted].58, but I received an OEA part which doesn't seem compatible. The installation required four hours of labor to replace. I would appreciate a manager contacting me promptly at [redacted] to address this issue. Unfortunately, two of your customer service representatives were unhelpful and disconnected my calls. I have contacted Bank of America regarding this matter, and if it cannot be resolved, they will pursue it as I used their credit card for payment.

I have a [redacted] Mazda 6 and purchased 2 rear shock absorbers (SKU: 17[redacted]3) and 2 front strut assemblies (SKU: 17[redacted]6) in March. Recently, my mechanic noticed they are not working correctly, causing my car to sit lower. I believe the Monroe parts are faulty and would like replacements sent before returning the defective ones, as I rely on my car for work. I am a new user of Parts Geek and hope you can address this promptly to maintain my trust in your products. If there are better shock/strut options than Monroe, I am willing to pay the difference. I recently bought an air/fuel ratio sensor for my [redacted] Toyota Tacoma. However, after installing it, my mileage immediately dropped to 6-8 miles per gallon, and there was a strong raw gas smell coming from the exhaust. The car even showed a rich code. I also replaced the oxygen sensor at the same time, on top of a new catalytic converter. Switching back to my old sensor helped slightly, but my truck still isn't running properly. I believe I received a faulty sensor and would like to exchange it for a new one that works correctly, as all new parts should.

I made an order on Parts Geek.com on Saturday, February 9th, with order number 15-[redacted]6. While the first order was being processed, my mechanic advised that I needed a new radiator and power steering pump. When I attempted to place a new order for these parts, the website had technical issues and did not confirm the order after four attempts. Frustrated, I decided to purchase the parts from a different supplier. To my surprise, two days later on February 11th, I received email notifications that the orders that previously failed had gone through, resulting in duplicate parts being shipped. I need to obtain RMAs for these unwanted duplicate orders. Despite contacting customer service immediately and the items not being shipped yet, they declined my request to cancel the orders. I received parts that were not reordered when they were out of stock. Initially, I was told by a gentleman that if I didn't reorder the out-of-stock items, they wouldn't be shipped. However, I later discovered a tracking number on my tablet after already purchasing and installing the parts elsewhere. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to get a response for three days. As a result, I am now facing shipping and restocking charges. I am currently out of town, but the tracking and shipping numbers are in Pennsylvania. Please reply to [redacted], although I doubt I will hear back after several failed attempts. None of these issues were caused by me.

I am currently facing charges for parts I did not reorder. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have received no response. Additionally, I encountered unhelpful service and was disconnected during calls. I do not understand why I must bear the cost of returning and restocking items which were sent in error as they were out of stock. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service experience. I plan to discontinue my business with this company and may share my experience on social media. I have already submitted my issue but want to ensure I have provided all necessary information. We ordered brake lines for an F150 Ford Truck but received parts labeled for a GM truck. The order number is 15-[redacted]7. I have spoken to a customer service representative regarding this issue and would appreciate receiving the correct parts that fit our vehicle. The fittings are the wrong size for our truck and are not compatible. I am hoping for an exchange for the accurate parts. I did not specify this in my previous email and wanted to clarify this now.

I recently ordered replacement side mirrors for my [redacted] van. The first two that arrived were both for the driver's side, and unfortunately, one was broken. After contacting customer service, I was sent another driver's side mirror. This happened three times, resulting in me receiving a total of four driver's side mirrors. I specifically ordered a mirror for the passenger side, but it seems another driver's side mirror was sent to me instead. This has been ongoing for about a month, and I am very frustrated with the situation. I am disappointed with the service provided and am currently dissatisfied with the company.

I bought an alternator for a [redacted] BMW 740i under order #15-[redacted]1. It was scheduled to be delivered on 4/17/[redacted] by FedEx, but did not arrive. The tracking alert stated it was delivered at 10:30 am while I was waiting outside, causing inconvenience as I urgently needed the part. I've had ongoing issues with FedEx deliveries. If possible, kindly refrain from using them for my future orders. I require the part promptly, preferably with overnight shipping. Considering the delay and inconvenience, a part upgrade to a better brand seems reasonable. I've been a loyal customer for several years and hope to continue our relationship. Your prompt response will greatly influence my decision regarding future purchases, as I was on the verge of providing feedback on my overall experience with your company.

I purchased two window regulators for a Dodge Dakota Sport King. One was for the front passenger side, and the other was for the rear driver's side. Unfortunately, the front passenger side part I received did not match the photo in the confirmation and was incorrect. I had to purchase the correct part elsewhere due to urgency since I am an over-the-road driver and not frequently in town. I need guidance on how to return the wrong part and request a refund promptly. The second package I received had a severely damaged box as well. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this issue.

I received the wrong part. When I called and spoke to a representative, I informed him that I did not receive the packing slip, so I didn't have an order number. The representative found my order, promised to email the packing slip for the return, but I didn't get it. When I called again, they couldn't locate the order and asked me to provide the purchase details. The number on my statement is [redacted]. Please send the packing slip to my email, [redacted], urgently. I ordered a harmonic balancer the first week of April, possibly on April 8 around 4:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Kindly resolve this before my 30-day window closes to avoid any complications with Parts Geek.

I placed an order over the phone using the [redacted] service number provided. Instead of receiving an order number via email, I got it through messenger. When I inquired about the delivery status, I was informed that the parts had to be ordered overseas as they were out of stock, which would cause a delay. The second time I called, they mentioned a delivery date of May 6th, but the parts have not arrived as promised. Upon calling back, different individuals seem to be handling the calls. The charge of $[redacted].00 was made on my wife's debit card, and shipping was free. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the lady we spoke to during the order. I am eager to know the whereabouts of my stabilizer parts and the estimated delivery time. Thank you.

I recently purchased a window motor assembly and had it installed, but unfortunately, it is not functioning correctly. I am disappointed with the product and would like to return it. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process and send me a replacement promptly. I had already waited a week for the part, only to find out it does not work as expected after one use. I am inquiring about Invoice 15-[redacted]8 for the air conditioning blower motor part #[redacted]. Unfortunately, the product did not include the necessary bracket for reattachment. I have already reached out to your company via email regarding this issue. Due to the time sensitivity as we were left with only one car for two separate jobs in different towns, we had to purchase the bracket from Auto Zone. I would like to arrange a return for the incomplete part and receive a refund. Thank you in advance for your assistance as the blower motor cannot be installed without the bracket.

Hello, I am inquiring about the status of my refund. I shipped back the struts that did not fit and have been patiently waiting for a resolution. I incurred a cost of $91.00, including insurance, to return the incorrect parts to Parts Geek. I have the receipt for the shipment. It was the company's error that led to this return. I am disappointed by the inconvenience this has caused my family. The $5.00 coupon offered is inadequate compensation. I have lost trust in this company and will not be making any future purchases. I appreciate your time. My name is Danny N. I recently ordered 2 hub assemblies for my truck, as well as a starter and serpentine belt. I received only the hub assemblies, despite all items being assigned a single tracking number. The tracking information indicates that all items were delivered, but I am missing the starter and serpentine belt. I have contacted UPS, and they have initiated an investigation due to the discrepancy. I am upset because I paid for these essential parts, and they did not arrive. The UPS tracking number provided is 1Z89W74E[redacted]. While I have had positive experiences with your company in the past, I am disappointed with this issue. I expect a resolution promptly as I require the starter and belt I purchased. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I will consider escalating it further.

Order #15-[redacted]4 - This entire experience has been a nightmare. I called to order a control arm kit for both sides, informing the sales representative of a previous incorrect part issue with my VIN. Despite assurances, when the parts arrived, they were wrong, just like the struts I also ordered. After the initial delay due to the strut issue, I attempted to have the control arms installed but was dismayed to find out they were still incorrect, despite the VIN matching. The salesperson claimed they couldn't be returned due to a manufacturer error in the catalog. I am frustrated by the wasted money, time, and effort in correcting these mistakes. Ordering shouldn't be this difficult when promised accuracy isn't delivered.

I have not yet received a tracking number for my order that was shipped on August 12th and was supposed to arrive on August 13th. I had to contact multiple phone numbers of different companies to finally obtain the correct tracking information, despite the fact that the emails I received mentioned a tracking number without providing one. It was frustrating to go through this process, as the shipment was supposed to be via FedEx by a specific date, but I ended up having to arrange a drop-off with a Freight company after making numerous calls. Although the box arrived damaged with a large tear, the contents were unharmed, and the bumper was in good condition as expected. The item was primed as described, and now I'm focused on getting it painted. Despite the initial confusion, I appreciate the service provided, but I suggest improving the clarity and accuracy of the communication regarding tracking and delivery information in your emails.
