Testing out the new app update. ... My parrot Bebop * flew away today after doing the new update. Normally when it disconnects from the skycontroller it goes into failsafe return back to home. It did not do that and now I'm without my drone. I got the drone from Best buy and I've sent the information to parrot already I have a case number
This is not the first time this happened. My parrot bebop * disconnects and will not reconnect at all or kick into return to home.
I want a replacement of my bird or even a upgrade to the new parrot anafi.
I have multiple parrot products and I choose them over dji, hubsan, holystone or any other company out there
I am waiting to hear back from the tech team at parrot to see if they can fix the problem. I just want my bird back.
