I was trying to use the application that I migrated to the new computer. ... I have used Parallels on my MacPro laptop and have just upgraded to a new MacPro laptop. I backed up the first one using Time Machine and then restored all that it had to the new computer. I do have Parallels included in the new computer, but to open it up, it asks for my activation key....I have an email from you (dated *********) that says my activation key is registered with you , but when I go into my Parallels account on-line, it says I don't have any thing registered. Can you help me migrate my Parallels purchased in **** to my new computer and help me locate my activation key? Thanks! Jim
I haven't been able to talk with any of your representatives, I need to talk to a representative who can walk me through the installation of the software on my new computer.
