I purchased Parallels ** on Saturday December *,**** reference number: *********. Invoice number: BKD-***********. Prior to upgrading to Parallels **, I was using Parallels ** home edition Version **.*.* (*****). I had NO PROBLEMS printing from Windows **. Having upgraded I CANNOT PRINT any documents. I have followed your support telephone prompts to the letter. There are no solutions. If you do not contact me by the end of your working day, I will call my credit card company have them remove the $**.** charge i paid to upgrade to Parallels *****I followed your instructions and it was a dead end! Absolutely NO HELP! That includes support help web suggestions.
