I have been a loyal Parallels user for a decade, purchasing the Desktop Mac version annually. Recently, I mistakenly received a bill for the PRO edition subscription, which I promptly cancelled. However, now I am facing issues using the correct Home edition on my computer. Despite downloading the Home edition using the link from my 8/31/18 email, it does not prompt me for my key: 9VZKV2-J88DVS-VN266H-EDQ7KH-VCKWSC. Instead, I keep encountering a message stating that I can still use the Pro Edition for a limited time. I need assistance to resolve this and continue using the Home edition as intended.

I upgraded to a new MacPro laptop and used Time Machine to transfer my Parallels software. I received an email with my activation key back in [redacted], but now I can't find it on my online account. Can you assist me in moving my Parallels software to my new laptop and locating the activation key? Thank you! Jim

I am currently using Parallels Desktop for Mac on 5 computers with 3 permanent licenses and 2 legacy licenses. Additionally, I have Parallels Toolbox for 3 computers with active subscriptions, and Parallels Access for 0 computers with both active and expired subscriptions. My Parallels software has not been updated since [redacted], and I am looking to upgrade to the latest version for my MacBook Air and iMac on El Capitan, along with adding it to my MacBook Pro on Mojave. I could use some guidance throughout the process, especially since I had phone support during my last upgrade to ensure everything went smoothly. How can I arrange for assistance during this upgrade?

I have been charged for the renewal of my subscription, and the amount has been deducted from my account. I have not used Parallels since last year and urgently need a refund for this payment to cover my rent. I did not authorize the £80 charge, and I am unable to afford it. There is no British phone line available for me to contact. Please reach out to me promptly to address this issue as the payment is still pending in my account and has not processed yet.

There is a favicon icon appearing next to my website URL in the browser. I believe Parallel may be responsible. I uninstalled Parallel from my Mac, removed the favicon icon from my website root folder, but it still shows up. Can anyone guide me on how to remove it completely? Thank you.

I had been using Parallels Desktop on my Mac to run Windows 8 specifically for Quicken. After not needing Quicken for some time, I haven't used Parallels Desktop. Now that I require Quicken again, I can open Parallels Desktop but cannot access Windows 8. I reached out to Parallels support but due to health issues, I cannot use their chat support and requested a phone number for live assistance. Strangely, I was directed to an online legal services website instead. I am in desperate need of speaking with an actual person for support.

In December [redacted], I bought Windows 10 and downloaded it when I joined the Parallels test program. Unfortunately, I had trouble getting them to work together. Microsoft advised me to delete Windows 10 and Parallels and reload a new Parallels version, which I did last week. I received an email from Parallels about a sale and mistakenly purchased an upgrade before also buying an annual subscription, thinking it was a one-time purchase. I actually wanted the one-time purchase option. I tried to cancel the subscription but was unable to cancel the first year. Now I have made two purchases that are not what I intended. I am requesting a refund for the upgrade. If a one-time purchase is available, please refund the one-year subscription. If not, I will keep the subscription.

I have an iMac 27 Retina 5K late [redacted] i7 4 GHz 8MB RAM, with Parallels Desktop 10.4.0 installed with Windows 7 Pro 64. I need to update both Parallels and Windows but I don't want to start over to keep using Windows applications without interruptions. So, my question is: If I install a new version of Parallels (e.g., ver.16) on the same iMac and then create a virtual machine to install Windows 10 Pro 64, can I continue using the old versions (Parallels 10 and Windows 7) alongside the new Parallels 16 and Windows 10? This way, I could transfer all the applications I have on Windows 7 to Windows 10 while still using the Windows 7 ones. Once I finish installing the programs on Windows 10, can I delete the old Parallels 10 and Windows 7 virtual machine? Essentially, is it possible to use two versions of Parallels (10 and 16) simultaneously on this iMac and create a virtual machine with Windows on each of them?

After uninstalling Parallels, I discovered numerous files leftover and promptly removed them. Subsequently, my family and I have experienced unauthorized access to our devices, including hacking incidents like my Twitter and Gmail accounts being compromised. This has been ongoing for a month, resulting in significant distress. I seek guidance on preventing further intrusions. If specific evidence on a hard disk is required for investigation, please advise so I can provide it. My name is Amarinapass, and I have paid over $[redacted] for your software. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I'm currently facing issues with Parallels software. I need to update a software for processing transactions for a club, but I keep getting a message saying the provider is not trustworthy. If I purchase your software, will I be able to update it without any problems? If not, I would prefer not to invest in Parallels any further. Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
