I order almost every day from Panera a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese and a diet Pepsi. Today the order wasn't checked and when I got go work and opened order there was no cream cheese. Usually I would go back because it's happened twice before but today I had a meeting and couldn't go back. I just think you have order checked by on slip for a reason and it's never checked or signed that it was checked. I visit your stores frequently I just think we should get what we pay for!*Great service usually and very clean stores. My husband owns restaurants so im aware of the restaurant business! Thank you for your time!
