We were traveling and stopped at Panera at ***** Nall Avenue, Leewood, KS *****. We have always had good service at Panera in Springfield, MO ,where we live. As we ordered, the girl talked so low that we had to keep asking her to repeat. She had on a mask which was good, but we couldn't understand her. I wanted the grilled cheese and tomato soup which I saw online was $*.**. No one there knew anything about it. I got it anyway, and she charged me almost $* for both, and the sandwich looked like a half and a small one at that. Then I realized I didn't get a receipt so I went back, and she gave me one that wasn't mine! I took it back to her, and she had no idea where mine was and didn't even try to look! It was a terrible experience.
